I heard about this video earlier, focusing on a particular setup for Hilda and Dragoon Dive. I was inspired, so I did my best to come up with something comparable, but not exactly the same, because to be honest, the strategy feels like it's very one-note and thus easy to disrupt. Blocks shut her down, no one else can attack, anything that significantly threatens Gilbert wrecks the whole situation. But I'm intrigued, and did some fiddling, and I got something that performs a similar core function while I think working out significantly better as a composition, because you're not as fucked if anything disrupts one particular part.

Hilda

Dragoon Warspear (gives Dragoon Dive)

Wyvern Reins (gives Aerial Wing for 1PP, which makes your next shot a Truestrike)

Mercenary's Eyepatch (+20% crit)

Lapis Pendant (+1PP)

AP skill is just Dragoon Dive, with Diving Thrust if conditions are bad and we only have 1AP

PP is Aerial Wing on fourth action, and Dragon's Roar for initiative control in absence of Gilbert.

Celeste

Carnelian Axe (+1 AP)

Raven Plume (+15 initiative, though this feels unnecessary)

Lapis Pendant (+1PP)

Warrior's Medallion (+2 Atk, +10% Atk, +10% crit rate)

AP is set to Aerial Smite if the targets are at 100% HP to hit the AP. Otherwise, High Swing for Cavs, Fatal Dive is she's at 100%, and finally, High Swing to prioritize Cav but only activate if the target is not Frozen.

The passives are Feathering broadly, and little else matters.

Bandit Longsword (it gives evade)

Royal Scarf (+30 evade)

Silk Scarf (+20 evade)

Gambler's Coin (gives Inspiration, a +30% Atk and +50% crit damage buff, but lowers accuracy)

AP is set for Toxic Throw if armor, otherwise Passive Steal. Critically, both have conditions of "Target is not frozen."

PP is Inspiration at 0PP and Flying only. This ensures it targets Hilda exactly when it needs to.

Yahna

Millenium Staff (grants Trinity Rain, 3AP for a three hit magic combo that needs charged)

Frostbrand Tome (gives Ice Conferral, 2PP to apply Ice damage and Freeze to an attack)

Carnelian Pendant

Sorcerer's Medallion (Warrior's, but with Mag Atk)

AP is Earthquake so long as 2+ enemies still live, otherwise Ice Coffin for a row, or Icebolt for the 1AP.

PP is Ice Conferral on Flying and 1 or less PP, which ensures it hits Hilda at exactly the right time.

Primm

Lyrical Want (gives Active Heal, which critically grants +1AP to a target)

Black Cat-Ear Hood (gives +1PP and Quick Impetus, 4PP move that immediately give another turn and +1AP)

Silk Hood (+10% Mag)

Lapis Pendant (+1 PP)

AP skills are Active Heal on Flying and Highest Defense, ensuring she targets Hilda.

PP is Quick Impetus on Flying and 0AP to target Hilda only.

Strategy Okay, so a lot of this hinged on getting things exactly right. It's kind of irritating.

Hilda starts with Dragon's Roar, which acts as the debuff alternative to Gilbert's Initiative Buff. Without Gilbert, he's free to support the cav squad, while the front line here can rely on evade tanking.

Gammel goes first. If armor, Toxic will start to chip HP. Otherwise, he's stealing all your PP. Celeste goes second, using Feathering for more Initiative to ensure Hilda's next up, then usually goes for her High Swing. Either way, no skill will activate for her. Then Hilda uses Dragoon Dive. Immediately, Primm uses her Quick Impetus to grant +1 AP. Because Hilda used Dragon's Roar and is at 1PP with the Lapis Pendant, Yahna applies the Ice Conferral to this attack, freezing the stage.

Primm, having used Quick Impetus, now focuses on Active Heal, getting Hilda back to 2AP, for another Dragoon Dive. Because of how this is set up, Gambler's Coin now activates on Gammel, applied to Hilda, who is able to use Aerial Wing, which is set to only be used on her fourth action; this swing. This offsets the accuracy debuff side of that effect.

Now begins the fun. Celeste and Gammel are set to not attack whatsoever if the targets are frozen, which means they'll sit and wait patiently for what's to come. And what comes? Trinity Rain. A triple-hit magic combo is extremely potent damage off of Yahna, and because the targets are frozen and can't act, what happens is that she charges this move, then Hilda charges her move as the others wait. Now you get Trinity Rain thrown out, and if something is somehow still alive, Gammel and Celeste are free to get their shots in before Hilda Dragoon Dives again.

This is very, very specific setup that required a lot of tweaking, and is hilariously easy to throw off if the opponent can mess with AP or PP levels. I can't think of a single other means of getting Ice Conferral where it needs to go when I need it to, much less Inspiration. I am thinking I may completely drop the Inspiration thing, and just let Gammel rely on his Evade while foes are moving, and shift Hilda's focus more to raw damage than trying to bullshit a crit rate. Even with Mercenary's Eyepatch, she's only getting +20% crit, and that's still only about a 1/3 chance for that crit. With Trinity Rain backing her up, Hilda's job is more about AoE freeze than anything. I think removing those aspects would avoid potential calamity of Gammel messing up someone's shot due to accuracy issues, while the tweak to Ice Conferral is easily set up and just focuses on first attack from Hilda. Even if things get thrown off for Hilda's raw damage, so long as Ice Conferral lands where it's needed, Trinity Rain is more than capable of finishing most maps.

Valkyrie's Partisan (Skill: Passive Shatter. Hits a column for -1 PP)

Best Greatshield, aiming for the Divine Shard one that denies all debuffs/status)

Cloth Gauntlets (+30% guard rate)

Lapis Pendant (+1 PP)

AP skills are focused on Greatshield if PP is <1, essentially re-upping 2 PP ad keeping him guarding. Passive Shatter then happens if we need to hit a full column. Sting happens if foe is under 50% HP, ad Row Protection just happens if no other condition is met. I only have one other front row.

PP skills are Row Cover if a whole row is attacked, Heavy Cover and Guardian have no conditions, just go nuts dude.

Monica

Runic Sword for Magic Attack.

Unfettered Shield for Guard Seal and Passive Seal immunity.

AP is Saint's Blade if at max HP, Row Heal if anyone is under 50%, Magic Attack to prioritize Armor.

PP is Row Barrier if the row is attacked, otherwise Magic Barrier with priority set to armor. Hodrick cannot take magic. Holy Guard just happens.

Chloe

Zephyros' Spear (+1 AP, +10 initiative, +10 evasion)

Chloe's Charm (looking to replace with the next Warrior's Medallion I can get)

Ancient Crown (+1 PP, +5 to all stats)

Carnelian Pendant (+1 AP)

AP skills are chaotic. Honed Spear hits if there's a full column and she's buffed. If she's not buffed, Long Thrust. Javelin is thrown at flying units. Long Thrust is the default.

PP is set to Active Gift, set to prioritize the caster. Keen Call goes to highest magical attack. First Aid otherwise activates if their HP is lowest.

Ridiel

Apoliotes' Bow (+1 AP, +10 initiative, +10 evasion)

Green Beret (+10% physical atack)

AP is set to Mystic Conferral on highest Mag Atk, then Wind Arrow if flying. Icicle Arrow prioritizes Flying and Armor.

PP sets Pure Field right away, to immediately buff Chloe (and others) for debuff immunity. Quick Cure and Selfless Heal do whatever.

Yahna

Millenium Scepter (From the Divine Shard shop; gives Trinity Rain, a 3 AP skills that hits all foes 3x 100 magic power)

Silk Hood (+10% magic attack)

Carnelian Pendant

Sorcerer's Medallion (+2 Mag Atk, +10% mag Atk, crit rate +10%)

AP is Trinity Rain. If she gets the +1 AP from Chloe, Magic Missile hits if there are two or more enemies still alive somehow, Icebolt to prioritize armor.

PP is Quick Cast, but I don't want that activating I don't think it's that good. Maybe I'm being sour, but max initiative on a move that charges isn't that great. Focus Sight only activates if there's a Scout involved, while Magic Conferral is set to target the archer.

Game Plan Yahna is the win condition with Meteor Rain, the goal is to stop armor knights from guarding the attack so she kills. This is where Passive Shatter comes in, and why it's so high on the chain. Hodrick is ideally throwing out this attack, having an armor knight block, then losing a second PP on the hit. Alternatively, Magic Attack on Monica can really harm an armor knight, while Ridiel has the potential magic buff from Yahna to help truck those enemies. Because Yahna has to first use the skill, then wait for the charge time, you get a lot of attacks in to break past those PP (and this also means that her max priority effect isn't as useful; less time, more likely they'll be able to guard.
