When I was brand new to the DC fandom I didn't really care much about damijon and didn't get why so many people wanted it canon. Now every single fact I find out makes me more annoyed that it isn't official.

What the actual shit do you mean they're raising a child together?? And bicker about it like an old married couple? They live together? Jon called him honey?

And DC figured out we wanted this really bad and went "Okay, Jon's bi! But he likes someone else sorry lol. Damians straight though"

Honestly I think they'll be canon eventually because seriously how is DC still calling this platonic?

And DC tried to avoid the two-gay-dad implications by saying Lizzie (the kid) thinks of Damian as her brother but honestly the scene where she says it is so parent & child-y to me

He will get angry and scream at him but it’s only because he’s worried about everyone

Jon will hug him from behind to calm him down telling him everything will be ok and that it’s no one’s fault especially his own

Damian instintly gets calmer and immediately hugs back crying

I don't know if anyone else feels this way but I'm gonna say it for the ones that do. Cause we talk about how we basically can see the stories in our minds like motion pictures when we read a book or can even feel the characters pain and emotions but writing is a whole new level.

Cause I'll be writing and then blink back into existence and realize....wait...what do you mean I'm not two gay men making out under the moonlight??

Then I'll have to take a couple of seconds to collect myself cause I just imagined and wrote in such detail about living a life with another man and I need to mourn over the loss of that.
