Day 2 of T break.
I honestly forgot how ANXIOUS I am as a person without weed. 🙃 Like, dude, I can hardly breathe right because I am SO FUCKING ANXIOUS.
If a politician EVER says to me, personally, that there's not enough proof that cannabis works for pain and mental illness and therefore they won't legalise it, I will actually stab them.

The cannabis industry is booming, but it's leaving many disabled women behind. Dispensaries often lack accessibility features, and many jobs in the industry require physical labor or inflexible schedules that don't work for everyone. It's time for change.
We need to work together to make the cannabis industry more inclusive for everyone, including disabled women. This means improving accessibility, offering more flexible work arrangements, and breaking down barriers to entry.
Let's create a future where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed in the cannabis industry.

While advocates continue to debate the ballot question, state bureaucrats prepare for legal cannabis
While advocates continue to debate the ballot question, state bureaucrats prepare for legal cannabis
A Maryland House of Delegates committee established to ensure a smooth transition to legalized cannabis reviewed a report Tuesday on how the cannabis industry would be regulated by two state agencies. The report serves as an update based on legislation approved this year for Maryland’s Medical Cannabis Commission to become part of the state’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. That wouldn’t happen…

Entry 26 - The Episodic Journey - Part I: The Power of the Flower
5/19/22 What an adventure. What a story. What is all the more interesting is the stories that exist were in the fabric of reality and all that comes after is an even more exciting chapter, or collected works. From time I find myself pondering around in thought. When I do that I invite a substance that allows my mind to experience this differently. I don’t rely on this method, but when I can allow it, I allow it. When it is allowed to do this, it usually embarks on a powerful journey. That method I’m talking about is marijuana, or medical cannabis, or just plain Mary Jane. The truth is I think if we live our lives with the wonders of humanity but expect it to judge us for what methods we take to allow ourselves to create then we are simply restraining personal freedom. In any such sense it should be said, if you’re not harming yourself, endangering yourself, distressing your mental or emotional well being in ways that will affect yourselves or others, then don’t do it. In my space, I have been fortunate enough to live in a state where medical cannabis is permitted. It has helped me. Tremendously. Let me explain... Marijuana has done nothing but amazing things for my life. In my entire life it would be unrelenting to say I did not suffer from depression. What I mean by this, is there was a powerful force making me feel trapped in the dark about a good many things. Fortunately as I have gotten older I have become more and more attuned to this and accept it as adversity. But in this particular moment, things were often gray, not black. It’s not that gray is a bad color, because it fit well on me, and I wore it with circular-square division. This meaning, it became a part of who I was and I didn’t see it as a bad thing. Later in my life this affects others around me. Now I realize this is because there is only those who see with one of two colors, but some of us can see gray, and even colors too. In sound, in music, in literature, in numbers, and in everything around you. It is a blessing to know what a color is. Are you grasping what’s happening yet? I have spent my life being depressed and with the use of medical cannabis have been able to open my world into new horizons. There’s two parts here: The one that helps me stay in tune with myself, when I’m having problems or feeling anxious (which only needs to be used in considerate use). Then there’s the other part that says, “Come with me, open your mind for a moment.” and when I do, I see even more colors, in even more things, food tastes better, music is deeper and greater than before, films are either so complex or the most hilarious thing you’ve ever seen. Everything, literally everything is better. Now in knowing this I recognize it as a piece of God’s earth that was given to me. Think of this, it is a plant, it is natural, it is common type behavior, and it is seemingly a gift. With this being said, know its effects, all of them. Read about it and be prepared to see that there are things that can be prohibiting. None of them seem to be how you focus, mentally, other than excessive amounts to possibly create depression, or worse, suicidal thoughts. It’s important to know all possibilities of something before saying yes or no to something blindly. But I have, and I do, and I know, and it has done me no harm, but much good. My moods have stabilized (mostly, almost in a percentage base of 90, being higher), my emotions have been containable and expressed when needed but not overbearing, I am more at peace, calm, relaxed, less anxious, and simply put, I enjoy life to it’s fullest. The greatest part? I could do it without it, but thank you God for the gift of marijuana. Today I vaped to enhance and stimulate my mind, to tap into those thoughts and feelings so that I could “work”. Ideas came and ideas went, but I recorded and wrote and am writing some more. I would say that’s a successful day. Personally, I’m a strong advocate for marijuana. I’m not saying if you haven’t tried it go and buy it off the streets right away. But I am saying if an opportunity is presented where you feel you’re in a safe place to try, ask yourself if you can, and then you will know the answer. I do believe it will be an experience worth engaging in, but if you feel it goes against your morals or you’re uninterested, then by all means, simply move on. But remember, there are those of us who love it, and it has done great things for us. I’ll explain in my next entry how.

2024 US Election Information
We have roughly 1 year until the 2024 US election. I've put in some research, and here are my conclusions.
TLDR for those of you who don't have time or focus: Cornel West (Democratic Socialist running as People's Party -> Green Party) is the ideal candidate to vote for - normally I wouldn't advocate voting third party, but we may actually have a shot for once, and he has excellent policies. Jill Stein (Green Party) is a potential backup, though if West drops out, our best option for Democratic party is Marianne Williamson.
Please spread this information, especially to residents of Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Nevada. Detailed information under the cut.
Current Fascist and Republican Candidates
Donald Trump, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Asa Hutchinson, Tim Scott, Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, Ryan Binkley, and Doug Burgum.
I'm not going to entertain their details, but I will note that the information I picked up while being exposed to alt-right communities from the inside via my fascist parents earlier this year shows strong evidence that Republicans are likely going to split between Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis (viewed as a betrayal by Trump supporters), and openly fascist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (I'll cover him later).
My guess is a 6/3/1 Republican vote split between Trump/DeSantis/Kennedy, Jr..
Current Democratic Candidates
Joe Biden, Marianne Williamson, and Dean Philips.
Biden has overall failed to complete the majority of his campaign promises, and has been directly supporting Israel during the genocide of Palestine, as well as deferring to Republicans to be "bipartisan" (I don't think I have to stress enough that a bipartisan democrat is not a democrat) - do not vote for him.
Williamson is a high-school educated 71-year-old author from Los Angeles, California. She is known for being Oprah Winfrey's, "spiritual advisor," (double red flag), and dropped out during the 2020 election (another red flag).
While she supports the reinstatement of Roe v. Wade, the decriminalization of cannabis and psychedelic drugs, the reduction of CO2, and moving to 100% renewable energy by 2035, her advocacy for the outright banning of assault and semi-assault weapons for civilians without military reform of the same is a slight red flag when combined with her relationship with Oprah Winfrey (an Obama supporter, the president who authorized quite a lot of drone strikes in West Asia) and drop-out makes her not a great candidate.
Philips is a Bachelor's (Brown University) and Master's Business (University of Minnesota) educated 54-year-old three-term congressman who is noted for criticizing Biden running for a second term on account of both political moderacy and medical concerns.
Philips unfortunately wants to increase police funding for some reason, but advocated for better training, including mental health training. He also advocates for what he calls, "comprehensive immigration reform," in the form of increased border security and streamlining legal entry (this ignores the problem outlined by the UN that people seeking asylum are likely to have to enter a country illegally before they can seek support), and the only real good stance he has is giving reproductive rights to patients, rather than politicians.
Philips is essentially a moderate Republican, and is a bad candidate. Do not vote for him.
Current Independent Candidates
Fascist (not his stated political stance, but it's what he is)
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is a fascist that has openly quoted Nazi propaganda in his political campaigns, is an anti-vaccine activist, and has spread anti-science conspiracy theories such as vaccines causing autism and the non-existence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. I cannot stress this enough, do not fucking vote for Kennedy, Jr.
Democratic Socialist
Cornel West is a Bachelor's (Harvard University), Master's, and Ph.D. (both Princeton University) educated 70-year-old progressive activist that switched his running party from the People's Party to the Green Party, despite being a both public- and self-described democratic socialist.
When asked why he wasn't running as a Democrat against Biden, he stated that, "Neither party is speaking to the pressing needs of poor and working people."
His party plans are a wealth tax on the rich, a national $27 minimum wage, a federal Universal Basic Income, 6 months of paid family leave, a 4-day work week, national free Pre-K childcare, "Immediate cessation of all oil and gas leasing projects on federal lands and waters," "Federal moratorium on fracking, carbon capture, and direct air capture technologies, geoengineering, and other false climate solutions," putting abortion rights in the Constitution, and nationalized healthcare.
Here's where I want to lay out something important. I normally wouldn't advocate for voting for a third party candidate due to the Spoiler Effect, but
Considering the United States' Democratic majority, popular vote records showing a common Republican minority, the absolutely incredible policies West stands for,
The growing support for third parties in the United States, and his policies aligning with public opinion,
Cornel West is the ideal candidate to vote for. Spread this information like wildfire - we may have one shot at the first third party win in US history in the upcoming 2024 election, and
If successful the dominant parties will be Fascist vs. Socialist, denying most, if not all, future Republican wins.
Our target toss-up states are Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Nevada.
Converting Texas to third party, or even just Democrat, will throw the Republican vote entirely and all but guarantee a Democrat, or hopefully third party, 2024 election win,
Which is absolutely possible, as Texas is majority Democrat and wins Republican votes via gerrymandering despite public opinion, which is why it swings occasionally.
Democrat states also need to be switched to majority third party votes, with particular emphasis on California, New York, and Illinois.
GET PEOPLE TO VOTE FOR CORNEL WEST!
Reference map of polling for the future 2024 election:
Tumblr media
Libertarian (slightly Conservative to alt-right, really depends on the person)
Chase Oliver is a surprisingly progressive high school educated 38-year-old anti-war Libertarian that left the Democratic party after witnessing Obama's aggressive anti-West Asian war policies who has expressed desires for criminal justice reform and ending wars abroad, though hasn't elaborated on either.
Green Party
Jill Stein is a Bachelor's (Harvard University) and Medical (Harvard Medical University) 73-year-old Jewish doctor who previously ran for and represented the Green-Rainbow Party as the governor of Massachusetts.
Stein is notable for being an activist and protestor who has both protested outside buildings and testified before legislative and other government bodies against coal plants, mercury leaks, and unclean and unsafe groundwater.
Presumably, her stances will focus on environmental protections, trans rights, and Jewish protections, making her a potential alternative should West drop out.
Conclusions:
Again, don't fucking vote for Trump, Haley, Ramaswamy, Hutchinson, Scott, DeSantis, Christie, Binkley, Burgum, Biden, Philips, or Kennedy, Jr..
Our potential backup Democratic candidate is Williamson.
The ideal candidate is West, with Stein as a viable backup.
As absurd as it sounds, I want you to vote third party for Cornel West.
If you want a wealth tax on the rich, a national $27 minimum wage, a federal Universal Basic Income,
6 months of paid family leave, a 4-day work week, national free Pre-K childcare,
"Immediate cessation of all oil and gas leasing projects on federal lands and waters," "Federal moratorium on fracking, carbon capture, and direct air capture technologies, geoengineering, and other false climate solutions,"
putting abortion rights in the Constitution, and nationalized healthcare,
VOTE FOR CORNEL WEST AND GET OTHER PEOPLE TO DO THE SAME.
WE HAVE A CHANCE AT THE FIRST THIRD PARTY WIN IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE DENIAL OF FUTURE REPUBLICAN WINS.

I used to be a SWERF until January. Now I realise how much harm that caused and I am so sorry for being so ignorant to sex workers who are probably among the most vulnerable women out there (and men and enbies too). Consensual sex work is work and I strongly advocate its legality so we can properly regulate it to be less exploitative.
Thing is when something is legal, it’s easy to control and regulate it. You can see how all the rules that should be in place with drugs and alcohol are blatantly ignored when they’re illegal. Same goes for sex work.
The regulations should be that sex workers get most of the pay they get and any pimps involved should only get part of it since the workers did most of the work although I’m still on the fence with pimping. Obviously you should be 18 years old or over and sex workers should be able to unionise. Denying sexual services should also be allowed.
I think we can view things as contractors or direct hires. If SW were legitimized as a business, SWers wouldn’t need “pimps” (aka traffickers). If they preferred to go legit, then they’re managers or business owners. I have a feeling, just like a “plug” when cannabis was legalized in certain states, they like tax free revenue and the freedom to exploit their “product” without govt oversight. I’d still like to see it legalized or at least decriminalized, for safety reasons. Plus health insurance.
Sex work should indeed be legal, and if you’re interested to learn more about effective policies around it, look into the discourse around decriminalization. (you can take it a step further by listening to sex workers and sw unions who call for decriminalization NOT legalization.) That’s the preferred model for many (if not most) sex workers. It’s a very interesting and important topic.
We all use our bodies for money. Every. Single. One. Of. Us. There is no difference between a tiler using his arms and legs etc to do their job, and a sex worker using their genitals to do their job. Therefore, every sex worker should have the same rights as every other worker - a safe, regulated and respectful work environment with access to all the tools required to do their job safely.
she really came into my inbox thinking she did something. i know the arguments. none of this changes that legal prostitution gives men the right to enforce unwanted sex with women, and increases demand, and consent cant be bought. the issue in many cases is not that women are forced by violence but by financial duress. thats why they dont say no. the issue is the sex buyers who feel entitled to have their sexual fantasies fulfilled. enduring sex is not a profession and making someone endure sex for money is not claiming a service. in actual jobs you dont sell your body, you sell your labour. there‘s more to unpack here but i cant even take someone serious who‘s on the fence about pimping lol. if youre interested to learn more check out #anti prostitution instead of being smug assuming others dont know what we‘re talking about.

I sure am glad I have my Everything Tray (a large serving tray with everything I need to keep up with time management, medications and hygiene) next to me, because I definitely won't be able to get around the house for a while today.
My three layers of compression socks don't insulate me from being able to feel the painful texture of the floor, and I can't force myself to walk to my shoes because it's like a torture game from 'Saw' to try to get to them, and I'm already too exhausted and in pain from wiping my body down with bath wipes for the day because all the sounds and rapid temperature change of a bath or shower would be even worse and I wouldn't be able to force myself through that pain.
As for food today, I tried eating my favorite protein bars but the texture feels so chalky right now that I can hardly force myself to chew and swallow. I think for the next time I have to go off my meds, I'll definitely need to have some nutrition shakes stocked. I can't even eat the (probably delicious, smells amazing) crock pot chicken I managed to put in and turn on yesterday. Even slow cooked meat feels awful on my tongue right now. And I should definitely be eating a lot more than I can force down right now, because I need to do large vestibular and proprioceptive stims like jumping/dancing/spinning/pacing off my meds, too.
I'm very eager for my doctor to get back; on cannabis I even only need two layers of socks, and can shower myself with minimal pain if I'm listening to comforting music and I pay careful attention to room temperature preparation for exiting the water. And I can eat lots more things with it, too. In fact I love cooking, it's a special interest of mine. And it's so frustrating to be unable to.
I'm glad Iowa at least has SOME kind of medical cannabis program, but it's definitely set up to be slyly primarily recreational. The fact that I'm profoundly disabled without cannabis but I can ONLY go through the same doctor who issued the medical cannabis card in the first place to get a thc limit increase, despite it needing redone every three months, is ridiculous medical gatekeeping. The only ones harmed by such excessive red tape are those who actually require it to comfortably live.
It's frustrating. I can't wait to get into school so I can advocate for myself and my neurokin better. I'm glad the ball's finally been rolling on that.

Article by Jonathan Bomser | CEO | Accept-Credit-Cards-Now.com
Tumblr media
In the ever-shifting landscape of financial services, the voyage of credit repair businesses encounters unique challenges, particularly in the realm of payment processing. As e-commerce ascends and the demand for credit repair services burgeons, the quest for effective high-risk payment processing solutions takes center stage. Whether at the helm of credit repair or navigating the intricate waters of CBD products, the acceptance of credit card payments emerges as a compass pointing to success. This article plunges into the intricacies of high-risk payment processing, unraveling strategies that not only foster flourishing enterprises but also position them as pioneers in their industry.
DOWNLOAD THE HIGH-RISK PAYMENT PROCESSING INFOGRAPHIC HERE
The Magnetic Pull of Credit Card Acceptance
Beyond mere convenience, the magnetic pull of credit card acceptance resonates profoundly in today's business milieu. It is not merely about transactional ease; it's about broadening horizons and amplifying revenue streams. By embracing credit card payments, be it in the arena of credit repair or CBD enterprises, businesses swing open gates to a more extensive clientele. Customers, valuing the versatility and security offered by credit and debit cards, find it simpler to engage with services providing this option, translating into heightened conversion rates and the organic growth of businesses.
High-Risk Merchant Processing: A Strategic Alliance
In sectors like credit repair and CBD trade, where the "high-risk" tag is commonplace, perceiving it as an opportunity rather than an obstacle becomes paramount. It's not merely a label but a gateway to markets teeming with potential. To navigate this successfully, forging alliances with reliable high-risk merchant processing providers emerges as a strategic imperative. These specialized processors comprehend the unique challenges faced and deliver tailored solutions to suit the specific needs of credit repair businesses and CBD merchants.
E-commerce Payment Processing: Transformative Paradigms
The realm of e-commerce payment processing emerges as a transformative force for credit repair businesses. It not only facilitates secure online payments but also equips businesses with tools to efficiently manage transactions. The article underscores the significance of e-commerce payment processing, shedding light on its pivotal role and emphasizing the need for specialized payment gateways attuned to the intricacies of the credit repair industry.
The Strategic Leverage of Credit Repair Payment Gateways
A credit repair payment gateway stands as the linchpin for online business operations, ensuring seamless connections between customers and services while safeguarding their financial data. The article advocates for the careful selection of payment gateways aligned with business goals, ensuring a frictionless checkout process, reduced cart abandonment rates, and an augmented revenue stream. Features like one-click payments and compatibility with various credit and debit cards take center stage in enhancing the user experience.
The Tactical Significance of CBD Merchant Accounts
For CBD merchants, the possession of a dedicated CBD merchant account emerges as a strategic imperative. The association of the CBD industry with cannabis places it within the high-risk category. However, with the burgeoning acceptance of CBD products, the market presents rapid expansion. The article delves into the significance of a dedicated CBD merchant account, emphasizing its role in enabling businesses to offer customers the convenience of credit card payments and contributing to overall business growth.
The Ever-Present Ally: Online Payment Gateways
In a digital age where business operations transcend time zones, an online payment gateway becomes the perpetual ally, processing payments even when physical stores shutter for the day. The perpetual availability not only broadens revenue potential but also elevates customer satisfaction. The global reach facilitated by online payment gateways extends business access to customers worldwide, free from geographical constraints.
The Pulsating Core: Credit Card Processing Systems
In the intricate dance of credit repair or CBD ventures, the pulsating core lies in a reliable credit card processing system. This system serves as the nucleus, ensuring secure and swift transactional processes. The article advocates for investments in robust credit card processing systems, emphasizing the need for real-time transaction monitoring and fraud prevention features. The assurance of secure transactions emerges as priceless for both businesses and customers.
The Guardian Shield: High-Risk Merchant Accounts
In the arena of high-risk businesses, a high-risk merchant account stands as the guardian shield, offering protection against potential challenges. This shield provides access to payment processing solutions tailored to the industry's needs. With the right high-risk merchant account, businesses can navigate the labyrinth of high-risk payment processing with unwavering confidence.
Embracing High-Risk Payment Processing for Triumph
Embracing high-risk payment processing is not merely a choice but a necessity for credit repair businesses and CBD merchants. The article underscores the empowerment derived from accepting credit cards, enabling businesses to thrive and grow. The advocacy for partnerships with reliable merchant processing providers and the utilization of secure payment gateways crystallizes into a seamless and secure transaction experience for customers.

In a dynamic business landscape, adaptability emerges as the keystone. The high-risk label should not be viewed as a deterrent but as an opportunity to shine in the industry. The article encourages investments in robust credit card processing systems and dedicated high-risk merchant accounts to safeguard businesses and propel them toward success.
In the contemporary digital epoch, where convenience and security reign supreme, accepting credit cards for credit repair and CBD products paves the path to prosperity.
