“What is your problem with Sanji?” She hisses lowly.
He shrugs but keeps silent. He was hoping it would take her longer to notice that there indeed was a problem. Honestly, he thought he’d have a few more days at least. But she’s quick and sharp and nothing escapes her eye.
“Nothing, he’s just annoying.” He settles on saying and it’s true, she can’t deny it and he sees the protest forming on her lips. “He’s annoying.” He repeats, trying to urge her to drop the subject but she seems to instead read something in his inflection because her eyes widen and her mouth rounds.
“Oh, Zoro.” The shock quickly morphs into a sly grin that he doesn’t like one bit – her eyes are sparkling.

Ah. Guys. Umm.. I'm the type of artist who is used to drawing for others (I'm a commission artist) and now when I try to make little One Piece doodles for myself my brain goes blank. I really want to do them but I can't.
So.. Here is an embarrassed Sanji asking you if you can send requests for small simple doodles to this stupid author.
It won't be very quick, I will draw as a way to take a break from work. I prefer Sanji and Zosan but others are also accepted. It can be anything including angst, violence and mild NSFW (In any case, feel free to ask if you are not sure, I'm okay with different things, you won't shock me).
I have never done this before and this style of drawing is new to me. So please don't expect much from me.🥲 Thank you for your understanding.🍀

Fic #23 (Zosan)
Sanji stood in the kitchen, leaning over the sink, washing dishes with Zoro, one of their favorite daily rituals. Sanji finished the last dish, handing it to Zoro to dry. Zoro stood up straight, hitting his head on the spice rack above the sink. He groaned, clutching his head.
"Are you okay?" Zoro nodded, still holding his head on his hand. "You sure? You hit it pretty hard."
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Zoro, the spice rack is metal. Are you-"
"I'm fine." Zoro snapped. Sanji paused.
"Ok."
Sanji studied Zoro as he walked away. Something about him... Didn't seem right. He knew Zoro wasn't okay. Hell, even Sanji himself had gotten a concussion from hitting his head on that spice rack. It was hard.
He left the kitchen a few minutes later, after hanging his (now clean) prized knives on their rack above the counter. What he saw when he opened the door, he wanted to say surprised him, but honestly, it wasn't shocking.
Zoro was laying on the ground, unconscious.
Chopper was laying over him, trying to figure out why he suddenly collapsed on the deck.
Usopp was running around the ship, screaming.
Luffy was hunched over Choppers shoulder, making sure Zoro was still breathing.
"OH MY GOD ZORO'S DEAD. SANJI DO SOMETHING HE'S DYING."
"Usopp, calm down." Chopper looked up. "He's not dying. He's just unconscious."
"That's just as bad!" Chopper returned his attention to Zoro, who had started to stir. Chopper silenced the chaos.
Hey Zoro," Choppers words were soft and slow. He always knew how to tone his voice without making it sound condescending. He had switched to his humanoid form to more easily take care of Zoro. "How many do gets am I holding up?" Chopped raised his index and middle fingers.
Zoro hesitated.
"4." His face was pained. Sanji could tell that even now he was barely conscious.
Chopper wasted no time. "Come on, Zoro. You have a mild concussion." Zoro waved aside the statement.
"I'm fine," Zoro said, before once again losing consciousness. Chopper hauled Zoro over his shoulder, taking him to his office. Sanji followed.
"Stupid marimo," he muttered. "Told him he was concussed. To fucking stubborn to listen."
Zoro woke up a few hours later, groaning as he sat up.
"Hey marimo." Zoro whipped his head around to face Sanji.
"Hey." Zoro smiled softly. "What happened?"
"You hit your head on the spice rack, and got a concussion." Zoro hid his face in his hands.
"That's the dumbest reason to get a concussion I've ever heard." Sanji laughed.
"Don't worry, it's happened to all of us. Chopper's done it. I've done it. Usopp done it." He smiled. "Guess we've all gotten the same dumb concussion." Zoro lifted his head grinning.
"Whatever. Its still stupid." Sanji walked over, and kissed Zoro.
"But not you." Sanji got up to leave, turning to see Zoro's bright red face before he left the room. "You're just dumb."

Everyone loves the Zosan rivalry I know and I get it but the one that sends me into fucking fits is Sanji’s one-sided beef with Jinbe. It sends me into hysterics because every time Sanji starts fucking barking yelling screaming gnashing his teeth and Jinbe has NO reaction. At best some Mild Concern
There’s the Seraphim fight too and the “Hey don’t butt in here! I’m the one who helped Luffy!” to which Jinbe actually laughs good heartedly and Sanji just cant be normal about it he cant. He’s protective of his crew and his place in it and is maybe a bit intimidated by the big blue and handsome new member but by god can he not bring Jinbe to feel threatened in turn. Jimbo just looks at him like you would a particular sickly trembling angry chihuahua through a garden fence. He looks at Nami like ma’am are you sure he’s caught up with all his vaccines

2022 Fics in review
Was gonna do a year in review thing for fics (with screen shots, links and all), and was almost there, but one keystroke kinda wiped out everything, then tumblr's drafts saved a very truncated post.
So, anyway, I did about 6 individual one shots, and three other one-shots in collections (including Bepo's Beptober). I really liked what I wrote, and hope that you follks did too.

Sanji and Zoro currently weren't on speaking terms. Sanji couldn't even remember the reason why they were both steering clear of the other. Maybe Zoro had said something stupid. Maybe Sanji had said something unkind. Maybe the answer lay somewhere in the middle, lost to the both of them, buried under a pile of traded insults and swinging blades and striking legs.
It didn't matter. It wasn't unusual for their verbal and physical sparring to peter out into a tense silence that lasted until one of them broke and came to the other when the need for to be touched overpowered the need to be right.
But this silence was currently lasting longer than they normally did.
Sanji felt his skin vibrate with frustration as time went on. Zoro still didn't come to him—because Sanji was leaving it up to Zoro to end this deadlock between them. Sanji had been the last one to make things right between them, so it was Zoro's turn. He knew that Zoro knew this, knew that Zoro kept a mental tally in his head just like Sanji did, because they were alike in ways they were loathe to admit.
So it was in Zoro's hands, but Zoro was currently keeping his distance, and it was all Sanji could do not to jump into Zoro's arms and demand that he stop avoiding him. Since that was out of the question, Sanji kept himself busy while he continued to simmer with resentment, taking great pains not to snap at Nami and Robin like he did with the rest of the crew when they dared approach him.
Sanji had taken a break from his duties in the kitchen to smoke on Going Merry's deck when he spotted Zoro and Usopp together. Sneering in their direction as he lit up, Sanji watched with mild disinterest as the two talked. He wasn't overly curious about their conversation until he noticed Usopp look his way before swiftly redirecting his attention to Zoro.
Zoro glanced at Sanji, made a disgusted face, then looked back at Usopp and continued to talk about whatever it was they were discussing.
Feeling his blood pressure spike, Sanji crushed his cigarette between his teeth as he shoved his hands in his pockets and stalked back into his kitchen, making a mental note to find Usopp later and demand to know what Zoro was saying about Sanji.

"Usopp."
Usopp screamed, throwing up his hands to shield his face. "Don't hurt me! I didn't do anything!"
Sanji contorted the lower half of his face into a sick parody of a smile. "I'm not here to hurt you, Usopp. I'm just here to talk."
Trembling, Usopp lowered his hands somewhat, but kept them ready in case Sanji tried anything. He eyed Sanji suspiciously.
"What were you and Zoro talking about, Usopp?"
Usopp grimaced, but he didn't run away. Sanji would have felt a little proud of him for standing his ground if he wasn't so irritated by the fact that he was talking to Usopp instead of Zoro. If only that asshole would put his pride away, Sanji thought as he slipped his hands into his pockets, watching Usopp.
"That's between me and Zoro, Sanji," Usopp said. Sanji noticed the way Usopp squared his shoulders, projecting confidence, but the tremor in his voice shattered the already feeble illusion.
Sanji scoffed, watching as Usopp's knees began to buckle. "If it concerns me, I think I have a right to know. Don't you, Usopp?"
Usopp blinked. He stared at Sanji, frowning. "What? You thought we were talking about you?"
Sanji felt confusion begin to replace his righteous anger. "W-what?" he said dumbly, his cigarette drooping from the corner of his mouth. "But you— I saw you— You both looked at me while you were talking."
Usopp furrowed his brows, staring at Sanji in a way that Sanji could only describe as pity. "Well, I... I happened to look your way, and I saw you, which made me nervous because I saw you staring at Zoro, and I didn't want you thinking I was talking about you, so I looked away. Which I see didn't work at all, 'specially since Zoro looked at you and called you a dumbass, and—"
Sanji held up his hand to stop Usopp. He closed his eyes and sighed cigarette smoke. "So he called me a dumbass, but you weren't talking about me?"
"No! I promise we weren't talking about you!"
Sanji opened his eyes. He felt his shoulders drooping like his cigarette. "Then what were you talking about?"
Usopp shrugged. "I was feeling a little homesick, so we started telling each other stories about our homes."
"Oh." Sanji felt warmth bloom in his chest at hearing Zoro trading stories with Usopp.
"I take it you two still aren't talking," Usopp said.
Sanji sighed. "Don't worry about it. It's not your problem." Clapping Usopp's shoulder, Sanji turned around and made his way back to the kitchen.

Sanji came to Zoro with a plate of onigiri and a bottle of sake. Zoro, reclining against the railing in the fading light of the sun, eyed Sanji suspiciously.
Sanji drew in a breath before speaking. "Hey."
Zoro glanced at the plate in Sanji's hand. "Hey."
Sanji laid the plate and bottle before Zoro, placing his apology at Zoro's feet. "I made you a snack."
Zoro sat up and grabbed the bottle, then looked back up at Sanji. "Thanks."
Sanji shifted his weight, staring at the horizon. "Well," he said. "I'll leave you to it." He turned and began to walk away, expecting to see Zoro in the kitchen later that night while Sanji cleaned up after dinner.
"Cook."
Sanji looked at Zoro over his shoulder and found Zoro beckoning him to sit beside him. Exhaling some of the tension he felt, Sanji complied. He sat next to Zoro, leaning into his side.
Zoro wrapped an arm around Sanji. He pressed a small kiss against Sanji's temple. I forgive you.
With nothing left to say, Zoro turned his attention to his plate. Sanji watched as Zoro took a bite from his onigiri, chewing slowly. Zoro never complimented Sanji's cooking with words, but the way that he did not put the onigiri back down on its plate once he picked it up told Sanji all he needed to know.
Smiling to himself, Sanji leaned into Zoro's warmth, sharing the setting sun with him.

Note: So I really wanted to have Zoro confide in Usopp about his relationship with Sanji, but the truth is that I just don't see Zoro doing that with anyone else, so I went with a different interpretation of the prompt. Thanks for sending one in!

One Piece Fic Rec #1
I kind of figured since I read so much fanfic for One Piece (And I mean a lot) that I might as well start a Fic Rec List. I’ve already a got a whole list of fanfics on my phone that I really liked, and this is only the first part! I checked all the links to make sure they were working, so there shouldn’t be too many problems in that aspect.

Comments: Okay, so generally it's pretty hard to find mpreg fics that are well written, but this one definitely does a good job considering the trope. Usually I'm not so into mpreg, and I actually enjoyed how well written this was, as it stays in character and really kept me emotionally invested in the story. Especially with Luffy, as his total acceptance of the pregnancy just makes me really happy.

I loved how this fic shows Sanji's tough side, that he deserves that spot in the monster trio, and explores his inner fears without making him look weak. It's just really an emotional roller coaster. Zoro supports him through all of it, and the fic focuses more on the nakamaship between the two than actual romance. But it can still be considered zosan on some level.

I actually died with laughter a couple times when reading this, and had some really strong feels at parts too. It's basically like a kid!fic except not.
