How the fuck did you managed to think that Doflamingo is just being friendly (or nice) is beyond me. But okay. He clearly favours you with; luxurious gifts (even if you try to reject them), his attention only on you, and his not at all subtle flirting. Why should he hide his feelings when he can say time and time again how he likes you and wishes you to be a part of his family, he swears you will make a new beautiful addition.

The same could be said about Crocodile, much to his despise. He clearly favours you over others and doesn't mind flirting to the point of calling you different pet names without shame (I feel like he's the type of calling you doll, pretty face, beauty, etc). More protective of you since your obliviousness, but overall just finds it a charme. Sometimes he wishes you will get the hint though, deeply sighing whatever you comment over how nice Crocodile is.

I feel like Mihawk would be very similar to Killer; just a lot more open with his feelings, his eyebrows frowning whatever you say what good friends you two are when he thought his way of courting you was very obvious but it's not like he minds it that much, he finds it quite cute how clueless you are. More excuses to protect you!

Koby is as bad as you are, so don't worry. He can't fathom the idea that his biggest crush ever has feelings for him, he simply can't accept it. However that doesn't mean he won't stop flirting with you even if you don't it get, he finds it a bit cute to be honest, but he will make sure you get how much his heart beats for you. He is very determined.

Tumblr: Myth vs Fact

People have been talking a lot about Tumblr on Twitter lately (for no reason whatsoever), but that also means a lot of misinformation is going around. So if you're coming from Twitter, I would like to clear up a few misconceptions, starting with:

Myth: Tumblr is dead. It died with the Dec 2017 porn ban and now it's a ghost town.

Fact

Well, okay, yes, it did die with the Dec 2017 porn ban. Mostly. But it got better! On November 5, 2020, Destielpocalypse happened and Tumblr rose from the grave. Since then it hasn't been as busy as in, say, 2015, but it's gotten over its death and has had a steady stream of traffic ever since.

Myth: Tumblr is where all the drama and discourse starts.

Fact

Again, this hasn't been true in quite a while. When Tumblr died in 2017, most of the people responsible for the discourse moved to Twitter. Since then, it's been pretty chill, even after Destielpocalypse resurrected it. People like to say that Twitter is just Tumblr five years ago, and... it's pretty true right now, at least in the drama department. We'd appreciate it if you didn't try to change that.

Myth: Porn is allowed again on Tumblr!

Fact

Sadly, this is not true. However, nudity is allowed now. Just no visual depictions of explicit sex acts. Here is a pretty detailed explanation from the CEO of Automattic (the company that owns Tumblr) on why they can't bring porn back right now, even though he would like to.

Note that this only applies to visual depictions. Explicit text (yes, that means smutty fanfic) has always been allowed.

Myth: You should never add anything to a post you reblog.

Fact

Actually, one of the really cool things about Tumblr is how a post can grow and develop with every new addition! Simple Tumblr posts have turned into repositories of useful information or complex scifi world-building thanks to users collectively adding cool stuff with each reblog, or sometimes just asking relevant questions for others to answer in their reblogs.

But you don't have to add anything in order to reblog! Most people don't! And if you have something to say that doesn't really add to the post (like "Cute!") or is just for your followers, it can go in the tags.

Which brings us to a related myth:

Myth: There is a complicated system of etiquette around reblogging and tagging and if you don't follow it everyone will point and laugh.

Fact

Okay, there are some general etiquette guidelines that have developed that most people follow. Like the above, about only adding onto a post if you have something substantive to say and putting other comments in the tags. I'm sure you've seen rules like this around.

But these are flexible and nobody is going to hate you for violating them now and then. If you reblog something and forget and add "Cute!" to the post instead of in a tag, nobody is going to dogpile you. Worst case, people will click back to the reblog before yours and reblog it from there instead of reblogging yours. Or they might just reblog yours because tbh it doesn't really detract from the post. Just don't be rude, and remember that the OP and everyone who sees the post can see your tags very easily now.

The main thing is please do reblog stuff! That is the #1 way posts get new viewers (see below, most people turn the algorithm off). You don't have to add anything or even tag it; reblogging it is just a way to say "hey followers, look at this neat thing I found!"

Don't let the idea that you're not reblogging "correctly" prevent you from reblogging at all.

Myth: It's cringe to reblog old stuff, or to go through and reblog/like lots of things from someone's blog.

Fact

Posts are made for reblogging. We are all here for the reblogging. We want you to reblog. There are posts from 2012 or even older still making the rounds. If someone stumbles on my blog and reblogs a bunch of old stuff in a row, I'm just happy that they enjoyed my blog.

If OP doesn't want a post to be reblogged anymore, they now have the ability to turn reblogging off. Otherwise, reblog away.

Myth: Tumblr is the golden land of no algorithms!

Fact

Tumblr is the golden land of allowing you to avoid the algorithm if you so choose.

Most Tumblr users changed these settings years ago and have been living algorithm-free for so long they forget that when you first sign up, it does have an algorithm unless you turn it off.

Here is how to customize your viewing experience (on the app):

From your blog (the little people in the bottom right corner), hit the Settings wheel in the top right corner.

Go to General settings

Go to Dashboard preferences

The first four are all various algorithms. Best stuff first reorders your dash by algorithm - if you turn it off, it's all chronological all the time. 2-4 add extra stuff to your dash that the algorithm thinks you'll like. If you turn them off, you will ONLY see what's on the blogs you follow. (Note: if you turn off "Include followed tag posts" you can still view the tags you follow in the "Your Tags" tab at the top of your dash.)

4b - If you want to view mature stuff (nudes but also violence or anything drug/alcohol related) go to Content You See and turn it on. It's off by default. This is also where you can set tags or keywords you want hidden.

(These settings can all be found in similar places on desktop.)

Even after you do all this, if you really want to see what the algorithm has to say, just go to the For You tab. It will... probably convince you that you made the right choice in turning all of this off. Tumblr's algorithm really isn't that great, and we're fine with that.

Myth: Neil Gaiman is an active Tumblr user.

Let's poll RPF

Not the morality debate, that's been done to death and is honestly uninteresting to me. But what is Real-Person Fic/Real-Person Shipping? Or, more specifically, what qualifies as a real person?

Because obviously Tony Stark is fictional, while your friend Antony is a real person. But past that point, everything gets blurry. Like professional wrestlers, who are playing a created character along a prewritten storyline, but are doing so unscripted and often under their real name and as a reflection of their real fake fighting capabilities. Plenty of bands and Twitch Streamers have played out fake drama for the media attention, which is basically the same thing except less openly fake.

Stephen Colbert of the Colbert Report was clearly playing a parody of a far-right news personality, but did so with his real name and background. And when he moved to the Late Show, he's still putting on a fake personality there, just like every other famous person when the cameras are on them(you can't act like you do in front of your family on the red carpet, or vice versa). But when that's the case, how is that different from the barista who smiles while mentally stabbing every person in line?

And then there's stuff like George Washington. We have an IRL historical figure, a mythological figure that resembles a demigod more than a human, and the version from various fictional media(Hamilton et al). If someone writes fics based on each of those versions, which are RPF? And, once you answer that, do you think the same answers apply to Mulan?

So, the point of this post. Here's a list of options, from most fictional to most real. At which point do you consider it to be RPF. Note: I DO NOT CARE whether you approve of shipping it or not, the question is just at what entry in the poll would you think it needs a tag/warning/whatever. Please vote for the first you think is RPF, we can assume that means everything past that point is also RPF(because that's the only way to poll this on this site).

"Prev tags" is just annoying, inefficient, only works sometimes, and just dumb as fuck. Like, if someone tells you a funny story, and you wanna relay it to someone else, you're gonna be like "Hey, this person told me a funny story! I'm gonna relay it to you." You WOULDN'T go up to someone and be like "GO FIND THIS PERSON WHO TOLD ME A FUNNY STORY." Like, holy shit that's just dumb. The scavenger hunt aspect simply is not worth it. In my experience, it NEVER is worth it. It just puts me in a bad mood. Plus, what if it's a long post? You want people to have to scroll up and down and up and down just to get to those tags? Holy shit, no! That's just irritating!

And people like to claim 'Oh, prev tags is an INTEGRAL feature to the site!" NO IT IS NOT. It started popping up in 2021. The first time I remember seeing it, it was a text post, and everyone was going "prev" and the OP's tags were just a "spike trap" joke, where it told people to prev tags them. THAT IS THE ORIGIN. Prev tags isn't an ancient feature from the era of SuperWhoLock that we cannot leave behind- in fact, in posts FROM that era, people would copy-paste or screenshot tags and commonly be like "Why would you leave this in the tags?" Prev tags can't do that!! We steal tags here, sir! Posting someone else's tags in the body of the post has been part of the site's culture for AGES!

Not to mention- prev tags has really bad archival issues. Say you're on a post, and there's something in the tags you consider a great addition, so you go "prev" along with the rest of your tags for posts like these. A month later, the person you "prev"d has deactivated for whatever reason, or maybe they've deleted the post. Those tags are gone. They are just GONE. You can't get them back, you can't view them again, the tags are completely gone. Meanwhile, screenshotting or copy-pasting the tags preserves them.

(This is, to a lesser extent, worse for me, since I have ADHD, which negatively impacts my memory. So no, I do not automatically remember my hilarious tags.)

Many people like to claim "Oh, that's not the point of it, prev tags is for privately telling the person who left the tags you appreciate them!" Which, first of all if they don't like prev tags, that'll just tick them off. But second of all... If you wanna tell them you liked their tags, message them??? A friendship of mine started and persists because my friend messages me posts I've tagged like "Good tags" or smth like that. That would not have happened if I'd just been "prev tags"d.

And if anything, prev tags decreases communication between us. That friend of mine and I have commonly had conversations about those tags, since they're most often related to blorbos. And our friendship is stronger because of that! If they'd just been like "prev" that wouldn't have happened. I wouldn't have had all those great conversations. I wouldn't have that friend. I know, messaging people scary, but I highly doubt people are gonna find being messaged about how awesome their tags were irritating. Please, just actually talk to EACH OTHER instead of talking in the tags! Subject yourself to the mortifying ideal of being known, it will reward you!

tumblr: called a reblog. you can reblog with tags AND commentary, though most only reblog with tags instead of reblogging with commentary (ive seen this described as the difference between whispering to someone in an auditorium vs shouting something in an auditorium for everyone to hear)

twitter: separated into retweets and QRTs. a retweet is a direct share to your followers on their timeline with no way to add commentary, and a QRT is an embed of someone else's post with your commentary at the top, which makes it an original post.

cohost: called a share or a rechost, similar to how tumblr's system works, but the commentary culture is different. it's more common to add commentary in the post body, and discouraged to talk in the tags (based on how tagging works sitewide)

pillowfort: called a reblog, similar to how tumblr's system works, but the commentary culture is different. it's more common to share with no commentary before adding commentary, and not really common to talk in the tags. pillowfort replies are mostly where commentary happens.

replies/comments:

tumblr: unlike twitter, tumblr replies ARE NOT their own posts. they're like DMs between you and the OP, except everyone can see these messages and join in on the conversation.

twitter: replies are their own post! they function similarly to how tumblr reblog threads work, but with more limited visibility

cohost: called comments and work like tumblr replies, BUT, are able to be threaded like AO3 comments. these are actually the ONLY interactions visible for anyone to see on a post!

tags:

tumblr: TAGS ARE VERY FREE. tags are both a sorting system BUT also a way to whisper your thoughts on someone's post that you've reblogged. you can make up your own tags for your own personal blog sorting system, or keysmash your reaction to cute art. tumblr culture involves a LOT of "tag talking", in which people don't actually put their overall commentary in the body of a post, but the tags of it when they're reblogging it. when making an original post, only the first five tags are counted. tags on reblogged posts do NOT show up in tumblr search.

twitter: tags are more formal from what i can tell. they go directly in the body of a post and are an explicit way to sort posts into topics and categories. tags on replies and QRTs DO show up in twitter search.

cohost: tags are more formal like twitter, but function visibly similar to tumblr tags. they go beneath a post and are the only way to search cohost (so its not common to talk in the tags). however, unlike tumblr, all tags from every user in a rechost chain are visible and searchable in shared posts. tags on rechosted posts DO show up in cohost search (from what i can tell, it's discouraged to re-tag a share of a post to prevent accidentally spamming a tag, since the tags of the OP will transparently carry over into the rechost).

pillowfort: exactly like tumblr, without the five tag limit and without the tag talking culture. tags on reblogged posts do NOT show up in pillowfort search.

followers:

tumblr: mean nothing. if you have a lot of followers that's probably bad actually because it means you're infamous. you're the tumblr clown and everyone's watching you flail around. clout doesnt exist. you can also hide who you're following on tumblr like with likes, again, most do hide this.

twitter: clout. clout clout clout. followers is good. followers means you're famous. you can't hide this information, nor can you hide who you yourself are following.

cohost: mean nothing, but doubly so. there is absolutely no way to see how many followers you have, nor how many followers anybody has, nor who is following who. you can view your own followers, but there's no number count and nobody else can view this.

pillowfort: an odd mix of all three of the above. hidden entirely like cohost, viewable numbers like tumblr, and some sense of clout-dignity like twitter. in actuality, most users follow Pillowfort's user-created communities rather than other users specifically.

feeds:

tumblr: if you're an old user, your default is called your dashboard, in which you only get posts from the people and tags you follow. if you're a new user, (allegedly) your default is the "For You" feed. there are separate feeds separated into tabs at the top; other than the "For You" feed, you're able to customize what tabs you want to see and switch between. a half and half compromise between algorithm/no algorithm. it's there if you want it, avoidable if you don't.

twitter: you've got your "For You" and your "Following" feed (also called TL or timeline). im unsure which is set as the default, but "For You" is listed first so it's probably that. while the following feed is self-explanatory, the "For You" feed shows you posts that users you follow have liked as well as posts based on an algorithm around that. the algorithm knows all.

cohost: you also have two feeds here - "Latest Posts" and "Bookmarked Tags". Latest Posts are from those you've followed, while Bookmarked Tags is a feed you can build based on which tags you've bookmarked. there's no algorithm at all!

pillowfort: only one feed, composed entirely of posts from users you follow and communities you're in/following. no algorithm!

search:

tumblr: only the tumblr wizards know how this fucking thing works (affectionate). sitewide search brings up both text in the body of the post as well as tags. clicking on a specific tag will give you posts that have been specifically tagged with the tag. blog search is similar but it breaks often.

twitter: hell. sitewide search brings up both text in the body of the post as well as tags AS WELL AS every post made by a user who has the searched term in their goddamn handle. clicking on a specific tag will give you posts that have been specifically tagged with the tag. profile search does not exist unless you know the secret codes to put in the url.

cohost: the site can ONLY be searched via tags that exist already. blogs here can only be searched via clicking on a specific tag. however, cohost provides toggles within every blog so users can toggle on or off a user's shares, replies, and asks to their hearts delight, which makes blog scrolling customizable to the users preference

pillowfort: sitewide search is how tumblr's search is supposed to work, AND way more stable. blog search can be searched only through clickable tags, but you're also able to view only original posts or only reblogs on someone's blog.

blacklisting, blocking, muting, muffling, making posts with sensitive content

tumblr: you're able to build a blacklist based on tags, and you're able to block users. "community labels" are a predetermined set of labels users can apply to both their posts and reblogs of other people's posts, and can be toggled to the user's preference

twitter: there is no blacklist, but a "muted word" list that you can customize. there is sensitive content filtering, but it's only under a generalized "sensitive content" warning. you can mute a user if you'd rather not block, which means you won't see their posts or when they interacting with you. you are also able to block users outright.

cohost: you can set a customized "content warning" on a post for others to click through, similar to twitter's sensitive content warning, but able to be customized as needed. you can blacklist OR whitelist content warnings. for tag filtering, you can muffle (requiring a click-through) or silence (hide completely). you can mark a post as 18+ very easily. you can toggle and customize the way posts on your feed display.

pillowfort: filters and blacklist are easily accessible on the sidebar rather than hidden in the settings. however, 18+ posts can only be toggled on or off (shown or entirely hidden), there is no click-through option. you can blacklist "words and tags" all at once, or just blacklist tags, to your discretion.

posting:

tumblr: as long or short as you want. tons of different ways to post, images, videos, audio, links, ect. some VERY basic code is allowed. it USED to be go nuts show nuts, but...

twitter: theres a 300(?) character limit and a four images per post limit. you can pay money for more post characters. 18+ is more limited than other sites, but allowed.

cohost: very basic posting editor. you can code html, css, and basic markdown straight into the post if you want to. there's even a preview toggle in the posting editor to see what it looks like before you post it. literally the sky is the limit. YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW CODE TO POST ON COHOST, but if you do you can make your posts look cool. there is a "readmore" like on tumblr, but it's a soft readmore based on the post length instead of tumblr's hard readmore. 18+ is allowed.

pillowfort: a rich text editor that's built to support images, videos, links, ect. as long or short as you want. 18+ is allowed.

site-specific:

tumblr: the ability to send asks and submit posts, polls, limited profile badges (most need to be bought), blog coding customization, post blazing, sideblogs

twitter: lists, spaces, circles, and polls

cohost: the ability to send asks, user funded, no ads, anti-AI stance, range of options for profile customization, private notes (able to be left on a user's profile for only you to see), sidepages (built-in sideblogs that function as their own main blogs)

pillowfort: communities (these are in tumblr beta testing currently), user funded, no ads, anti-AI stance, a WIDE range of profile badges (99% are free, 1% are rewarded for donating to the site during specific fundraising periods)

site sign-up and apps

tumblr: free and easy, app in the appstore.

twitter: free and easy, app in the appstore

cohost: free and easy, but posting is limited for a small period of time at first sign-up. you can browse, follow users, and like posts during this period of time, but cannot make your own original posts until cohost greenlights you (they'll send an email when you're able to post; mine was just under 24 hours). they have a progressive web app hosted by chrome that functions and appears as a regular app that bypasses appstore restrictions.

pillowfort: free, but unlike the other sites and more like AO3, sign-up puts you on a waitlist for an invite code, or you can sign-up with an invite code from a user already on the site. no mobile app, but a progressive web app like how cohost has is in the works.

bsky: the twitter copy. sign-up is free, but there's a wait period before you're fully invited to set up your account unless you have a bsky invite from a user already on the site. there's an app in the appstore.

I'm exactly as tired of everyone focusing on shouting down infighting and valorizing individuals and memeing. This list exposes how Islamphobia isnt over, how big a problem Russophobia is becoming (to be clear the list revealed "Russian-sounding" names which can mean anything; Tankies taking this as an opening will be shot on sight), and the fact that they're criminalizing anyone who has ever acted against USAmerican and British imperial interests. People have been so dead convinced about the utility and necessity of the No Fly List that the Obama administration tried to ban guns to people on it as a "bare minimum" measure. BAN GUNS FOR WHOM? TODDLERS? MUSLIMS AND NON-WHITES, THOSE PEOPLE FAMOUS FOR MASS SHOOTINGS? PEOPLE WHO WENT TO A PEACE MARCH?? HOW TO SAFELY LABEL YOUR POSTS DURING REYLO SMUT WEEK!!!! (We don't want to wake the tumblr gods)

Our goal will be to properly label all of our posts and reblogs. Sadly I think this means we will not be able to shortcut reblog event posts. It seems reblogs cannot change the Post Label so it will be up to the OP to adjust the settings on their old posts. So here's a guide for what things look like on both mobile and desktop and where they are.

EDIT 10/4/22:: Ok— so in today’s bugfix, reblogs CAN take labels but it may take several seconds to register. It is a notably delayed application to already posted reblogs especially, and there is no outward mark on the saved post that it has any sort of label on it so it’s difficult to tell when/if the label actually sticks. So my advice: set it and forget it! What more can we do? I’ll keep you guys posted if I learn more!

firstly, it's your dashboard or dash, not tl! i've rbed some posts about using tumblr & will hunt down more, please check them out. i'll discuss army tumblr culture below the read more link.

a tour through my following list yields that nearly all the bangtan blogs i follow are inactive, lmfao. but for basic bangtan content, these were the go-to:

bts-trans (still active, just slow) bangtan (ia) audiorkive (active, but only for new releases) btstwtarchive (active) allforbts (ia, but posted all updates)

as for people and content, here's what i'd have to say about army tumblr culture vs twitter (esp my community there):

the big blogs are mostly gif makers (knjspjm & sugajimin are the two i follow who come to mind). gifs are rlly popular & reposting a gif is offensive.

the same for any sort of content. always give credit to original creators, translators, ect. it's also general practice to link to the source if sharing bangtan content, such as clips.

fic writers, rpf artists, ect are rarer than they used to be due to the porn ban in 2018 when a lot of users left.

but even when you do find them, rpf-heavy text posts (aus, fics, rpf-y fawning) have become unusual outside particular niches. nsfw even more so. most authors just post fics to ao3, and artists focus on art, so on so forth. this is the biggest difference from twitter.

that said, it shouldn't stop you. i'm of the opinion rpf-ing needs to be more visible to those who want to see it.

rpf on tumblr is separated from the real life boys. not perfectly, but more so than on twitter. you should consider tagging rpf-heavy posts & fics as rpf or an equivalent if you post abt it. (my tag for it is "fic-ish")

tumblr blogs are often just people vibing & engaging in what they feel like. even if they're dedicated to one fandom, other posts will show up (jokes, politics, discussion, art, other fandoms, ect), and usually people mix fandoms on one blog.

a lot of bangtan blogs on tumblr are multi group or cover k-pop as a whole.

most of them are sideblogs, meaning op has a main blog that they interact through (like me). this doesn't mean they're more active there.

fanwars between different group fandoms are regarded as incredibly stupid & if you engage in them you'll look very stupid. they don't really happen here anymore.

in general, if you start beef with another blog instead of just blocking and moving on you'll look stupid. fanwars of all kinds are not well-tolerated on tumblr.

solos are more common on tumblr & they're not evil. starting beef with them is also considered dumb. block & move on if you're bothered.

that doesn't mean you can't criticize what you see, but vociferously decrying specific people or subcommunities with no nuance is a bad look.

criticism or expressing negative/neutral opinions of bangtan, hybe/bh, their music, content, and even individual members is normal. some people use it as an excuse to pump their hateboner or go on tirades, but again, if it bothers you block & move on.

tumblr is in general a very anti-drama climate compared to twitter. people here truly do their own thing. there are exceptions, of course, but overall you live and let live.

tumblr is also EXTREMELY anti-clout compared to twitter. it's totally fine to talk about how much you like a blog, make a post looking for people to follow or mutuals, ect. making your own post promoting your stuff is even fine as long as it's earnestly about sharing your work. but most people hide their follower counts & don't fixate on visibility. going viral is considered a curse.

lastly, publicizing personal information as a prerequisite for interacting with someone is weird here. you don't need to have your age visible to everyone to follow nsfw blogs without being blocked, for example. minors may be sbed or blocked if op wants to, but not having a public age is normal. anonymity is valued.

top vs bottom culture & discourse on tumblr is not as much of a thing as it is on twitter. this is in large part due to the lack of nsfw + tumblr's overall anti-drama culture, but a lot of rps blogs here genuinely don't care either way. that lends its own issues--namely, the same old underlying sentiments that caring about top/bottom content in a meaningful way is silly, bad, ect & ignorance of how viciously certain communities have been bullied over it + favoring certain flawed but popular narratives. it's similar to twitter but less skewed in favor of one over the other, and vers fans usually do sincerely like it all (as opposed to labeling themselves vers but only engaging with one trope consistently).

INFO ABOUT ANE:

- Ane is from earth 1218, which accoring to marvel is where all superheroes are fictional (basically she lived in the same ground as you and I live). But for some reason it seemed that her world kinda started to reject her in a sense? Causing her to be sended to this white space sorta place to where she can see marvel's fiction world

- Its basically gwenpool its what I'm tryna say lol. She basically has access to go in and out other earths without glitching due to not belonging to her own earth anymore and makes it easier for fast escape, although if she's in high stress or cannot concentrate she can't won't be able to phase out to the white space.

- Like pool she has quite a handful knowledge of most of the character from both strenght and weakness. Which that knowledge has helped from tight situations (tends to end with a few broken bones there and there)

HOW IT STARTED:

-Before becoming a spider dude she was nothing but a homeless girl roaming around the streets, looking for her next piece of bread or some coin to get by. Mind you that she tried to tell officers of her situation the world she was in but ofc she just ended behind bars in the station cuz police is so......useful sometimes aint I right....

-She met the peter after a day of her escape and Peter being the sweetsoul he is helped her out by giving her a place to stay with his aunt may. She stayed quiet of her situation but she eventually opened up to him and told him everything. Surprisingly he belived her without considering her a physco (He was from COUGH hq COUGH)

-And life goes well, she gets a job, heped payed the bills and kinda started developing a crush on pete's and it life is good.....until it wasn't

-Remember endgame? Well, she is kinda the main reason the heroes lost, u see aunt May was suppose to die in that fight but Ane's intervening caused a butterfly effect, causing the destruction and downfall of the civilization (isnpired by a punisher comic where he becomes a galaxy ghost rider)

-the only things surviving were her and peter's web shooters, the same ones she used to protect Aunt May....from then on she starts doing these good deeds, helping other citizens from other universes, getting into fights with both heroes and villians, meeting & loosing at the same time.

-she's self taught in both strategy and combat, using her past experiences and copying moves from others has helped along the way. But also being the part that destroys her lil by lil both emotionaly and physically. Causing her to avoid attachements or interaction to ANYONE. The only source of comfort is the emptiness of her void and the feeling of dried blood in her finger tips. Nightmares being a daily dose of her guilt and self hatred. Sometimes leaving cuts bleed out or touch her wounds as a way of punishing herself for her failures.

HQ CAPTURE & ESCAPE:

-At this point she's nothing but a soul filled with anger and violence, somehow surprisingly managing to escape a few times leaving a few spiders bloodied and almost in deaths door

-They manage to get a hold on her after using her latest fight as an advantage, knocked out cold she gets taken to the HQ. Even in her weak state the spiders couldn't help but to notice just how LOUD their spider sense were being....something telling them that they should back off ASAP. She gets treated for her wounds and sended to the cells where they explaon her the situation she's in. Her face not changing, staring at miguel with a unreadable expression as the others can't turn off their senses...some of the taking a step back

-A few weeks pass by, the fresh memory of her loved one dying on her arms still fresh in her head. Suddenly hearing the door open and seeing Diane being dragged towards her. Ane doesn't budge or looks up at the noise of to Diane's demands and resistance. Mabey Diane sees Ane and tries to talk her to help her out? Since I feel like she would know her situation or some bits of it, mostly knowing Ane isn't a villian.

-A few hours later AND BAM everything is on flames. Most of the HQ trying to capture the escaped prisioners, she and Diane kinda bonding over battle as they both have lil bits of conversation between the fights (Ane loves her webs and how shiny she basically is, reminds her of diamons kskkskwksk)

-mabey he meets gwens group and slowly starts to open up to others, and mabey she and diane become besties and she teaches Ane to be a lil more social and all the goodie stuff 👉👈? If that ok?

BIT OF HER FUTURE & GROWTH AS HERO AND HERSELF:

-I was thinking that she meets logan (wolverine) in a certain future (few moths or a year after the HQ accident) and basically follows and annoys the living hell outta him so get him to train her. She know he isnt the type to just accept things like this so standing her ground being the only way to get through that metal skull of his

-Which not only elevates her fighting skills and combat agility but also basically gets adopted by him lmao (he will forever deny he has a soft spot for her, but will throws hands if he hears crap talked about her back). She replaces the web shooter to chain shooters those and most parts of her new suit made from the same metal that wolverine's claws are made off. (She keeps the webs shooters on box somewhere in her white space cuz they have an emotional meaning to her)

-She's now able to sneak up on spider people without being detected by their senses (it is canon in a comic that longan did that on peter due to being that good of a hunter). She still has some demons on her but she's slowly but surely getting better day by day thanks to logan's teaching.

-although she still goes onto killing if she needs to, some fights more gruesome than others, her gloves having extendable blades like logans and well...u seen how the fights go with him. All and all life becomes good, even after a few falls she always gets up again, just this time, she has a hand to pull her up <33

Don't vandalise official sources like Wikipedia and IMDB as though Goncharov was a real movie.

If someone asks you "is Goncharov actually real movie?" you tell them no. This is improv, not gaslighting.

Generally, I would avoid sending asks about Goncharov unless the user has already expressed interest in it.

Longer explanation of each point under the cut: please read the long version before you comment in case I answered your question / already clarified something!

Firstly, in case you're still struggling to get a straight answer from your mutuals: yes, Goncharov (1973) is a joke tumblr made up. It's not a real film, although people are now constructing content for it as though it was.

And since this thing is beginning to get out of hand now (which is only to be expected) I'd like to bring up some improv / alternate reality etiquette:

so those who might be triggered by it can avoid it.

Keep it to tumblr. If other sites want to report on this phenomenon, that's fine, but all the "in-character" (for lack of a better word) stuff should stay here. It's important that there are actually sources of truth out there for those who need them. (I know Wikipedia sometimes features incorrect, outdated or biased information, but actively lying on Wikipedia to deceive people is still a dick move.)

You can post as if it was real, you can talk about it as if it was real (that's the game!) but if someone explicitly asks you "is it real?" you say no. This game is only fun as long as it's an improv game: the fun part is suspending our disbelief together. It's not, actually, fun to lie to people until they question whether they're going insane. This is a co-op game, not PvP. I hope I don't have to explain to you why deliberately lying to someone, even about something harmless, when they trust you to give you the correct answer and came to you for help, is a dick move. (Same thing with satire, actually. The Onion doesn't have to tell you that it's satire because that would ruin the joke, but if someone genuinely asks you "did XYZ really happen??" and you lie to them, that's not satire. That's lying.)

This one is more of a politeness thing than the others, and obviously if the person is a friend that you know would enjoy the joke you can decide you know best here, but we've already made poor old Neil sick of it. If someone has made their own Goncharov post or reblogged some of it, it's fair to say they're interested in participating. It's unfair to get mad that Goncharov is everywhere right now: it's mostly people having fun! But it's also unfair to make it impossible for people to avoid it if they want to.

This isn't a Goncharov hate post- I love the whole thing, I think it's awesome, I'm absolutely delighted every time I see references to it. I think it's an incredible demonstration of human collaboration and I could make a whole post about that alone. This post was made in the interest of keeping it fun.
