Ok, so I heard lately that Rowling is now a Holocaust denier. Here's an article explaining what went down.
Bonus: Article on how her threatening to sue anyone who accused her of Holocaust denial made MORE people openly accuse her, lol
REMINDER: Rowling's views do not reflect the views of the Harry Potter fandom. The majority of the fandom has repeatedly decried Rowling's behavior, and were some of the first people to turn on her.
The author of this particular blog encourages trying to avoid buying official merchandise unless it is used, but does not judge those who still occasionally buy official products. Most fan-made products are cooler than the official ones, anyway. Especially the wands.

Just saw someone saying dni if you ship canonically aroace characters (which, fair I guess not erasing identities is important), then proceeded to list a character with no canon orientation. They're not necessarily Aroace just because they never had a partner you stupid fuck.
