Peluncuran Buku Tamu Digital SDN 2 Penatih, Disdikpora Denpasar Dorong Digitalisasi Sekolah

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, DENPASAR – Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Kota Denpasar meluncurkan Buku Tamu Digital di SDN 2 Penatih. Peluncuran ini dilakukan oleh Kadisdikpora Kota Denpasar, AA Gede Wiratama. “Digitalisasi sekolah ini sangat penting dan menjadi target kita. Lalu kita juga mendorong peningkatan kualitas SDM, kita juga mendorong prestasi akademis. Lalu tidak lupa mendorong prestasi non akademis dari peserta didik, baik di sisi olahraga, kesenian dan lain-lain,” ucap Kadisdikpora Kota Denpasar, AA Gede Wiratama, usai meluncurkan Buku Tamu Digital di SDN 2 Penatih, Jumat (5/1/2024). Menurut Wiratama, jika semakin banyak atau semakin kuat digitalisasi sekolah, peserta didik akan dapat mengakses konten-konten kurikulum yang baik. Ia menyebutkan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yakni mendorong guru segera membuat konten kurikulum yang menarik. Lalu membuat metode pembelajaran yang menarik inovatif dan kreatif sehingga peserta didik lebih bersemangat di sekolah. Wiratama mengapresiasi langkah SDN 2 Penatih dalam mendorong digitalisasi sekolah dengan terlebih dahulu meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Hal tersebut menurutnya akan menjadi perhatian Disdikpora Kota Denpasar melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru termasuk sarana prasarana pembelajaran lainnya. “Digitalisasi sekolah adalah kunci untuk membuka pintu menuju masa depan pendidikan yang lebih menarik dan inovatif. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, kita dapat merangsang semangat belajar dan memberikan akses pendidikan yang lebih luas. Mari bersama-sama memanfaatkan era digital ini untuk membentuk generasi yang lebih siap menghadapi kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih,” serunya. Peluncuran Buku Tamu Digital juga diisi dengan sosialisasi sosialisasi Program Digitalisasi dan Sistem Informasi Sekolah Sehat (Si Sekat) oleh tim SMP Sapta Andika Denpasar yang dinakhodai I Gede Eka Nuryada, dan Kepala SD Negeri 9 Padangsambian, I Ketut Budiarsa. Eka Nuryada menyampaikan terkait aplikasi yang diberi nama media pembelajaran berbasis android (Melanoid) dengan fitur-fitur yang lengkap ini akan membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar (PBM) di satuan pendidikan. Sementara Ketut Budiarsa menyampaikan terkait Si Sekat (sistem informasi sekolah sehat yang tujuan website tersebut untuk memantau dan mengelola kesehatan siswa serta kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang berdampak pada kesehatan. Kepala SDN 2 Penatih, Ni Wayan Sri Sukanadi, mengucapkan terima kasih atas perhatian Pemkot Denpasar melalui Disdikpora Kota Denpasar yang tak pernah henti memperhatikan keberlangsungan dan keberlanjutan sarana prasara dan proses belajar mengajar di SDN 2 Penatih. Menurutnya, sudah saatnya dengan fasilitas gedung yang baru dibalas dengan pelayanan pendidikan yang maksimal. Salah satunya dengan mengedepankan program digitalisasi yang menjadi kunci untuk membuka pintu menuju masa depan pendidikan yang lebih menarik dan inovatif. Dua Inovasi Disdikpora Kota Denpasar Raih Penghargaan di KIPRAH 2023

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, DENPASAR – Di pengujung tahun 2023, Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Denpasar mendapatkan kado istimewa, lantaran inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh SMP Sapta Andika (MENALONID by SAKA) dan SD Negeri 9 Padangsambian (SI SEKAT) meraih perhargaan ‘Inovasi Bentuk Lainnya’ dalam Kompetisi Inovasi Perangkat Daerah (Kiprah) Kota Denpasar Tahun 2023. Penyerahan penghargaan tersebut dilaksanakan langsung Wali Kota Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara bersama Sekda Kota Denpasar, Ida Bagus Alit Wiradana di Graha Sewaka Dharma Lumintang Denpasar, Selasa (5/12/2023). Wali Kota Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara mengatakan, Lomba Inovasi OPD Kota Denpasar ini diharapkan mampu memberi gambaran umum inovasi daerah di Kota Denpasar. Sehingga diharapkan mampi menjadi wahana dalam memberikan kemudahan pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Pihaknya juga menekankan agar inovasi yang dirancang bermanfaat dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja OPD dan melahirkan inovasi lainnya. Sehingga mampu meningkatkan indeks predikat Kota Denpasar sebagai Kota Terinovatif se-Indonesia serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kepala Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kota Denpasar, I Made Pasek Mandira sebagai Ketua Panita menjelaskan setiap tahunnya pemerintah pusat selalu melaksanakan pengukuran Indeks Inovasi Daerah (IID) dan pemberian penghargan Innovative Government Award (IGA) kepada daerah yang dinilai terinovatif. Untuk itulah Balitbang Kota Denpasar menggelar kompetisi untuk memotivasi OPD untuk membuat inovasi baru. “Kompetisi ini dilaksankaan dalam tiga kategori sesuai bentuk inovasi dalam PP 38 Tahun 2017 terdiri atas Inovasi Pelayanan Publik, Inovasi Tata Kelola Pemerintahan dan Inovasi Bentuk Lainnya. Pelaksanaan kompetisi melaui tahapan pengumpulan proposal inovasi pada 10 Agustus hingga 8 September 2023, presentasi inovasi pada 10 hingga 12 Oktober 2023, penilaian administrasi 4 Oktober-10 November dan penilaian lapangan pada 2 hingga 13 November 2023 dengan menghadirkan tim juri dari Akademisi, Profesional hingga masyarakat," ungkap Pasek Mandira. Ditemui di akhir acara, Ketua Tim SI SEKAT, I Ketut Budiarsa mengucapkan terima kasih atas terpilihnya SI SEKAT masuk dalam 5 nominasi inovasi pelayanan publik lainnya. “Kedepan SI SEKAT ini dapat dikembangkan berbasis website, sehingga mudah diakses oleh seluruh satuan pendidikan, pendidik, pelajar dan masyarakat secara umum. Informasi terkait kampanye sekolah akan lebih aktif dan masif, ini tentunya akan berdampak pada pola kebiasaan hidup sehat sejak dini. Hal ini lebih memudahkan pemerolehan informasi terkait kesehatan kita,” ucap Ketut Budiarsa yang juga sebagai Kepala SD Negeri 9 Padangsambian. Senada dengan Ketut Budiarsa, Ketua Tim MELANOID by SAKA, I Gede Eka Nuryada, ST., yang juga Kepala SMP SMP Sapta Andika mengatakan, astungkara, MELANOID (Pembelajaran Berbasis Android) By SAKA (SMP sapta andika) memperoleh penghargaan dari Kota Denpasar. “Ini membuat kami untuk terus berinovasi dan akan kami kembangkan konten-konten tambahan di aplikasi MELANOID agar para siswa dan guru bisa lebih maksimal menggunakan aplikasi ini.
