SpeedAnon here. I agree with you on VTubers. Wolfychu and her boyfriend SweetoToons became VTubers and there art style for storytime animation is anime, so I feel it leans towards. Oh no guys were getting attacked by bad CGI!

Man, I miss Gigguk talking smack about bad CG in anime. Then again, he did make a full video on it so there’s not much more to go into. 

Anyway! Back to Vtubers! If your YouTube/online career pretty much already centered around you being a borderline real-life anime character in regards to your presented cuteness factor and your voice then, yeah, go ahead and jump into the Vtuber field. 

In fact, the only reason I mentioned Nyanners in the tags of that one post is that she was apparently going on about how problematic Loli-type characters are... When she herself has basically made a whole online presence about emulating those types of characters and the Vtuber-version of herself falling very much into the Loli frame of things. Otherwise that’s another YouTuber that I say ‘yeah, they’re pretty much an anime character already; go ahead’.
