Day 13/100 2nd feb 2024

I am absolutely AMAZED at how long i studied, that was insane!! Was practicing trig and falling in hate with it once more <3 why is maths like this? I have my 6 hour test on Sunday and because I hyperfocused on maths for too long, I now have 28 hours give or take to study chemistry and physics. fuck me god.

I was looking for signs of spring but I only found wintery grey and muddy puddles. please 4 minutes of winter sun, save me... at least my new hat provides some whimsy <:)

mary oliver activities as of late:

went to the park to look for flowers

watched a bunch of ducks

delighted when I found a bunch of crocus leaves

vowed to go back every day to check (went to check today! ...no blossoms yet)

stood with my face turned towards the sun for a few minutes whenever I could

watched a squirrel be cute (their paws?? adorbs!)

delighted by watching the blue little birds in the yard (they look tiny)

Day 3/100; 19 (it's 20 now by a couple minutes but whatevs) Jan 2024

Couldn't do jack shit today; i mean I completed my homework but couldn't do jack shit to further the test prep so it was a really disappointing day

-> I've got a full week of daily 3 hour subjective tests, alternating 3 hour mains objective tests for the whole of February and then the final exams for the whole of March, during which at the inst. the next sem will start. It's gonna be a hectic ( times 10) 3 months and I'm regretting all my life's decisions but anything for the best college eh?

Day 21/100, 10th feb 2024

Ok so I've been MIA for a week because I've been pulling SO many allnighters, I think my stomach is mostly coffee at this point but it's fine and so, in between sleeping at 4 am then waking up like 4 hours later to give the test I haven't had time to update the old studyblr. Gonna atleast try to hold myself responsible for updating a bit more lmao. But!!! Only 13 more tests to go and then a written exam series during which I'm supposed to attend an early placement class while my classmates get to chill and prep for the exams and THEN I'll be free!!!!!! HOORAY!!!!

Two consecutive all nighters and I'm really tired but at least my syllabus is on track now, so that's something

Slept for a whole 5 hours, ig all the allnighters caught up :') so to now make up for the falling asleep during my main study time, imma study at night <3 did a whole bunch of stuff: thermodynamics revision and problem sets + simple harmonic motion problem sets. Still very pissed off at geometry but it fluctuates lol

Day 8/100: 27 Jan 2024

It's currently 1:30 am and i do not have pretty pictures of the work I did today, because it's still ongoing. Did a whole bunch of problem sets and realised I really really need to work on speed cause taking an hour to do 50 itty bitty mcqs is too much, right? Also had a whole breakdown on how I'm gonna prep for the exams and the tests when they're all happening simultaneously and my preparation is absolute shit. I don't even know half the chapters on that fucking list. And I'm just spiraling but you gotta love the pain aight. also I got the datesheet for my end of year exams and while they happen, my stupid ass institute is gonna begin the next academic year. Hip fucking hooray to me.

All my work simply ceases to be pretty and aesthetic now I can't help it because time is running out. my seniors are giving their exams now and next year it'll be me. I can't fucking breathe anymore without feeling like I'm wasting time. fuck you nta. fuck you our stupid messed up education system. fuck you all the stupid adults who think they've gone through this but actually they don't live in the time where children literally get 99.473837382028473829 and the first 20 or so ranks in adv are just 99-ers. Ya'll may have gone through shit but you haven't gone through this shit. I don't feel any hope anymore. the world is dying. our economy is dying. "ethnic cleansing" is going on in full force, and once again in history nobody'll do anything about it, until it's too fucking late.
