already getting some of the first dizziness and shaking today, ive only eaten an orange slice (have been chewing on them and js eating the juices to try and keep hunger strikes away) and drank some coffee, with fake sugar and creamer, and 4 tater tots... (all in all like, idk, 170kcals, js as long as i stay under 500 ill be happy)
i was gnna do a 3 day water fast but i think im ok for now. but if theres any motivation to js fuckin do it for me pls pls pls tell me :3

my school got rid of free lunches because "covid is over" Today they announced that they would no longer provide people with a negative amount of $10+ lunches anymore. the lunches cost $4, 3 days and you wouldn't have enough. as someone who also cant afford lunches but rather refuses to eat, this is fucked up. there is no more "maybe if things are bad" backup plan, rather starve. yes this is teenagers but how do you look at a child and decide that they get to starve because they cant afford $20 a week

I'm really proud of myself today ( even though I kinda b¡nged at 1am ) but today there was a party for 3h, I've never danced like this before fr. I can easily say i burned more than 1000cals today ( without BMR ). + didn't eat anything. I hope I stay like this till tomorrow tho.
Idk if that is wrong to do that on the abc diet. But I'm just happy that I burned sm cals + didn't eat.
That's what I ate:
Breakfast:
• Jasmine Green tea = 4c.
• Sugar-free gum = 3c.
Cals: 7.
Lunch:
Skipped.
Dinner:
• 7up zero sugar 320ml = 5c.
Cals: 5.
Dessert:
Skipped.

12cals/300cals.
