Stepping out the car Valentino holding the door open, " You look marvelous my dear." He smiled as cameras flashed around us.

I stood up wearing a skin tight black dress with white leather straps around my chest, a fur coat that matches Valentino's white coat with hearts, black christian Louboutin heels. "Thank you dear" I smiled as my lips now covered in a dark red shade curled upwards, as Valentino led us inside his Club.

Walking to our reserved seats as he sat down I put my coat down as I sat next to him crossing my legs smiling as he lit a cigarette to smoke. "Welcome Valentino, Anything i can start you guys with?" A bartender wearing a uniform asked us. "We'll do the usual '' He exhaled putting his hands around my waist.

I decided to stand up " Where are you going doll?" He asked as i looked at him. "Nowhere" i smiled as i sat on his lap " Thats what i thought" He inhaled another puff as he forced my lips onto his exhaling his smoke into me passionately making out right there.

FInally i caught my breath smiling as I kissed his cheek leaving a dark red kiss mark. " You're mine." I smiled at the mark on his cheek. "And you're mine." He puts his hands on my thighs.

" Here are your drinks" The bartender came back, placing 2 pink drinks with a passion fruit on the glass. " I'm going to the bathroom" I said , kissing his cheek again, standing up fixing my dress as I blew a kiss and walked to the bathroom.

Before I walked out the bathroom I sprayed his favorite perfume pushing the door open to see a girl sitting next to him with her hands on my man. I stood there waiting to see how it would end. She took a look at my drink and drank it with her pink lipstick now on it. My eyes were seeing red. I stormed there smiling politely " Hi, can i speak to you for a second ma'am " I smiled so innocently "of course dear." the blonde woman stood up drunk from one drink. " I'll be right back dear." I waved to Valentino as I led her to the backroom of the club.

closing the door shut. "What did you wa-" before she could finish her sentence I slapped her with my purse " You desperate piece of shit" I gave her a fist to her face smudging her pink lipstick " You are really a desperate cock whore aren't you. "I grabbed her by her neck pushing her against the brick wall. '' Do you even know who I even am." My pupils turn red and my hair flies up, the blonde bimbo starts choking.

As I came to my senses I didn't want to kill her. I wanted to make her suffer. "Do you know who i am" I asked again letting go of her throat throwing her to the floor. "I don't know- I'm sorry" she cried as she tried to crawl away.

" I am Y/N His motherfucking Girlfriend if you come near him ever again." I walked towards her, my heels clanking on the stone floor. i Bent down, lighting a cigarette exhaling in her face. " You won't see another day." I looked at her with a toothy grin, scaring her away. as i stood up kicking her in the face one more time. Breaking her nose.

" You better run bitch" I turned around to the door again walking inside not wanting to deal with this mess, fixing myself as I walked to Valentino " welcome back doll..." He smiled as he patted the seat next to him, I sat on his lap instead looking for comfort. " You wont leave me right?" I leaned into his neck inhaling his cologne as he held me tight " No doll, I won't leave you" He smiled as he saw the blood on my heels.

grabbing a tissue as he wiped the blood off my heels "You made a mess didn't you?" He asked as he kept cleaning them. I nodded in his neck as I couldn't face him. " That's my girl" He held me closer to him as I whispered into his ears. " You know.. all this got me horny tonight." I smiled running my hand across his chest and to his stomach. "Let's go shall we." he said holding me in his arms as he walked outside.

anyway. hi :) prime defenders huh. this is gonna be less of an essay and more of a sleepy ramble but ohhh i have so many thoughts. they all process things so differently and none of them are good at it they all need therapy so bad. ms.g where is the hero therapy why didnt you build that into w.a.t.c.h ma'am

vyncent is probably the best at actually processing things out of all of them, he just internalizes everything to the point where he wont talk about it unless hes pushed past the breaking point. vyncent is actually very.. emotionally intelligent? i want to say mature but that feels like im singling him out because hes the oldest. i just feel like because he grew up on Fauna and had to be in basically survival mode in a world full of monsters trying to kill you.. that makes a person grow up quicker than they should. i think vyncent had a good childhood and for the most part his parents took good care of him but just.. living in that world doesnt seem like it leaves room for a whole lot of expressing emotions. vyncent is good at quick analysis of a situation, but unless a problem directly interferes with the current goal he doesnt externalize it to everyone else. but bottling up his feelings and emotions just builds up pressure over time until something like the lich makes him blow up and let it all out at once, usually in a dramatic monologue format bc condi is really good at those god damn it. also they played off the fact that vyncent said all of that to the lich and then missed his attack as a funny thing but i like to think of it as. he got too overwhelmed w his emotions and lashed out too soon it made his fighting messy. vyncent is so angry and honestly after what hes been through he deserves to be !!!!

william wisp. my boy. god hes just like me fr so much so that it physically hurts sometimes. anyway. i always think back to the scene where theyre all in the cabin talking about themselves/sharing backstories and william keeps desperately trying not to talk about himself. the fact that hes so ashamed of his powers he hides wisp form every time. two of his powers are LITERALLY a) turning invisible and b) turning intangible, usually as an excuse to leave whatever situation hes in ("accidentally" falling through the floor at opportune moments in season 1) . theres. a thing that happens at the end of episode 13/beginning of epidode 14 that youre really close to and i wont spoil yet but god it has to do with this so extremely much please come back to my inbox when you get there. youll know what it is trust me. um. yeah. so anyway. i think a lot of this comes from a place of. he doesnt want anyone to be scared of him. williams not stupid hes incredibly smart and insightful he knows his powers are objectively SCARY. hes scared of himself constantly, he doesnt want anyone else to feel that way about him, so he shifts focus whenever those aspects of himself are brought up because if someone were to think about it for any amount of time theyd realize the truth that hes scary and dangerous to be around (<< william logic. hey remember how one of the reasons he originally left deadwood was because the monsters there were attracted to the wisps and therefore Him so he left to keep his friends/family out of danger)

i think a lot about williams death and the immediate aftermath, i dont know how much you actually know and how much of this comes later but . how does he go home after waking up from that. his parents know about his powers, so they MUST know what happened. what do you think he told them when he god home muddy and dirty and broken and probably bloody after being missing for. god knows how long. how does he look his mother in the eyes and tell her her little boy is dead. but hes also not because hes standing right in front of her. how the fuck do you think he felt the first time he went into wisp form and saw his body laying there !!! of course he wouldnt want to talk about that!!!! youre gonna have to pry william wisps emotions from his cold dead hands !!!!!!!

dakota's response to the ashe situation was to run away in the woods and do nothing but train for 10 months. he didnt think about it for 10 months. i dont even have a whole lot to say about dakota other than like. stunned silence whenever his inability to process trauma is brought up because grizzly does such an incredible job at being like "you ask dakota how hes doing and his face is just blank" << paraphrased actual quote from an episode i cannot remember which one. either 11 or 12 ?

also because im thinking about him im including ashe in this. we didnt get to see a whole lot of his canon reactions to extreme emotional situations so a lot of this is just coming from My Mind but ashe seems like hed be the type to repress a lot of his emotions too. being alone in your house/in your room for extended periods of time will do that to a guy. i think he feels a lot of things and will probably very openly cry/scream/get angry when hes alone but as soon as he knows another person is there he can immediately flip the switch to turn it all off like nothing happened. very much a deadpan "im fine." if someone asks how hes doing, even if hes got like. the remainder of tear tracks down his face. cannot physically express his emotions in the presence of someone else

Hiii thanks for sending these! Omg they're a lot, but I think either me or other writers tackled most of these prompts a bit already, so I chose only one to write about, I hope you don't mind 🥰💕 I chose John meeting Veronica's parents for the first time... as her boyfriend!

The wheels of the Silver Bullet stopped in front of the building, but John couldn't take his hands off the steering wheel. He was paralyzed and shot a nervous glance at his side, where Veronica sat looking at Sheffield out the window.

She felt John's terrified look on her and turned to meet his eyes, shivering.

"I'm nervous too, John, but it's going to be okay, don't worry." She gave him a tentative smile and John let out a deep sigh, finally leaving the car.

John and Veronica have been knowing each other for over a year, she even went in Cornwall with his band, and that time she really struggled to get the permission from her parents (only with the promise of behave well and don't do anything sinful, coming from both John and Veronica's own lips), but this time... well, now John wasn't only a friend, they were together.

Like, really together, very much in love with each other, which was the reason behind this visit. She told her parents about it on the phone, and they demanded to see John in person for the second time with a rather unpleasant tone.

"My hair's even longer this time, your father's really not going to like it even one bit." John whined, carrying their bags for the night up the stairs.

"I told them you're not a hippie, I'm..." Veronica let out a frustrated sigh. Her parents had complained about John's fashion style and being in a band, but they clung to the promise he was going to be a respectable engineer and had extremely good grades at university. But she was still quite worried about her parents' welcome.

Edmund and Catherine still lived in the same public housing in Sheffield where Veronica grew up in, a rather big apartment stuffed with children that now were all moved away or, in Veronica's case, studying in London, leaving the parents alone with a couple of extra rooms in case of need.

And as expected, they got welcomed by two pairs of stern, concerned and judgmental eyes.

"I'm sure you'll understand our concerns about our daughter, John, given you're a very intelligent boy." While Veronica's father silently stared at John, giving him the most awkward dinner of his life, her mom kept bombarding him with questions. Some of which she did actually already ask during the first time they met, but this time he was there as Veronica's boyfriend, and not just as a friend, and that carried a whole bag of implications.

"I do, ma'am." John replied with a nod, trying not to show how pressured he felt. After all, John was a master at keeping a poker face. "I'm... I might be in a music band and I like to keep my hair long but I can assure you I'm responsible and I deeply care about Ronn- Veronica." He corrected himself, biting his lip, and Ronnie gave an invisible, gentle rub on his thigh as she sat absolutely silent next to him.

"Have you had a girlfriend before?" Another question from Catherine, who seemed only curious about it, but for sure had a deeper meaning about John's behavior.

He swallowed and Veronica noticed his cheeks flushing a bit. He told her about that first, naive attempt of a relationship which didn't land anywhere. He's never been interested in any relationship before Veronica arrived in his life like a wrecking ball.

"Uh, n-not really... Well, kind of, I suppose, I had a girlfriend when I was seventeen, but it was... You know, just an approach and I wasn't really chasing girls. Never went further than a kiss." He stammered a bit, fidgeting with the fork.

"And how's this... rock band thing?"

This time Catherine gave John an icy glare that drilled right through his soul. He read the question in her eyes as clear as reading the newspaper: she was assuming he intended to be promiscuous and break Veronica's heart, which was opposite of his intentions. He felt purely in love with her and didn't need anything else.

"I'm just the bass player, it's just for fun, we're all students. My bandmates have very different... personalities than mine, you know." Seeking genuine comfort, he glanced at Ronnie and met her loving eyes. "But I'm already happy and fulfilled with Veronica."

It was then that both her parents exchanged a look that seemed softening, lifting the weight on both John and Veronica's hearts.

"I can't foresee the future, I don't know where life will lead us, but I'll do my best to make your daughter happy as long as we're together." John promised, making the bold move of holding her hand tightly in front of her parents, and Veronica's wide smile gave John enough courage to speak those words out loud.

For now, it seemed enough for her parents, who quietly agreed with a silent look at each other.

"We'll keep our eyes on you, boy." Edmund finally spoke, but his threat had a friendly tint in it and John replied with a vigorous nod, before the dinner continued and Ronnie's parents asked her about her studies, almost as if she just joined the meal.

As both of them expected, Veronica's parents put them in separate rooms to sleep, but as soon as the night came down and a dead silence dawned on the Tetzlaffs house, Veronica stood up from her bed and tiptoed in the room that used to be her brothers'.

John wasn't sleeping either and she was met with his green eyes staring at her.

"Jesus Christ, Ronnie, I thought it was your father checking if I was still here." He hissed, a little frightened before softening up once Veronica sat on the bed.

"Better not call Jesus's name out loud in this house…" She giggled, "I know, but I also know my parents well enough to be sure they won't disturb us, they're very deep sleepers. My dad snores-"

"I heard!"

"... and mom wears earmuffs and takes sleeping pills. It's actually pretty safe at night, I just have to go back to bed later and not fall asleep here." In the dark, Ronnie gave him a warm smile which made John's heart flutter violently.

He cherished the sensation of his cheeks flushing while he adjusted himself on the single bed and made room for Veronica, inviting her under the covers.

Despite her parents' concerns, they never went further than cuddling and kissing, yet, but they were comfortable with it. John loved the domesticity of holding his girlfriend so close, and respected her will of waiting a while before eventually taking some steps forward, because not only her parents were religious but she was as well, after all, and was struggling between her beliefs and her "sinful" desires. But thankfully, John didn't feel like rushing their relationship either.

Quietly, Veronica slid under the covers and winded her arms around his waist, listening to his warmth and heartbeat.

"I'm sorry my parents are so rough and cold… I have told them many times you're a guy with his feet on the ground, they're just… very conservative, you know. Religion, and all that." She murmured. "My two sisters also struggled a lot with their boyfriends…"

"You didn't speak a word earlier… I was rather scared." John admitted, being used to Veronica speaking her mind about her parents and venting when she was with him made him worried about her well-being first.

"I know, I'm so sorry! My father really never lets me speak and they were having a conversation with you, so… I shouldn't interfere."

"As if you were disturbing?"

"Yeah… interrupting, even." She sighed and John gave her a nod. Her situation with her parents was definitely a complicated one for a girl her age in the roaring Seventies and he didn't blame her one bit.

"It's unfair, you're involved as well... It felt like an exam…" John added with a pout and exaggerated his expression, mimicking Edmund's stern face and making Veronica smile . Until she looked at him and a veil of sadness covered her eyes.

"I don't want them to scare you away from me…" Ronnie admitted weakly, her voice thin as if she was afraid to say that out loud.

Cupping her face, John caressed her soft cheek and cradled her sorrow away.

"They won't, don't worry."

Part of him wanted to ask, though he knew that was the stupid part, the hopeful farmboy who picked the worst possible person to care about, who searched for signs in things that he knew deep down meant nothing - when kaz chose him for a job, when Kaz played along with one of his jokes. He could have kicked himself. He's finally seen the infamous Kaz Brekker without a stich of clothing, and he'd been too worried about ending up on a pike to pay proper attention.

ok i got a couple of things to say about this part

first of all it makes me so sad that jes cares so much for someone who dosn't deserve him. because no hate to kaz but they would never work as a couple and kaz already treats him like shit most of the time

i think this part shows who a lot about who jesper really is. a boy that grew up having to hide parts of himself, who thinks he's worth nothing but it's smart and capable, who's loyal and brave and caring but doesn't even know it himself. he's someone who feels he doesn't deserve good things and thinks he's not good enough, and that's why he unds up in all the wrong places with the wrong people. he left uni bc he fell in with the gangs, because he didn't think he was smart enough or even prepared to be in studying in the university. jesper is constantly hiding behind a mask or running from things because he's scared of not being enough

an kaz is everything jes in a way wishes he could be. kaz is secure in himself (at least on the outside), he's stable, he's smart, he's "unshakeable". and most of all, he doesn't care about others (we know that's not true but that's how he presents himself)

and that's the thing that causes jesper all his problems. because he's insecure because he thinks he's not good enough for the poeple or things he cares about. and he's always trying to do what's best for his loved ones: he went to the ice court to pay his debt for his father, he follows kaz everywhere beacause he cares about him, he offered to read to wylan (knowing it wouldn't be easy for him to be still that long).

and yeah it often doesn't work out becuase he's messy and he has problems but he tries. and he hates that. he hates that he cares so much about people because at the end of the day, that's what makes him feel like he's not good enough

one more thing and i'm done i promise

unpopular opinion but i love that leigh made jesper have a crush on kaz. 1 beacuse it's refreshing to see someone not get otgether with his first crush. and 2 because i love that it shows that we sometimes get attached to people that are not good for us, but that we can learn to move on. jesper ended with wylan who respects him and values him, unlike kaz

"Hello," He says from the other line. He sounds a bit groggy. "Hey. Is Jae with you. He's not home yet. Did he crash with you?" "Uhh, no? We all left at like 11? 11:30??" "huh. That's weird. Maybe he's with Mark or Taeyong. I'll call them. Sorry for waking you John." "It's fine. Let me know what happens, yea?" "Yea. Good night" you hang up the phone. You text and call all 21 other members. And he's not with anyone. You pray to God that he's okay. Not in a car crash or anything like that. You stay up, waiting in a chair, facing the door, hoping he walks through okay and with a good explanation. Finally, at 3:15 a.m. The door unlocks, and Jaehyun walks through, tosses his keys on the stand. You run up to him and hug him. "Oh, thank God. Are you okay? Where were You" You pull away and look at him, concern in your eyes "You're still up?..." he asks in a whisper. Not looking in your eyes. You sniff slightly. He doesn't smell like alcohol. Or his cologne. "Jae... why do you smell like perfume?" He shrugs. Taking off his coat, "Probably from all the people at the bar." "Where were you, Jae. You haven't answered me. I was worried. All of the boys said you weren't with them" His phone starts dinging. 4 times in a row. "Who's that?" He stays silent. Still not looking at you. "Jae, can I see your phone" nothing, "jaehyun... please," still nothing. You walk over and pull his phone from his front pocket, slowly. Hands shaking as you silently pray that it's not what you think it is. Lena[Tonight was fun] Lena[I missed you so much...] Lena[By the way.....] Lena[When are you gonna tell her? So me and you can be together? I can't stand not having you to myself anymore..] Reading that last text, Your eyes blur.  Your throat tightens. You look up at him. "This... this is where you were? Is this what's been on your phone for the past 2 months. More? How long?" You question again, silence "How Long Jae!?" your voice raised. You continue to scroll through the thread of messages—hundreds of them. God knows why you continue. "3 months..." He mumbles Pictures of her in lingerie. Naked. His hoodie, The one you gave him last Christmas. Pictures of himself sent to her. Logs of him meeting up with her, on days when he told you he had to stay late at the studio so that he couldn't see you. You toss the phone to him. He catches it. Putting it back in his pocket. "Please. Don't say anything too rash. I messed up. I'm sorry. She's nothing, I swear." He pleads "Nothing? She's not nothing. She's 3 months of our relationship. Don't worry. I'm not as mad at you as I am myself. I wasted.. 2 and a half years with you." "Don't say that.. don't say it was a waste." "I trusted you. I put all my doubts aside. I've dealt with your busy idol life. Your fans. The sasaengs. Staying up late to call for 5 minutes while you were on tour. Flying everywhere to see you. All because I love you. Loved you. It was all worth it. At the time," You grab his coat. Take your apartment key off his keyring. "But her? She gets all the benefits. And none of the tiring tasks that come with being with you. She doesn't have to have a relationship in the eyes of millions. Or make a statement on why you broke up, and lie to not hurt your precious idol image. Because your fans would be disgusted to know what you did, she's not gonna have to deal with the unavoidable hate and death threats to come." He says your name in a breathless beg. "Don't. I'm sorry. I can fix this. Please, what can I do? Anything please just tell me." You walk over, pushing his things into his chest as he grabs them. "Get out," You say simply. You walk back over to the door, opening it wide. "Get out. Don't come back. Don't text. Don't call. Stay away. It's over, Jaehyun. I hope she makes you happy. I'm sorry I wasn't enough for you. You were more than enough for me." He slowly walks out the door. Turning to you, opening his mouth in a last effort plea. You close the door before he can say anything. Lock it. Walk to your bedroom, closing the door behind you. And sink to the floor. Tears flooding down your face. Choking sobs burst from your throat. Over the next few days, you deal with the floods of messages coming from the members, your friends. And then when the press releases the statement, you deal with the floods of DM's from fans. The comments on your posts. Most are supportive and sympathetic. Others... not so much. Months go by. You're still friends with the members. You text and call them. Even hang out. But you still haven't seen Jaehyun. Haven't heard of anything going on between him and that girl. Your hurt has subsided, for the most part. But there are still nights when you stare at your screen. Waiting for his name to pop up. Begging for a second chance. A hello. A Checkup. Anything, just to see his name on your screen. You hate yourself for it... One night you come home from a going out with your girls—a very much needed, fun night. "Yaahhh. I can't believe we really danced in front of all those people. We probably looked so silly," You laugh as your friend walks you to your door. You unlock it. "Do you want to come in?" "Nah, it's pretty late. I better get home. Don't want Changbin to get too worried, you know?" She says "ah, no, you're right. Please let me know when you're home!"You hug her goodbye and shut the door. Silently laughing to yourself, recalling the events of the night. You put on some chill music and open your box of leftovers from earlier. Happily digging into them. Your phone dings a few times. You pick it up, thinking it's your friend telling you she's finally home. Jaehyun[Hey....] Jaehyun[It's Jae. Can we talk? Please?] Your heart stops. You waited and waited for his name for weeks. Now that it's right in front of you, asking for what you wanted, you're not really sure what to say. You stare at the text for who knows how long. Until you hear a knock at your door. You walk over, peeping through the hole. Its Jaehyun. You stand at the door, taking in a deep breath, opening it. "What do you want..." You mumbled "You saw my text. Please. Just let me explain," He pushes at the door softly. You let him in, reluctantly. Offer him a seat. He sits on an armchair. Watching as you get a drink. You pour yourself a bit of Henny in a glass. "Do you want a drink?" You say He shakes his head, no. You shrug and walk back to the living room, sitting on the couch across from him. "You look good, " He compliments you in a feeble attempt to cut through the tension. "I know," you reply curtly, sipping from your glass. "You better start now, while I'm still open-minded about you being here. I don't need to waste any more of my time." "Don't be like that." "Don't be like what?" you scoff. "You did this. Don't forget that. You cheated on ME. While I was sitting, unknowingly every night. Tell me, Jae, how many times did you fuck her and then come fuck me? Or vice versa? How could you go sleep and spend time with another girl, while I, the woman who gave you everything, sat here, giving and giving?" "No, you're right, I'm sorry. I have no right to be defensive right now." "Why are you here, Jae? Exactly why?" "I miss you what we had. I want us back. Even if I have to rebuild what I broke, from the ground up." "You had no problem throwing it all away for her. Tearing it down for months. Now suddenly, you're asking for it back. Where'd you get the nerve? I don't care much you hurt. You broke me first" You start to bubble with anger. Hurt. The pictures coming back into your mind. The texts. "I know. I know I don't deserve to be hurt. I was the offender. I don't know what happened. I don't. I don't know how I got so tangled up.  She was just someone I would hook up with. I don't even know why. She wasn't you. No one ever will be you. What I did was wrong. So wrong. I never meant for you to find out-," he said, tears welling up. "Never meant for me to find out?? What, were you just going to keep it a secret till you got tired of me? Or her?" "No, that's not what I meant! It came out wrong. I was never going to leave you for her. I swear. I was going to break it off with her after that night" He tried to cover for himself. "And then? Were you just never going to tell me? Were you going to come clean? What then, Jaehyun? What??" You stood up, the rage shooting throughout your body. "No! I don't know! I don't know what I was going to do. I guess I was going to be honest about it and try to work it out. I loved you so much. I still do. I beat myself up every night. I can't concentrate. It eats at me all the time. I'm so sorry. So unbelievably sorry. I wanted to talk sooner, but I didn't know how to ask. And you seemed like you were starting to be so happy without me... I didn't want to ruin it again" He stood up too, looking down as he said the last sentence. "I was hurting for so long. You were my everything. I wanted to spend forever with you. I wonder every night what I did, what I didn't do. Why I wasn't enough. Was I not pretty enough. Did I not spend enough time with you? How was she so much better?" You prodded and dug, the tears spilling out. "She wasn't. She didn't compare to you, in any way. You're perfect. Anyone would be lucky to have you. I was just selfish and so foolish. It was just texting at first. Then one night, I went to see her after a bad date she had. And she kissed me. And I didn't know how to stop it from there. I didn't want to keep things going with her. I don't know why I did. I didn't want her. I don't want anyone else. Please, please, give me a second chance. And if there's nothing there, I will drop it. I won't try anymore. We'll be over. But please, if you think there's anything left of us to fix, please let me fix it. I will spend the rest of my life fixing it if I have to. Please," He pleaded. His eyes staring into your heart. His stupid eyes. You stared at him. Not sure what to say. A part of you wanted it all back. To hug him and kiss him and take him back. Like nothing ever happened. But another part of you wanted to say no. Make him spend the rest of his existence living with his mistake. Hating himself. "I'll think about it.." you whisper. You go to the door and open it for him. He walks over slowly. He looks at you. "Please.." he tries again, this time reaching for your hand. You pull it away, looking away from him. "I said I'll think about it, Jaehyun. Good Night" and you close the door. Sitting back on your couch. Sipping your drink with your head and heart empty. Not knowing where to go from there. Authors note: OOOF sorry guys. I hope this wasn’t too bad. i just love the dynamics between Gryffindors and Slytherins so here we go!

You've known Neville since First Year, but you're not close to him, you've only seen him in your classes ocassionally

You've always thought of him to be quite... adorable yet you've never made any move, well, until Fifth Year anyway

Something about him being timid and innocent makes you want to protect him and veil him from any harm

As you joined Dumbledore's Army at the Room of Requirements, you've been making moves at Neville (because who says the guys should always take the first move?)

"Hello, Neville!" You greeted as you bumped into him on your way to the Room of Requirements for practices. He flinched when he saw you, raising his hand awkwardly, "H-hey, Niya."

"How are you this evening?" You said cheerfully as you walked beside him; you've never talked to him before this. Neville spared you a confused glance, "Uh, lovely, I suppose... You?"

"Oh, I'm doing splendid! Isn't it fun just sneaking behind Umbridge to be part of an army to save the world?" You gave him a huge smile, and Neville felt his cheeks reddening.

"Yeah, as long as we're not caught, that is. I heard Filch is keeping a close eye on us," He told you, turning his head to you occasionally as you walked together.

You snorted, "That old Squib is harmless, really," You said, and suddenly an idea comes to mind, "You should be worried about me instead."

Neville furrowed his eyebrows, stopping on his tracks as he turned to you, "Why? Are you sick, perhaps?"

You chuckled, a teasing smile on your lips, "If you are my antidote, then why not?"

Poor Neville was so flustered his fair skin reddened instantly

You left him a blushing mess there as you entered the Room of Requirements, chuckling to yourself at how adorable he was

During sessions Neville couldn't help but to glance ever so often at you, his heart could be heard pounding oh so very loudly at his ear

He had never been flirted with before; he wasn't that good of a social pleaser to begin with

You caught him a few times (boi wasn't good on hiding it) and winked at him

Starting from there, just before every session you would walk with him and gave him a pickupline, and Neville blushed every single time (clearly enjoying it my sweet boy)

From flustered shocked expression to shy smiles, Neville begins expecting your presence around him every time

One night, the twins informed all of you that Filch has been patrolling around the hallways more often in order to catch some of the members of Dumbledore's Army

He almost caught you two (he's surprisingly agile for his age)

"Run, Neville, run!" You said as you spotted Filch at the end of the hallway, pushing Neville forward to make him go faster.

As you were running away from Filch, you didn't realize you were holding hands with Neville, pulling him towards each turn, hoping to lose Filch and that demon cat, Mrs. Norris.

"I'm going to catch you two!" A holler from Filch was heard, he was far behind you, but still very dangerous if get caught.

"Quick! In here!" Neville exclaimed as he pulled you into a confined space; which you later realized was a brooms' closet.

The closet was so small you could barely fit two people in there yet somehow you managed; your chests almost touching each other.

"Taking the first step today, eh?" You teased and Neville shushed you, yet a small smile on his lips told you he's amused.

You heard footsteps of the old Squib, hitching your breath as you did so. Well you hitched your breath because of that; and because Neville was staring at your lips.

You felt warmth travelling up to your cheeks, this time you were the one getting flustered yet you decided to tease him more; you bit your lower lip and gnawed on it slowly.

"What are you staring at, Longbottom?" You whispered, your lips quirking into a giddy smile. His eyes flickered to yours and to your lips a few times, "You, obviously."

"A bit bold tonight now, are we? First the closet, and now very not subtly staring at my lips? My, my," You feigned innocence as Neville rolled his eyes playfully, scoffing a quiet chuckle.

"Couldn't help it when you're this close to me, and I can't kiss you."

Miss ma'am, Neville might look like an innocent angel waiting to be protected but this dude; given his times of bravery thanks to Godric Gryffindor, can be as wild as Fred Weasley

And you know what's the scariest part?

No one sees it coming

He kissed you, obviously

it was just a soft peck of sudden bravery on the lips but still he kissed you first

and yknow, snogging in the broom's closet might not be ideal for your first kiss but who's keeping tally anyway

Starting then, you're stuck with Neville

Every day within classes you two would find time for each other to just relax and hang around with each other

You would lay your head on his lap as you read your book at the shore of Black Lake, and he would in times interfere to see how far you've reached to talk about the story with you (he read it in one night because you told him you like the story)

He would teach you how to throw stones at the lake, standing behind you (mind you this precious bean is over 6ft) and guiding your hand and waist to throw the stone

I see Neville as a guy whose love language is affirmations and gift giving (also a tad of touch) so your first anniversary, he gave you a love letter and a scarf his Nan made for you

He balances you out perfectly and it was a relationship everyone made an example of
