i feel low, like i can't breath right. i know exactly what triggered me (been diagnosed with anxiety) but i can't exactly get remove myself from the location. school feels too much and i'm so tired. i think i'm also a little dissociated, and the internet suggests that venting helps.
but tbh, any advice is appreciated.
