There are preachers who kill! There are killers who preach! There are teachers who lie! There are liars who teach! Take yer pick, dear - ‘cause it's all a facade!

A Quick Guide: Villain AU
Due to the nature of this AU, or at least what I wish to do with it, I may put some threads over on my nsfw blog. I will try to keep the bulk of my threads here, but anything that may go beyond heavily implied hinting or suggestion will go there. This also goes for anything involving gore and similar topics, just not sex. I'm also throwing this under readmore just due to some topics being brought up.
Keigo's life starts off very similar to canon. However, instead of his dad being caught by Endeavor, Keigo ends up killing him out of self-defense when his dad was being especially rough with him. He ends up fleeing with his mother and they're still found by the Commission but they take Keigo in with the full intention of making him an assassin with him being a hero as a cover.
During his training, Keigo's dislike for the Commission grew as he was coming to realize how similar his treatment there was to how his dad treated him. Not wanting to go through that again, he waited for a moment when he could escape. It came right before the Commission had his debut as a hero. He managed to not only steal a large lump of cash but intel before he escaped.
Using the skills he was trained in by the Commission, he managed to hide from the Commission and start making a living for himself. Once more using his skills, he became an information broker for the Black Market as well as a hitman. With the money, he made he set up a sex club to use as a front for his business. It quickly grew into a high-scale club both from the service that was provided and the money that Keigo managed to funnel into it.
Keigo will do anything for the right price. Whether it's giving out information or committing murder, so long as the client is willing to pay then he'll do it.
He does use his employees at the club to gather information. They're aware of it and help him not only for a good paycheck but also for his protection.
Though his background isn't great, he still respects heroes to an extent. If a client wants him to mess with a hero then the price is usually going to be very high and will differ depending on which hero is his target.

Dan, reformed after three millennia in an isolated time pocket and lots of therapy, decides to try being a hero again.
Only, he's not very good at it. He looks fucking terrifying, and when people see him they tend to run towards the actual danger to get away.
So he's hanging out, invisible, on a random cities rooftop, when a pair of kid vigilantes plop down and start complaining how their mentors don't trust them ecause they haven't had any real combat experience. But to get experience, they need to be out there!
So while these teenagers plan something monumentally stupid, Dan realizes he has a unique opportunity.
Dan becomes a training villain.
A villain that specifically is meant to test kid vigilantes.
He does stupid, petty villain shit and the adult heroes quickly realize that this villain, instead of hurting their kid sidekicks, is teaching them between blows.
Dan's powers are nothing to sneeze at, so a kid vigilante holding their own against him for at least four minutes is considered impressive.
But he never, ever, hurts the kids.
There was an incident where another villain hurt a kid in front of Dan.
No one knows where that villain is.
