SAVING MR. BANKS 2013
George Banks and all he stands for will be saved. Maybe not in life, but in imagination. Because that's what we storytellers do. We restore order with imagination. We instill hope again and again and again.

i haven’t finished watching Supernatural yet but i think there should be like. an entire episode to three episodes dedicated to a weird feral fucking ghost teenager. doesn’t matter what season, though probably one with the bunker. not vengeful, nothing like that, but instead just. a weird ghost who beats their ass at Monopoly, likes to sneak up on them, throws chips at their heads. maybe pushes shit off the counters like a cat. constantly insults the brothers (+ Cass and whoever else) constantly whines about their ‘forever-outfit’ and maybe helps with a few cases because they can sneak up on others within a limited distance. quoting vines left and right, playing songs about being dead while wearing sunglasses. maybe someone has a grudge so they set this dead kid on their ass to be spooked for a lil bit and it’s not just the characters in that time, it’s a weird version where everyone lives happy ever after and doesn’t die! except for the ghost kid.. maybe Kevin as a ghost and the ghost kid doing random ghost shit. tossing a ball to each other across the table while invisible, just to annoy Sam and Dean, Crowley seeing if a demon could possess a ghost because idk experiments!!! the more you know!!! somebody microwaving food and the ghost kid just goes. no. and freezes it over endlessly
i just think it’d be hilarious, with like every character ever even when their timelines don’t overlap (kevin, donna, alex, claire, andy, jody, bobby, Eileen, jo, ash, you get the idea, ect ect, anyone who’s a protagonist and/or funny but doesn’t fit in the time)

Jimmy Stewart: The Truth Behind the Legend by Michael Munn #Hollywood #BookReview
The #AudiblePlus catalog has a bunch of biographies of old Hollywood stars, so I added a few to my library. #JimmyStewart #TheTruthBehindtheLegend by #MichaelMunn #Hollywood #bookreview #audiobook #academyaward #rearwindow #itsawonderfullife
Many of the stars of the silver screen in twentieth-century Hollywood became national icons, larger-than-life figures held up as paragons of American virtues. Unfortunately, the private lives of actors such as John Wayne, Henry Fonda, and Errol Flynn rarely lived up to the idealistic roles they portrayed. However, James Stewart was known as the underdog fighter in many of his films and in real…

Listen - a whodunnit on a yacht with batfam... as the Waynes, esteemed, normal, absolutely not known for any detective work guests at the party, and famous private detective Percules Hoirot (or whatever) on the case.
Bruce, losing his mind by knowing EXACTLY who did it but being unable to SAY anything because this would bust his secret identity, and running interference so that his kids won't bust THEIRS, because what the hell are they doing, kids, just stop.
Tim being impatient (having a date with Bernard later?), and trying to lead Hoirot to the realt culprit by giving some velied tips and leads, and thus landing himself in a position of a main suspect in Hoirot's eyes (who is not as much of an idiot as batfam thinks), as Tim a) seems to know too much, and b) behaves very wierdly
Damian making it a game to see how far he can strech the truth, without outright lying or making stuff up, to implicate Tim further as a main suspect. He's doing great, Horiot eats it up, and if Damian keeps it up Tim WILL throw him off the boat, thus cementing his prime suspect status. Damian is having a time of his life.
Dick and Jason 'befriending' the real killer and toying with him by one just throwing an offhand comments about how the crime was done, and dismissing them. "Oh maybe YOU are the killer, Mr Novak?! Hahaha" "Don't even joke about it Dickie, this guy wouldn't hurt a fly, not to mention kill anyone, even if it was, for, i don't know, inheretance" "you're right, besides it's not like he COULD do it with his AIRTIGHT alibi." "must have been the aliens" "mush have been, Jace".
