Para nosotras, las libretas son hermosos objetos que se convierten en tesoros a medida que se van llenando. 🌷

Así nació Datura, en una libreta, como una pequeña nota de un gran sueño, rodeada de garabatos e ideas que fueron evolucionando y cambiando a medida que pasaron los años y nosotras cambiábamos, pero nuestro sueño siempre ha sido el mismo: crear y compartir cosas hermosas que tú puedas disfrutar y te hagan sentir especial.

This year I had the great joy of working on beautiful projects, participating in some very beautiful exhibitions and events, being part of a wonderful team that has given me all the confidence and creative freedom and learned to recover from projects that simply faded away. 🌿 This 2021 I illustrated a beautiful story for children’s book written in Purépecha by Zuleyma Martínez @zuleymajku edited by @lanmo_editorial , I worked on the image of @cafewithcomadres a podcast by Sandy, Karen and Jennifer, I designed some accessories for @lifecycleurban , illustrated some collections for @datura.store , I worked on the art of a beautiful album produced by @americafroindigena (gracias Lucía and Rodrigo), on a piece for a Day of the Dead exhibition in Belgium curated by @gama_crea and @calaveras.be , I attended @aurora_arteurbano a festival of female artists created by @gama_crea @casalacustre @cdeculturamx and @3stoyaqui , I met wonderful people and worked on personal projects with all my heart 🖤 A difficult year in which I rebuilt myself and continue to reconfigure everything around me. I’ve learned to value my voice, the immense love I feel, my work and the importance of letting go.
