*smacks hands together* alright guys since I started cracking the code to finally getting shit together imma give it to you. It’s not some 60 day fix your life hardcore butthole burner 3000 challenge. It isn’t gonna magically take your fucking depression away.
But listen, listen.
Put floss in a visible place— floss picks work fine. Start flossing before or after you brush your teeth.
Stretch in bed at night before you sleep. Two minutes is better than no minutes— butt up, crack your back, touch your toes or calves or something.
Start doing a “closer” on your room / home every night. Even if you’re exhausted. All you need to do is pick up the dirty clothes and put them in a hamper. Pick up the trash and throw it away. If you have a dishwasher, shove dishes in it and turn it on. If you don’t, do the easiest dishes you can. Wipe the counters down.
Sleepy time tea by celestial seasonings helps the skin because it’s got spearmint and helps anxiety because of the chamomile.
Comfort water bottle, 16 oz or more. Drink up.
Fill your water filter to the TOP every night before you sleep, now you have lots tomorrow and won’t avoid it as much.
Underwater aquarium ambience with fishies is great to watch and relax to.
Read fanfiction as a reward for doing something tough. Write one or use some shit like CAI to help you cope.
Organizing is hard. Get organizing shit from dollar tree and you’re done.
Have a hard time eating veggies? What’s your favorite veggie? Make that the majority of the veggie on your plate and the rest of the veggies aren’t as many. Huzzah.
Dino nuggets + tater tots + carrots is a perfectly fine meal. Eat.
ACCOMMODATE DONT IGNORE. I ignored and pushed neurodivergent things + chronic symptoms away for years. It did nothing. ACCOMMODATE IT.
Structure your week in hard days Vs easy days. Monday is my busy day, I do as much of the annoying cleaning as I possibly can on that day. I have my groceries delivered. I have lots to do. Tuesday is more relaxed but I finish shit on my to do lists. Other days are easier, because I don’t have to spend all damn day cleaning.
Do your fuckin stretching and cardio and whatnot in your pajamas. You don’t even need pants. Literally just do it naked before your shower if you want.

Self Therapy; A Note
I've been pondering about this concept for quite a while now. Therapy itself is a wonderful tool to pick your broken pieces up and gently glue them back together- as if they were never broken at all.
However, not everyone has the resources to truly indulge in such tools. So I mulled over the idea of doing therapy almost at home. While it won't be as effective, as far as my personal experience goes, therapists typically give out homework to their patients.
I want to make it clear that because you're doing this kind of thing at home, it is vital to remain cautious. This is not medical advice, just something to consider.
If you do not have the resources to go to therapy, doing a self therapy session every single week could be beneficial, I think. I'm making a little guide on how exactly I personally am choosing to do this.
(●´∀`●)
Step One: Choose An App
There are many many free apps specifically geared towards mental health. I've used a few, one of which being "WYSA" which I personally enjoyed. Pick one you think would suit you!
I enjoy these apps primarily because they typically have some free form of help. Like breathing exercises, meditation, etc! You can skip this step if you don't feel comfortable.
Step Two: Find Resources Online
You can easily find a lot of free resources online by looking up "therapy worksheet" "anxiety worksheet" "depression worksheet" etc.
Find a couple that you think would suit you to work on for the first week. The more you find, I recommend stockpiling them into a folder! This way, every new session you can either pre-plan said worksheets or grab a couple quickly.
I also highly recommend looking for journal prompts! Especially shadow work journal prompts that help you release certain emotions. You can do this with pen and a notebook or you can use a laptop/tablet for this! If you don't feel secure, password protect documents or hide your journal in a very safe place.
Step Three: Plan your first Session
Identify what you would like to address/work on during the session. Write it down.
Find the worksheets and exercises you want to do, plan them out. It's easier to go ahead and print/write/type them now and put them in a folder with a clear name. (e.g. ST.session1)
Find a day in the week when you know you will have at least one hour of free time. During this one hour of free time, you will be taking the time to do all of your things ! You can do this before bed, in the middle of the day. Just choose a time you think would be best.
I recommend setting a small goal every 1-2 sessions. Remember, goals should be reasonable, attainable, and measurable. Little steps. (For instance, if you struggle with severe social anxiety like I did, you can make a goal "order a coffee one time", but there's many ways to do this)
You can add more to this if you want! Please remember, you can add a face mask and reading a nice book, or other coping skills/self care to this if you think it might help. I recommend choosing things based off on how much time you have and how effective they are at helping you cope. You can also add them all separately to a "self care" day weekly. Up to you.
Example Setup
I'm sharing my personal set-up and plan with you! Some people need visuals <3
This is my folder set up:
Tumblr media
as you can see, I have three folders inside a "self therapy" folder!
Tumblr media
inside the "journaling" folder, I have three documents that align with the session outline (pictured next) that is in its respective folder. The first one has a journal prompt, the second two are completely blank and only named. They're just sitting there, waiting and ready!
Tumblr media
This is my session outline. It includes what issues I'll be addressing and what exercises I'll be doing. Also, the next goal I'd like to work towards. This includes how I plan to do so. I also put a clear DAY and TIME for this session.
This is the worksheet I'll be doing:
Tumblr media
And that's all! I'll be following this tomorrow and drinking some chocolate milk and relaxing :3 not too shabby, huh! Don't forget, if you are ever thinking about hurting yourself: call a hotline.

Episode #01 / ??
Is life fucking you with a cactus? Do you not know where the fuck to start with getting your shit together? Join the club. I've failed probably a hundred different types of challenges and life transformations. Doing so has taught me exactly how to get my shit together over the years.
The tasks are random and customized to my personal experiences, you can add or remove whatever doesn't fit your lifestyle. I have added detailed instructions or links for those that need help with knowing exactly what to do. There is no "Start date" or "end date" you just do what tasks fit into your lifestyle. These things don't even have to be done on the same day.
TASK LIST #001:
-> Clean The Kitchen Sink & Counters: Wash any dishes or place them in the dishwasher, get a rag or sponge & a toothbrush you don't need, take dish soap or disinfectant multi-surface cleaner (i used pine sol) and scrub the sink. Take the toothbrush and get any small areas (especially behind the sink and faucet) with it. Rinse the rag and wipe it down. Remove any trash / random items from the counters and use a rag with soap to wipe down. Try to get underneath the microwave/whatever else if you can. Any items that were on the counters, find a home for them or place them back on the counter where they belong.
-> At-Home Gel / Polish / Whatever Pedicure : Go on youtube or tiktok and find the instructions for whatever supplies you have.
-> Clean your bathroom drawers and counters: Start with the counter, remove anything unnecessary and throw away any trash. Use a spray cleaner or disinfectant cleaner and a rag/sponge. Scrub the grime off from the sink and use the toothbrush you had earlier to get any nitty gritty areas. Then, open your bathroom drawers and have a small bag (grocery bag, trash bag) near. Look at each item and decide whether you need/want it or not. Throw anything that is expired away, find a place for everything that makes sense. You can optionally wipe the inside of the drawers with disinfectant if you'd like.
-> Buy floss / floss picks / water flosser and place it somewhere VISIBLE . Floss before you brush your teeth that night.
-> Create a Meal Plan / Grocery Plan: Look on youtube, tiktok, or whatever you'd like and find some easy meals you know you can reliably make and eat even on a bad day. When you go grocery shopping, make sure to have at least two kinds of fruit, some veggies, and something that is insanely easy to eat. I have frozen burritos in my fridge right now, they may not be the "healthiest" but it doesn't matter. Start the change today not tomorrow and keep that mindset in your head. It doesn't matter if the change is literally just that you ate an apple today. Make that change now.

If you haven’t heard of the app Sweepy, I highly suggest you check it out ! Let me show you how it works ~
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You create a room and add all of your tasks to it ! It has a list of suggest tasks, you can adjust the amount of effort it takes you, how often you need to do it and more !
Then, when you open up the app you’ll see these little bars beside your rooms to let you know if you need to do some cleaning.
I used to forget a LOT about certain tiny tasks like dusting the damn TV! BUT when you open up the room/area you get to see this!
Tumblr media
It shows you WHEN you last did the task, the dots are the effort amount and it will tell you if it NEEDS to be done!
There’s also a household option, to keep track of whose doing what for premium members. (Which right now is only $20 for a mf year)
They have a list of challenges, a vacation mode, a habit tracker, achievements and I really like it so far.
It will automatically generate a daily cleaning schedule so you’re not overwhelmed, based on what needs to be done first if you’re premium. The point option is good for task validation aswell.
I like it because it helps remind me to clean the nooks and cranny’s that make a really big difference <3
If you do well with this kind of system, check out habitica or another RPG life game too! That’ll help a whole lot. I also have a notion template on my page that’s free to use & you can customize the photos and colors if you want that ! MwAh!

If you aren’t taking care of yourself then of course you’re not meeting your goals. Your body needs nutrients. Your feet and legs are tired and dry, massage and moisturize them. After long days at work, your back is going to hurt and if you are able, yoga will help fix that.
Meeting goals required a certain amount of self respect, self care, and self discipline.

This is your sign to learn how to do things on your own. Not because you have to, but, because if you ever DO have to, you can.
First: Supplies
For everything you learn you want adequate supplies stored PROPERLY. I will admit here and now that the first set of nail supplies I got... Was not stored in an organized fashion. Quite literally tossed it all in a cubby bin. I know, horrendous.
But it's important that you store these things properly, or, you'll end up like me. With a lot to organize, throw away, and buy.
Amazon is your best friend for supplies. I'll be reorganizing ALL of my supplies into plastic drawers to keep things clean and neat. You can get em at Walmart, cheap.
Second: What To Learn
Hotties, you want to be able to do damn near anything on a budget at HOME if you can. So here's a massive list of things that can upgrade your lifestyle.
Nails (gel, dip, acrylic, natural, manipedi)
Hair (wig installation, braids, overnight curls, straightening, detox // clarifying, updos)
Makeup (cut crease, half cut crease, halo eye, glitter application, properly setting makeup, illusions with mild contour)
Brows (ombre/tint, waxing, threading)
Self Massage (shoulders, back, legs, feet)
Lashes (fake extensions // individuals, lash lifts and tints)
Photo editing / self photography
"I don't know how to learn these things!" YouTube, TikTok, Google. Practice.
Mwah!

Things I tell myself when...
I feel like I'm running on a treadmill in life: "Your work ethic and effort is visible, just not to your own eyes. You cant see colors clearly in tinted glasses."
I fail at something I desperately wanted to succeed in/at: "Failure is part of the path to success. Take a break and revisit, do it again, from a different angle. There's no shame in trying again."
I picked at my skin/skin is breaking out: "You should take more care of your physical body. Let's put some aloe on it and drink some water. Mistakes happen."
I'm upset at myself for something I did in the past: "Just live your life. Release the hate you have in your soul for yourself."
I miss people who were not good to me: "You can have good memories with bad people, but they are still bad people."
