Justin H. Min as Richie Rich, the richest boy in the world decides to go to college in search of self-discovery. Abandoning all the comfort and flattery of life in the family mansion, Richie will try to circumvent his anxiety and difficulty in socializing and, who knows, finally making friends.

Lee Byung-Hun as Richard Rich, the richest man in the world, owner of Rich Industries and Richie's father. Loving parent and magnificent businessman, Richard worries about his son's decision to venture out into the world knowing that the family's fame always brings a procession of horrors. Richard, in all his years as a businessman, raised a lot of money, of course, but also an infinite range of enemies.

Salma Hayek as Regina Rich (née Van Dough), Richard's wife and Richie's mother, Regina draws attention in the business world and in the world of magazines and gossip. Coming from a simple family, Regina understands her son's decision to leave the glamorous life, but her concern is growing, especially when she knows that her enemies are very close.

Stanley Tucci as Herbert Cadbury, the Rich family's faithful butler is Richie's great confidant. When Richie leaves for college, Cadbury is completely against it, and at the request of the bosses, Cadbury becomes almost a spy to make sure Richie's new life isn't too bad.

Jaime Camil as Reginald Van Dough, Regina's ambitious younger brother has worked for Rich Industries since his sister became engaged to Richard. His great goal is to give a comfortable life to his wife, socialite Vanessa Van Dough, and to their spoiled son Reggie, even if it means illicit enrichment.

Diego Tinoco as Reggie Van Dough, Richie's cousin, Reggie lives a love-hate relationship with him. Since childhood, Reggie has always been a troublemaker at school, caring more about getting a laugh from his friends than paying attention in class. Despite this, he became a successful young businessman (with a little help from his father). A partygoer, Reggie is always on the covers of gossip magazines, with a drink in his hand and a girl or a boy in his arms.

Nicole Kidman as Vanessa Van Dough (née Koscinski) is a socialite and heir, mother of Reggie and wife of Reginald Van Dough. Vanessa is an artist, owner of an extensive art gallery recognized throughout the country. Her paintings and sculptures are worth millions of dollars. Anyone who sees her in magazines, newspapers or television believes that Vanessa and Reginald's wedding couldn't be more perfect, only Vanessa knows this isn’t true.

Dove Cameron as Gloria Glad, the political science student approaches the new student, Richie, on the first day of school. Having no idea who Richie really is, Gloria helps him get his first job with an acquaintance. When she finds out that Richie is actually the richest boy in the world, she feels offended and disappointed that he has hidden the truth from her. However, it is already too late, her heart speaks louder.

Samantha Logan as Mayda Munny, Richie's current girlfriend is a former schoolmate of the boy and his cousin, Reggie. Her parents own many hospitals. Mayda is desperate when Richie leaves for college, but finds affection and attention in the arms of Reggie Van Dough... but Richie cannot know that. When she finds out that Richie has befriended a girl, she will do anything not to lose her boyfriend.

Nico Santos as Alfred “Freckles” Friendly, Gloria's flamboyant friend, Freckles is the one who presents the college to Richie on the first day. An activist for social causes, Freckles shows Richie what reality is like outside the walls of the Rich mansion.

Jacob Batalon as Peter Warren “Pee-Wee” Friendly is Freckles' older brother who works at a deli close to college. Pee-Wee gets Richie a job and they soon become great friends. Pee-Wee will be Richie's guide to worldly life, showing how the normal young adult lives.
