The boys were rushed to A&E where medics confirmed they had a skin reaction caused by #ChemicalBurns Doctors scraped the skin from their arms and have been applying moisturiser over the past week – with the twins having to repeat the process over the next 18 months. These ' #BlackHenna ' #Tattoos can contain high levels of toxic chemical dye, which is normally illegal to use on the skin. The paste contains an ingredient called paraphenylenediamine (PPD). The addition of PPD, an oxidative chemical, into henna dyes and the potential for this allergenic chemical to cause hypersensitivity reactions is a public health issue. As a consequence, there are hundreds of cases ranging from mild eczema to bullous reactions to scarring and permanent #Hypopigmentation seen. Look. They may be literally one of the most stable fusions but their fashion is god awful. No shirt, a glove, a vest, a chest harness???, a belly pack, a ripped skirt,  some weird belty boot, and goggles. Like they are what they make. Just a hodgepodge of… weird.

I want you to assume they’ve just created something amazing–explosive and alive, leaving fire and ash in its wake. It’s big. Real big. It’s made of scrap and flesh–a sort of cyborg zombie. But it’s strong. And it’s alive.

They’re alive. One of both of their finest creations.

Both of them create a fusion that’s excitable and volatile, but whose trains of thought are more easily kept and a tad more coherent. They goad each other on in almost every aspect of their lives and their survival instinct, as well as their penchant for revenge, is almost unmatched. Their intelligence is only amplified by the other’s and their particular interests are often mashed together to create unholy things of destruction and chaos.

The tattoo is simple–a cog made of bone, covered in blood. The scar from Doc’s encounter with lightning give it an appearance of electricity in and around it.

So crazy story. The pics don't do it justice. After my chemo my face blew up again with yet another chemical burn. This time effecting my eye lids and my lips too. I was in so much pain.
