Brainrot and possibly crack-ish thought that I spent too much time thinking about: The Forge of Solus works a bit too well, and now everyone who has been a Prime has been revived. The Fallen, who through some miracle, also ends up on Earth and dragged into family shenanigans. In short, pure chaos with all the Primes.
Heck yeah, this could go a thousand and one ways and I could even make it angsty if I try. I love this.
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙
Optimus had not expected to be saved. He was dying and he had largely accepted that fact as the Allspark welcomed him. However when the Forge of Solus Prime repaired him, he felt something else be dragged along back to his fallen form along with him. He was not sure what it was when he woke in his new frame, but something felt... off. He did not question when he flew to Darkmount and collected his team after driving his foe back, but once his team was settled in Hanger E, he was absolutely certain there was something wrong. Ratchet already wanted to do a scan on Optimus after his near death, but when the Prime came to him in minor terror, the medic all but tripped over himself to get scans completed.
The team ended up gathering around to watch as Optimus had his scans taken, and they were all shocked and in awe at what they saw.
Within Optimus's spark chamber were fifteen small sparks, each fluttering around Optimus's lovingly. They were tiny, still developing, and yet had none of the unsettled energy of sparks in need of a host. It was... unsettling for Optimus, largely because he never felt any spark ignite within him, nor had he taken on the role of surrogate for a mech waiting on a frame to inhabit. He knew the Matrix had creation capabilities, but he had not at all expected it to be so extreme. Ratchet chalked it up to the Forge possibly causing the Matrix to use some of its power to ignite newsparks, but deep down Ratchet, Optimus, and the rest of the team did not believe that at all. Sparks do not come from nothing, nor do they come from a frame transfer totally stable. The newsparks within Optimus were far too controlled and powerful to be the result of the Matrix, at least in theory.
There was brief discussion of extinguishing the newsparks, but that idea was shut down the moment Optimus registered familiarity amongst the lives that orbited his own. He did not understand entirely, but they felt like family. And so the Prime opted to keep them, but to the dismay of Ratchet and the combined confliction of the team. Ultra Magnus was ready to accept the young without a moment's hesitation. Their people were lacking in numbers as it was, they needed every life they could to ensure their kind did not join countless others in extinction. Arcee, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack were largely neutral, if a little worried about getting enough energon for fifteen new lives. Smokescreen and Bumblebee were elated at the prospect, if concerned over taking care of more young bots in such a dangerous situation. Ratchet refused to state his opinion and focused on making sure Optimus got enough energon to support himself and his charges.
Things went well enough for a few months after the matter. The children were not alerted to Optimus's state and only commented on the situation when they noticed the team taking more hits for the Prime than usual. But with time, the newsparks grew more demanding and needed frames. In turn, since there were no protoforms to be collected, Optimus needed more energon to prepare to make protoforms himself.
That was when things got tight. Optimus needed more, regardless of his stance on the matter. The team needed to find more energon for him and continue the fight. Rations grew smaller and Optimus grew more and more agitated with receiving greater quantities. Just as things were reaching a breaking point however, something unusual happened. Optimus grew mad with the team for their offering of more energon. He could see that they were tired and he knew the limits of his frame. He could go a few cycles without, especially with how strong the newsparks were. There was debate and anger over the situation, leading an argument that ultimately ended with Optimus emitting an EM field flare that synced up with a pulse from his spark. It didn't seem to do anything at first. The team were startled, but that was all.
Then, two weeks after the fact, an object of Cybertronian origin came careening into Earth's atmosphere, landing in the middle of Alaska of all places. The team quickly hurried to investigate and were promptly met by a mech who towered over all of them, even gaining a solid head on Optimus when he came through. Covered in black and red accented plating, the mech wielded a deadly looking blaster and vaguely reminded the team of Megatron. He bore no factional marks, he carried no sign of any allegiance, but after a while of standing and staring, the mech spoke.
"Thirteen, I sensed your distress... along with the calls of our kin. Where are Solus and the others? I know they are near."
It took a long klik for Optimus to figure it out while the team reeled, but once it settled, he almost choked in pure shock. Megatronus, the Fallen Prime stood before him and evidently believed that Optimus somehow had the other original Primes with him. There was a great deal to unpack in his singular statement, but Optimus did not deny the Fallen access to Hangar E to explain. The team were given to explanation as to who the Fallen was and were only given the name of Megatronus to work with. But it did not take long for things to make sense as the Fallen Prime spoke with the current Matrix bearer.
"You carry them within you? Fifteen sparks... it should not be possible." "And yet it is. I did not know they were Primes, but they felt familiar."
"They will need frames, and you do not have enough energon to produce them."
"Yes, but we are doing what we can-"
"You require protomatter and energon. There is no need to play with words Thirteen."
"Then you are correct."
"I will get you what is required for their survival. In turn, I wish to play a part in Solus's development in order to... make up for my prior mistakes."
"..."
"..."
"That is acceptable."
Confusion radiated from all of the Autobots as the Fallen nodded like nothing happened and promptly fragged off again, not to be seen for another three months while Optimus patiently waited and explained exactly nothing. But of course, not being fools the team started to put things together. Ultra Magnus worked with Bulkhead to create a conspiracy board while the rest of the team collectively tried to not think about the deeper implications of Optimus being called 'Thirteen' and supposedly 'carrying all of them within himself'. So when the Fallen returned with stupid amounts of energon and surprisingly healthy amounts of protomatter, the team opted to not look a gift horse in the mouth, especially considering Optimus seemed calm.
The team shut up and watched as soon enough, Optimus had his fill of energon, received protomatter injections, and within two additional weeks, vanished into his room and did not emerge. The team hovered around nervously for days on end while the Fallen watched human TV shows without a care in the world. It went on for about a week, with Ratchet nearly busting down the door in fear for his leader before Optimus quietly stepped out of his room with plenty of small sparklings in his arms and on his frame.
Ratchet: Optimus, what are those?
Optimus: These are my sparklings. Nominus, Nova, Guardian, Sentinel, Solus, Prima, Quintus, Vector, Micronus, Amalgemous, Nexus, Alchemist, Onyx, Alpha Trion, and Liege Maximo.
Arcee: Sir with all due respect, what the absolute frag-?!
Megatronus: Finally. Now let me see the reincarnation of my beloved.
Fifteen small sparklings, each looking startlingly similar to their namesakes all clung to Optimus as if he were a jungle gym. the Prime simply smiled with all the patience in the world and offered up the one who carried Solus's name with a happy sound. Fifteen sparklings, fifteen sparklings who looked like fallen Primes of times long gone by.
There was no way this was going to end well.

just a quick thought abt how funny it would be if rid15 had Megstronus meet Alpha Trion (i havent watch the show). the 13 primes has unmatched comedic potential for a messed up family sitcom.
AT and Megaus were hard to draw tbh. All primes are. Honestly I have a two ideas abt how their reunion would go. Either they would calmly talk it out or they would distance from each other. Like they both are very lonely (one self-exiled and the other was the only one on Cybertron) but they werent ready for this whole conversation.
(ID: frist image is a split panel with Alpha Trion and Megatronus saying each others names. the second panel is a close up to Sideswipe's face with AT's body on the left. SS askes "You know him?". Third image shows both AT and SS standing, former facepalming. He says "Do i know him...", annoyed. The last picture is the same, but AT points his palm at the screen and exclaims "He's my brother!" End of ID)

Megatronus Prime and Prima Abyssal Star designs
They're meant to look alike, but Tronus modifies his body to match modern Transformers
While Primas abdomen is the same texture as the rest of his body (akin to a corset) Megatronus is condensed fire, magma and it radiates heat

The Rise of a Prime
so i haven't touched my Archivist AU in a while
and now i'm thinking even more about like. Megatronus Prime.
bc Megatron literally decided to just straight up ask for the Matrix and Orion yeets it like "you are Polite and here's the harbinger of your destruction"
"my what now"
"don't worry about it 😁"
so Megatron is the Prime now.
remember that this is pre-war too! so like. before Megatron completely lost his shit.
instead of the Council elected Prime to continue their cycle of oppression and blind obedience you have a Prime who was a slave and a fighter and self educated.
he probably can't read very well for all that he's very philosophical.
Megatronus Prime wants to reshape Cybertron so everyone is equal to each other, and like his name sake, he's all for the most aggressive way first.
cue Soundwave and Orion being his braincells.
Orion has access to Unlimited Power And Knowledge bc the Archives like him and Soundwave is definitely not a normal Cybertronian by any means.
to Orion, this is the most interesting thing that's happened in ages. sure, the Matrix spoke to him too, whispering in his dreams. but he doesn't want to lead. he wants to be in the Archives with his friends, shaping history and keeping Cybertron safe.
now he has Megatronus to look after and protect, a role he takes on bc fuck yeah i'm not the Prime

A few lines of dialogue from a fic of mine that I haven't worked on properly in months.
━━━━
Megatronus Prime: “What are you doing with Solus’s tools?”
Thirteen, standing there innocently with one of Solus's spare hammers: "..."
Megatronus Prime: “Where is my beloved?”
Thirteen who literally cannot speak because he a ball of energy with legs: "???"
Megatronus Prime, totally not understanding and paranoid as all get out: “Answer me dutiless Prime. I will not tolerate any further tests of my limited patience.”
Thirteen, who once again, CANNOT SPEAK: "!?!"
Megatronus Prime who has opted to threaten in light of a lack of information: “We may be kin, but I am not afraid to blast your helm clean off your shoulders if you fail to tell me where Solus is. Do you understand?”
Thirteen: "..."
Thirteen: *Hits Megatronus's jaw with the hammer so hard he frickin breaks it*

You know what would tickle me silly?
A crossover between G1 and TFP because of all the stupid shenanigans with some twists with the Dionysian Effect verse.
Not only do the G1 and TFP crews try to find their universe and confront some Uncomfortable truths in each other's worlds, but-
The thing is, TFP!Soundwave is deep in the mysticism of the Cult of Megatronus, so not only do the G1!cons need to constantly compute that there's a Soundwave with only one drone, no cassettes, an absolute beast of fighter, and a mute cryptid. He's fucking married to boot. In the equivalent of a Vegas-style, mate-napping of yore, and sealed-in-the-dirt and blessed by a fucking Prime kind of thing.
Knock out: Surprised us, too. I never expected the mech to drag back a warbride on this dirtball. G1!cons: Who!?!? Knock out: No idea. Some sort of stray Wilder that got lost in this primitive aft-end of the boonies. She did escape the flying ship by jumping off. G1!cons: What the absolute fu-
Even TFP!Megatron, who played Unicron's blood to get a huge edge over the Autobots, basically lets Soundwave handle that situation on his own because 1) he knows how committed Soundwave is, 2) Soundwave did bring back a Primal Artifact into their grasp and essentially ensured it couldn't be used against them with the current conditions, and 3) bonded with the Cybertronian equivalent of an extinct class of strange, powerful beings (aka Cybertronian magic-users), and 4) is deeply entertained by their hunting game and how Cyber!June sets things on fire and is impressed by her aim with energy projectiles.

Thinking that there should be a situation in Earthspark where the Terrans start asking some off the wall questions about Cybertronian culture and the 13 and between Prime and Megatron having to answer them all. Then they ask if Megatron named himself after Megatronus (if they go with that name in ES).
I feel like they will, if they're taking a nod to the aligned thirteen like i think they are
And it's an episode I really super really duper wish happens!

Ok I don't remember this was asked but because of recent chapter, what would the 13 primes think on Zeke and Eren and Ymir, especially megatronous the fallen?
I think this is the perfect opportunity to talk about chapter 90, specifically:
Primus' design when confronting Eren and Zeke.
Eren watched Primus slowly remove his hand from Ymir’s sleeping form, and that hand curled into a tight fist. Eren watched Primus’ eyes shut in a grimace, confliction and anger written all over his face. The anger faded into a face of acceptance and resignation before his eyes opened once more. Eren gasped, as he could no longer see the iris or the pupils; they were glowing a bright, brilliant blue. Eren yelped in fear, feeling the chain around his arm yank and drag him forward through the sand. Zeke was suddenly pulled by an invisible force as well. They were both then forced to a stop, a good distance away from Primus and the tree, side-by-side.
The two could only watch as Primus stood up fully and walked towards them, the being’s veins began to glow a bright blue. With every step, small tremors were felt throughout the sand. A rectangular device with a sphere in the middle manifested on the front of Primus’ chest, and blue energy poured out of this device and wrap around his body, forming a transparent blue armor. Twelve uniquely colored orbs also emerged from his chest and floated behind him, forming a rotating halo of sorts behind his back. Primus stopped his march directly in from of them, and Eren couldn’t help but note the blue energy that formed the transparent armor was still moving and vibrating. Even so, that stern piercing gaze was causing the both of them to tremble in fear. Primus slightly turned his attention to Zeke Jaeger and grimaced.
“Zeke Jaeger.” Multiple voices were heard, causing Zeke to grit his teeth, since his body was still frozen. Eren; however, was shocked. He lied?! Primus knew his name the entire time?!
So in my previous post about Primus, I did bring up the fact that I wanted Primus to be the complete opposite of Unicron. As Unicron would detest working with lower lifeforms, creation, and sharing his power, Primus would treasure lower lifeforms and creation, and would give his power freely to those who earn it. This is actually apparent in Primus' design for the AOP story.
Whenever Unicron is shown in the TFP series, he's always present as a looming threat, relying on his own power, taking control of others, refusing cooperation and harmony. Primus' design, both human form and 'god form', are a complete opposite of that. Primus doesn't mind being an observer in this world, and being a human obviously makes thing easier for him to do. He could no doubt revert to his titan form at any time, but considering the situation that he is in, it's best to not do that.
Primus' 'god form' by the end of the chapter also reflects Primus' ideology. In the Covenant of Primus, Primus creates the 13 primes because he knows he can't defeat Unicron on his own, so taking advantage of Unicron's pride, he creates the 13 to defeat Unicron. He gives them great strength, power, and their own personalities. Primus is willing to give his creation divine power, his power, while Unicron would never do that.
Why do I bring this up? Well because the Primes are actually listening in through Primus himself in chapter 90, and will definitely be talking through Primus in chapter 91. I have already made this clear to some degree.
Primus raised his hand, and energy swirled in his palm. Primus thrust his hand to strike, but Zeke managed to shoot up and grab Primus’ arm. His fingers were mere centimeters away from plunging into Eren’s chest. Primus was unfazed and not amused with this act of defiance. Zeke felt his body tremble as that powerful gaze was directed at him, but Zeke forced himself to hold his ground.
“Zeke Jaeger,” a singular, male voice spoke that was clearly not Primus. The energy around the being had changed from blue…to white, “We have considered your background and ultimate plan into consideration for your rather light punishment. Do not have us reconsider it and take into account the amount of lives slain at your hand as punishment for your interference.”
“P-please,” Zeke stuttered, “I n-need him. T-to-,”
“Enact your Euthanasia plan, correct?” another voice spoke as the energy turned into an electrifying blue. A younger male one at that, which sounded irritated with Zeke’s attempts at persuasion, “To stop the creation of life as an act of mercy. That sounds awfully familiar to Unicron. I never imagined that I would meet a mortal with the same mentality as my brother.”
The appearance of certain Primes will be based on the color the energy changes to, and how the armor morphs to their appearances as shown in the covenant of Primus.
Tumblr media
The white energy Prima, the first prime,
Tumblr media
while the electric blue energy belongs to Micronus Prime, the first minicon.
Tumblr media
Even Prima's dialogue refers to Primus as 'we' signifying that Primus isn't the only one listening into this conversation.
This is also hinted at in the way that the font is written. If the fount is bold and italicized, then it is only one person speaking. If it is bold, italicized and underlined (Tumblr might not let me do that here but bare with me.) then all the Primes are speaking.
I've even written other hints about Primus using the powers of his Primes before the end of the chapter. When Primus' eyes are darting around the room because of what Eren said, it shifts between purple and gold. If you look up the Covenant of Primus and the color scheme of each of the Primes, Primus is using both Alpha Trion and Vector Prime's abilities to see both the past and the future. When Primus find a particular memory, his eyes turn to red. And guess who's red on the color wheel of the Primes?
Tumblr media
Megatronus: A Prime known for his rage and fury with a weapon that killed Solus Prime and shattered Liege Maximo to pieces. So that outburst of red energy, that was Primus...and Megatronus. So you already have an idea of how Megatronus feels about Eren.
Additionally, Primus has also used Vector's powers, after Mikasa was brought back to the Jaeger household. I made Primus show concern for Mikasa before he sits down on the floor. In that moment, he's asking Vector to see her future, and he sees what lies ahead for her and makes a vow to protect her. And if you want to know how he does that, all you have to do is look at the Hizuru OVA.
So back to Primus' god form, the colorful orbs surrounding him like a halo in painting like these:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are twelve, signifying that all the Primes are listening in. But wait, there's one missing, because it's Thirteen Primes, right?
Well, let me explain a few reasons for that! Reason #1: Optimus Prime is said to be the reincarnation of Thirteen, so obviously is currently in play right now, so he can't be with the other Primes. Also, also, Thirteen looks like this:
Tumblr media
He has no face, and Optimus is the reincarnation of Thirteen, and Primus is wearing Optimus' human form, so technically! the Primes are there, with Primus wearing Optimus' face, making it Thirteen!!!!
....LISTEN I THOUGHT ABOUT THIS FOR YEARS THIS IS WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR!!!!!
So when I had this meme ready:
Tumblr media
I really mean it. The Primes are watching all of this through Primus and they are not fucking happy with Eren. They actually think Zeke is the better option all things considered! Because Eren wants to wipe out everything! And kill Optimus and...well Alpha Trion isn't taking it well:
Alpha Trion: I WILL KILL THAT CHILD!
Half of the Primes scrambling to hold Alpha Trion back and trying to talk him down.
Vector searching through other futures for AOP without looking back: Someone retrain him!
Amalgamous transforming to wrap around Alpha Trion: WHAT DO YOU THINK WE'RE DOING?!
Ymir's situation will be more discussed in the In Between OVA

By the way, what happened to the Fallen in TFone? As I understand it, didn't he betray his siblings and run away? But somehow he seems to have died with them, I guess? not sure but...If really so, it's possible that he actually stood with other primes to the end and fought against Quintessons, so they hated him so much that twisted the entire Prime mythology to write him off as a despicable traitor. (just delusion I dont know much about 13 prime things) at least that kinda makes sense for him to be a symbol of decepticon revolution.
I'm also wondering what the role of Quintus Prime would be if Quintessons are the main antagonists. I'm a fan of Earthspark too, so I'll have to find out what this guy's up to. 👀
