So I had actually worked on something that sort of fit this request but for another character, different fandom. Anyway, long story short, I hated that character for this scenario and ended up deleting it. So after some changes and rewriting, lo and behold! Perfect for Nanami!

His words are whispered in your ear, his voice low and husky. It’s been a while since you started dating Nanami but you didn’t expect him to have this kind of enthusiasm when you finally admitted you were a virgin. It’s not like you didn’t have chances, but you were just a late bloomer on this front.

There was a lot of nervousness when you first started dating him. At 21, you felt so young and unsure, being with a man of his age and obvious experience. HELLO OMG im so intrigued about hw actually and you have been talking about hw ruinene in particular so can i ask about what their history is like. what is their relationship currently. how are they doing. sorry if this question is a bit vague i can always reword it if needed!

FIRSTLY. THANK YOU OH MY GOD i’ve honestly been worried i’ve been too annoying about them dlkjfhjs BUT YAYYY SOMEONE IS INTERESTED YAHOO

anyway this is got SO FUCKING LONG so ramble is gonna be under the cut:

so to answer your question, the short answer is that they’re doing bad :D!! this is a nightcord/wxs swap after all.

for context in this swap au, rui was able to join nene’s theater group when they were younger!! nene wouldn’t join unless rui was allowed to as well, so begrudgingly the members let him join despite not liking him much bc they thought nene would be a good member. rui didn’t really want to join either, cause he could tell the members didn’t like him much, but nene really wanted him to and since didn’t want to stop her from joining, he agrees to it.

rui and the troupe don’t get along too much but they’re willing to deal with him to keep nene around and rui’s pretty content being able to do shows with nene. until nene has that fuck up on stage moment like she does in her canon past, but its made worse when rui tries to stand up for her. picture the wxs main story fight. something like that.

unfortunately the member rui ends up arguing with gets all up in rui’s face and provokes him into shoving them. the guy isn’t seriously injured or anything but that doesn’t matter much because now they have fuel for rumors to spread about him, that they knew they never should have let that weirdo kid join, they always knew he would hurt someone, etc, stuff like that. but nene’s involved too now!! given that she was his friend and ends up being the only one to stick around with him, rumors spread around her as well since not only did she ruin their show, she also hangs out with “that weirdo kid,” so she’s probably just as weird and dangerous. so they’re both stuck in this together throughout middle school. how fun :)

nene’s stage fright and social anxiety after that is fucking godawful. she can’t bring herself to sing anymore despite wanting to SO fucking badly, so she turns to composing as a hobby. she sort of takes on kanade’s role as the shut-in composer. girl is completely petrified of leaving the house. rui still makes robo-nene for her, so she doesn’t have to leave the house if she’s too scared to and can use it to go run errands or something with rui as company. my girl has so much self loathing in her about what happened and berates herself a lot. thinks of herself as horribly pathetic and cowardly. also so much guilt i will get into in a minute

rui meanwhile is really discouraged from doing shows after that. discouraged feels too light for it tbh. he still loves shows dearly but (pre main story at least) he is like. so convinced he won’t ever be able to and shouldn’t even try connecting with people after that. because if all his attempts are only going to lead to him and other people getting hurt, what’s the point? he’ll always be the weirdo kid no one trusts, and he knows he can’t do shows alone, and he’s kinda accepted that he’ll just be forever be lonely and isolated, aside from having nene with him. but that’s not rlly comforting to him bc of how guilty he feels about dragging her down with him.

speaking of which: time to bring up their mutual guilt!! good fucking lord they both have so much guilt inside them and despite how deeply they care about each other neither of them have ever heard of communicating‼️ they are both fully convinced they are at fault for what happened.

nene hates herself bc she feels like she pressured rui into joining, for messing her moment, for not being able to stand up for herself, for making rui do it for her and leading to what happened, and then STILL being so much of a coward that rui has to defend her throughout middle school. she feels like a burden to him and feels so so horribly guilty about it. he made a whole goddamn robot for her because of how scared she is to leave the house anymore after the harassment and she feels she does nothing for him in return.

rui on the other hand feels horribly guilty for making a stupid decision in the heat of the moment and dragging nene’s reputation down with his. he thinks if he hadn’t been there, if nene had never been friends with him, nene would never have gotten so much harassment. he thinks he deserves it all, but nene doesn’t. he’s really protective of her and took most of the heat when the harassment was really rough. he’s fully convinced he did this to her, that it’s his fault and the very least he could do for her is try to help her as much as he can. this is nightcord wxs so of course he wants to disappear but rui doesn’t less because he thinks nene would miss him and doesn’t want to make her sad (he cares so so much about her but bro’s convinced she should resent him for doing this to her, cause he definitely feels that way about himself) and more bc in his head, it’d be fucking shameful of him to try to take the easy way out. like, how dare he leave nene like that, when he’s the one that did this to her. how dare he abandon her when this entire situation is his fault.

nene’s also been the closest one to ever actually disappearing. she berates herself a lot for being too much of a coward to actually do it, to free rui of the burden that is her. she wants to both bc of the amount of guilt and self loathing she has but also just. feels really lost and aimless. like her dream was to be an actress, but she can barely leave the house anymore, so how is she even supposed to do that? like. she’s tired of living the way she does as a shut in. but at least she has music. she finds comfort in composing.

they’ve clearly stayed friends through it all, and they both care so so much about each other, but there’s a sort of wall between them after everything. they still tease each other and hang out together since they’re neighbors, and try to pretend everything’s stayed the same between them. they get better at not being so closed off to each other!! eventually!! but god starting odd neither of them EVER open up to each other. there’s rui who struggles to identify his own feelings in the first place and nene who doesn’t want to bother rui but generally they both just have the mindset of “i can’t trouble them more than i already have.”

when nene starts composing, rui’s really really happy for her. like he sees how miserable she’s been so her finally finding something she seems interested in makes him really really happy. and later once the group is fully formed, being able to do music videos makes him happy too. it’s not quite the same as doing shows obviously, but he’s happy he’s able to tell stories one way or another.

guhh. i hope this made sense and didn’t contradict too much. i’m probably missing stuff. that’s all the coherent stuff for now though. these horribly sad clowns who have never communicated in their lives…i’m insane about them…

anyway, a few miscellaneous facts about them:

nene is fucking ruthless online, especially when it comes to people even being slightly mean to rui.

nene switched to home schooling since middle school, after rui graduated from it.

rui picked out their online aliases, tako (octopus) and kurage (jellyfish). he likes sea animals and thought it’d be funny. nene did not seem to find it funny, but she kept the one he chose for her anyway.

rui’s also gotten really good at video games since he’s played them with nene for so long.

they stay over at each others houses quite a bit, and as they learn to not be so closed off to each other, staying over happens a lot more. if one of them feels like shit, all one of them needs to do is just text the other and no matter how late it is, the other will already be prepared with some spare blankets and maybe a few snacks. they might not always talk, but it’s comforting being in the presence of the other.

they came out to each other as aroace during a sleepover back in middle school. it really just went like:

“hey, rui?” “yeah?” “i think i’m aroace.” “oh. me too actually, i think.” “oh. okay.”

nene got to know mizuki a little bit, since she stayed close to rui during middle school. he introduced them to each other, nene still keeps in touch with them.

they have a hobby of trying new cup noodle flavors and combos together. they have a tier list and everything.

they both get anxious about arguments, but nene especially gets really panicky and nervous.

judas by abuse is hw core hw rui in particular. but there’s good lines that make me think of nene in there too. feel free to ask me for that ramble it’s been living in my brain

hi i hate to be a bother but i love your fic but i cant get more than a dozen or so chapters in bc i keep getting horrible anxiety about how the "present" time is ready to explode and i cant read longfic if it ends badly, could you say if the "present" time has a good resolution? no pressure at all, if you dont want to do that ill just wait for the return to the "present" and get the spoilers from my friends reading it

Thanks for liking my fic! Even if you're only able to get through part of it ^ ^;

So, hmm. I'm going to do my best to answer your question. I hope you understand that I don't feel comfortable (or frankly, capable) of telling you how the fic ends, as we are very very far away from that still (plus, I'm writing the fic for a reason!).

I can say that I personally do not consider the present "ready to explode" in any way. It is, in my opinion, the calmest time that the clones have ever experienced in the short, 13 years of their existence. Sure there's a lot going on, but for the very first time, they are in control of their own fate, and mostly have the upper hand. Is Sidious still out there? Yes. But Sidious is just as confused as, well, Obi-Wan right now, and he is actively on the run, which is more than can be said of any point we've seen of him in canon. Are there other threats too? Of course, but again, for once the clones are able to choose how to act without hiding. If anything, it's post-explosion, the explosion being the Override.

Why do the clones feel so in control? Well, that has to do a lot with the actual mechanics and process of the Override, which we are piecing together in the past.

It's true that Obi-Wan is a bit alarmed and very confused because he doesn't know what's going on. But he'll be alright, because the clones are, again, very calm and in control, and he'll take his cues from them. One of his purposes in the present is to be the audience lens through which new developments are revealed, but most of these things are not new or alarming to the clones, and they are the ones this all primarily affects. Will the clones tell Obi-Wan everything immediately? Of course not. But again, one of the purposes of writing this story non-chronologically and going into the past is so that you, the reader, can understand what's going on, and when the clones choose to share something with Obi-Wan, know the full context of that. Either way, Obi-Wan is a side character and not the primary focus in this story!

While there will be developments and action in the present eventually, right now it's far more a time of reflection, at least for the clones. There is going to be a lot of coming to terms with the past, personal reflection on identity, culture, freedom, the Republic, and the future of their new home. There is going to be more exploration of their life, and lots of politics and what it means to run a people that is no longer under subjugation. There is going to be following up on stuff from the war. There is going to be a significant amount of angst. However, nothing will "explode" for a very, very long time—we don't yet have enough context for that.

In comparison, I consider much of the "past" to be lighter, because sure it covers the war which is dark, but it's also familiar to us via canon media, except there's now the undercurrent of knowledge of all these networks and safety measures that exist, as well as new tools that Jango is actively working on. So it's bad, but we know it's not as bad. There's also just a lot more humor, since everybody (especially Jango) is still figuring things out! In the present, we kinda see the polished version after they become pros ^ ^;

We should be returning to the present in a few chapters (no clue how long those chapters will take), but a fair warning that it will be written with the assumption that you have read all previous chapters. Skipping all of the past will probably mean that a lot of it won't make sense, and I'm sorry, but I won't apologize for that, nor will I explain it when it's explained in the fic! The past bits do exist for a reason! And not just the events, but the thought processes that the characters had in the past will affect their present.

Likewise, we won't just stay in the present once we're back; after a while, we'll return to the past again, and probably eventually jump back to the present, etc. That's just how this story works.

Again, I'd rather not comment too much on the actual ending but, I do not consider this story a tragedy. It's not as simple as a fix-it either, and there's plenty of angst along the way, but I don't think you need to worry about it being a horrible conclusion.

I hope this answers your question! And I hope I didn't spoil myself too badly. Everything above that is not yet written is subject to change, because I do not want to limit my writing to what I said in an ask response, but I think this is a decent idea of what to expect.

I'm not here to tell you how (or even if!) to read my story, but yeah, the past is essential, because the present would not exist without it.

the year is 2008, sam and dean are investigating a vampire coven in a normal town in indiana.

steddie and ronance own a duplex together, they do this bc steve and robin are codependent like that, they even have a door on the insides that connect the homes and all four of them will walk in to the others homes whenever they want.

eddie is a famous but only in metal circles musician, steve is an elementary teacher, robin is an interpreter, and nancy is crime journalist.

nancy in her research has been seeing a lot of weird shit happening in their town, weird bodies with weird gnarly wounds on them. it rings alarm bells in her head screaming "demagorgon!" over and over again.

she approaches robin first, "something weird is happening, and i might be crazy bc el said the gates were 100% closed, i even called her to double check, but these bodies are not normal and my gut is telling me something is wrong."

robin immediately believes nancy, they read in the boys and make a game plan.

nancy says that everything seems localized to one area of the town, so they investigate together during the day on the weekend.

in their investigation they run into same and dean. who look at this group of 40-something year olds, with a nail studded bat, a sawed off shotgun, a... sword? and immediately assume theyre hunters.

the lady with the shotgun stands in front of the group, "who the hell are you?" the pretty one chokes up on the bat preparing to swing, taking a protective stance in front of the other two.

"hey hey hey hey hey hold up lady, we're on the same side we're hunters too! We're lookin for the vamps!"

"Vamps? as in vampires? as in undead creatures of the night who suck your blood?" the other woman starts babbling.

sam and dean are immediately confused. but blah blah blah more dialogue and exposition, long story short they end up at a dive bar to discuss whats happening in the town. (brief interlude of steve absolutely FREAKING OUT over the impala)

the fruity four immediately want to help kill the vamps, sam and dean are hesitant to let a bunch of rookies on the scene, but robin says something about this not being their first rodeo and nancy and steve are kind of scary so they relent.

the entire time, dean keeps looking at eddie, like he knows him, like he's trying to place him, it's not until they're all deep in the vampire nest that he sees eddie swing the sword recklessly that he realizes that that's eddie freaking munson but dean cant freak out about bc a vampire is on his ass.

it was probably the fastest that sam and dean ever dispatched of a vampire nest. no one was seriously hurt and all the vamps were dead.

the fruity four invite sam and dean over their house where they realize that its not steve&robin and eddie&nancy, but steve&eddie and robin&nancy

dean watches the couples a lot closer after that, something deep and buried is clawing its way out, thoughts of a trench coat and a gravelly voice flit through his mind.

eddie and steve give dean a knowing look, something that made him feel more seen than he has ever felt in all his years on this earth. he looks away from them, unable to cope with being bared open by virtual strangers.

the six of them chat, they offer sam and dean a room to sleep in, "the kids usually stay in those rooms, but they havent been buy in a while so it should be fine for you guys, we've got plenty of space, and better water pressure than whatever shitty motel your staying at"

from then on, steve and robin check in with the boys at least once a week, to make sure theyre doing okay. sam and dean always stop by if they're passing through the area, nancy creates a network for hunters, eventually opening her own bar (like the roadhouse)

when the apocalypse begins for real for real, the fruity four plus a tiny army of seemingly normal people show up to fight alongside sam and dean. including a woman who can move things with her mind, without demon blood.

Oh I do, actually, ty for asking!

First one is Kaiki, who was going to be the protagonist for my Ein wip, but now I'm rebooting it so I think he'll ✨️shine✨️ the most as a supporting character.

He is trans, black, and Brazilian, and ace too. He dyed his hair so now it's blond instead of black, and he wears it in pigtails. He aso has two younger sisters (Luna and Stella) and an older one (Tatiana). His parents are divorced and he lives with his sisters and his aunt. I had such a haaard time figuring him out, because he originally was just a blank slot in the place of a protagonist but now he's fleshed out I'm taking him from the spotlight lol. But it's good since he's so fleshed out! He's very sex-repulsed but he can kinda stand romance. - About the story, he is an ambue (non-magic person living in the normal, living world) that gains magic someway (i decided it was going to be x way but since i also changed the magic system ill have to see) and gets recruited into Onemia, one of the multiple hidden magical countries in a secret web of nations. The story revolves around he and the main cast trying to avoid a war between Onemia and other hidde countries (also now the story makes much more sense bc with the protagonist i chose they have much more on the line if a war starts so it drives the plot better~).

Then I have ✨️Megan✨️. He's another trans man from a different story, Totsuka and Megan. He is from a completely magical world but can't learn magic because his guardians won't let him and nobody wants to teach him coz he got a magical condition (still figuring this one out, again remaking the magic system lol) so when a traveler, Totsuka arrives on his town, looking for a partner, he offers himself in exchange of being taught magic by her. The story is about them two going traveling together and saving some different people and nations :). Now, I like Megan a lot, he is also aroace (I really should make more aroallo ocs) and I didn't have that much of a hard time with him in general but boy his design was a pain to figure out. I think I changed it like three times in a row once. He is kind of the more grounded person between him and Totsuka because she is pretty hotheaded and stubborn while he is the most pragmatic out of the two. I'm still fleshing out their exact dinamic, but one thing I'm very fond of is that they have complementary personalities, AND despiste their designs not completely paraleling each other, their main colors are also complementary to each other :3 Totsuka's hair is v long, blue, and a main part of her design. Megan's shirt is bright orange and most of his design is also some tone of brown or toned down nude, so it revolves around that orange. He also is pretty disphoric, unlike Kaiki.

Next up is Lucy, also from Ein (same wip as Kai). She greycupioaro and a trans girl. Unlike the rest of the cast, she is actually USAmerican and white. She is also ambue and gnc, and one of the which I had the easiest time with. Her hair is blond and short and her favorite color to wear is light blue. Her full name (i had so much fun with this one!) is Lucy Diana Portland. Diana because of the marvel hero. BUT there is a special arc im planning where she goes missing and loses her memory, to join a group of the special forces of another magical country. In that arc she adopts the name of Fennice White -> i have lots of characters for this special force but not very detailed yet

fuck it tmc headcannons (aka me projecting SO HARD). only cesar and jonah (and a bit of adam) for rn i have more for the others but ive been thinking abt these guys recently.

cesar (&mark):

-i see a lot of headcannons like 'mark is introverted and cesar is extroverted' and i raise to you: cesar is very charismatic and everyone wants to talk to him but he does NOT like social situations At All. everyone just decided he was cool and interesting and they wanted to hang out with him and he has no clue whats going on.

-usually his voice is very flat and monotone. if mark didn't question the vol 1 call then i think thats just how cesar talks most of the time.

-mark and cesar were the most dumbass friends in existence the minute they make eye contact all common sense is Gone. they would go to the gas station, chug a bunch of sodas and throw rocks at the cans. one time mark decided it would be a great idea to bring his deagle and they got in SO much trouble. the cops were called mark legitimately thought his life was over it was not good night for either of them.

-cesar would like reptiles he would catch a snake in a field and try to show mark and mark would scream at him. one time he picks up a rattlesnake bc he thought it was a regular snake and long story short mark has to drive him to the er

-i think he also knows how to cook, but hes REALLY good at baking its one of his hobbies :]

jonah:

-burnt out gifted kid that got really hyped up as being a genius when he was young and got all these expectations put on him (ESPECIALLY since his dad is a lawyer) so when he didnt meet those expectations he crashed and burned

-hes really smart but also very 'slow' at things so he just. embraced the 'dumb' persona bc its less pressure to fail if you're already expected to do so (i am projecting so hard dont look at me okay)

-he also started to do really badly in school around highschool and once his peers noticed he basically became an outcast. adam is like. his one real friend. (which just makes vol 2/4 even more fucked up)

-i think he likes rap but also the most ridiculous pop songs. he will NOT play anything other than lady gaga or songs abt drugs and murder theres no inbetween.

-never learned how to cook never intends to he eats the most atrocious 'meals' he can conjure. i am talking instant ramen with crushed up flaming hot cheetos and melted string cheese like ACTUALLY revolting. adam is even worse he puts an unpeeled banana between two slices of bread and chows down.

adam:

-very volatile emotions. if something sets him off he does not know how to regulate his emotions and gets a bit wacky, silly if you will (he's gotten multiple detentions for getting into fights)

-other than that the only time he feels really strong emotions is when he's hunting alternates, its like an adrenaline rush for him.

i'll post more later but this is whats been rattling around in my head for weeks and months.

hello elli YES omg idk what it is apparently amnesia fics are just that fucking difficult. or smth. idk but!! yes i will share everything that is still in my brain involving this fic (under the cut tho i'm abt to infodump so hard)

this idea was originally planted by an anon who left a very cute little amnesia prompt in my inbox (anon if you're out there i'm so sorry i swearrr). i've since deviated from the og prompt which was fairly lighthearted (amnesia will sees mike hovering over him obsessively and assumes he's his bf. and mike short circuits. which was an excellent idea my brain just wouldn't accept it) and went for angst bc well. i'm like that. and basically my idea was just that will wakes up in mike's room very recently post-apocalypse (the wheeler's house has been a base in the apocalypse and mike offered his room bc of course he did), having been in a coma for a few months. the idea behind it was that vecna / the hive mind tried to possess him again, but this time will was strong enough to fight back, and though he couldn't fight *through* the possession he was at least able to kind of incapacitate himself so that he couldn't be used to hurt his friends (yay angst!!). while he was asleep the others managed to stop vecna / kill the UD, hence freeing will from possession. yay he's awake!! unfortunately, since he was in the coma for so long, the virus ate away parts of his consciousness, namely his memories.

basically i took s2 and birthdaygate and made it bigger and more dramatic and worse. yay parker!!

the way i was planning on having will's memories come back is very slowly and methodically (i.e. it takes him a while to remember stuff but once he does it pretty much sticks), mainly through him being reminded of them through sensory recognition or people sharing stuff - he also has vague feelings attached to people, and can definitely recognize when a face belongs to someone important to him (cough cough mike wheeler) but he doesn't remember names or details and this drives him INSANE.

the bylerification of this would be mike, post-apocalypse and broken up with el and having had some Very Important Realizations, frantically fumbling trying to give will love confessions and apologies when will literally doesn't remember any of their fights. so not only does mike have to apologize for everything, he also has to make will relive it first, and Then hope that will doesn't reject him. (hehe.) this sucks for him, but yada yada it all works out and they make out sloppy. the end

i abandoned this fic for a lot of reasons, many of which i no longer remember, but the main ones were a., that is a lot of backstory for a story that ultimately doesn't have much plot beyond Mike Is Stressed And Will Is Confused, and b., at the time i was kind of burnt out on writing/reading apocalypse stuff, and c., i wasn't a big fan of the concept of everyone saving the world with will still incapacitated bc i know my boy is more of a key character than that!!! (this is small and ik people could get over it for This One Fic but it Really Bothered me Ok)

that being said,,, writing all this out did remind me of how much i liked the concept and i think taking the pressure off of myself for a couple months did help, as did taking a break from apocalypsey concepts for a while. so. Maybe. and that is all i will say about that <33

I have a lot of specific hcs about them (mostly because I'm slowly stealing them to turn them into OCs for... something) so here's a little rundown in their story! (Let's hope it's actually little!!)

AKA long post weird AU you released a beast (me infodumping)

When they're tiny:

They met when they're 12 at their new school: Owynn moved because of bullying (the kids used to make fun of him bc he was tall/redhead/has heterocromia and even cut his hair, that's why he has it very short now) and Freddy moved to a whole new country (from Spain to wherever fhs happens). Freddy is Mexican while Owynn's dad is swedish (he was not born there)

They find eachother to be very weird but share many tastes and life events, like the bullying and missing a parent (Owynn is more direct and likes to insult his mom while Freddy doesn't talk abt it- Ow didn't even knew he had an adoptive dad).

They form a music duo for the spring event, since they were such good friends maybe they could work together well! Also Freddy acts kinda weird and sometimes forgets they have rehearsals after-hours but it doesn't matter bc he says sorry and he's cute!!

There's a whole drama with Owynn's parents in the middle of that but i wont bore you with that (unless you want me to)

Anyways the event happens Owynn can't come in time so Freddy goes alone and he wins but ow feels betrayed and blah blah blah they're enemies now and he hates Freddy (a 12 years old kid with a lot of mental troubles for that age)

Bc yes Fred is there but Owynn ofc didn't know, even if he actually talked very often with him too. In fact is kinda his fault Fred makes fun of Freddy so much (He's mad he lost his only best friend 🥺)

(Guess who remembers the rehearsals and the songs and owen cursing his mom)

Middle part where we watch Owynn go insane:

Literally. They kinda hate everyone but their dad now.

Moved school again, classmate with Abby and company actually! (Tho y'know abby she's... insane) so they don't talk. Also the Nightmares used to live closer to that school so they bullied him there until Owynn broke all of Onnie's teeth.

They meet Ttrap too: he's older in my AU (while ow is 15 he would be 17), he tries to get Owynn to therapy bc it's really fucking weird/sad he only talks abt Freddy or abt how much they dislike themself so. Yeah. He succeds and Owynn gets... to move schools again, yay!!

Ow starts developing schizoprenia, doesn't get the diagnosis until very later. (Prodomal stage/negative symptoms rn)

Also kinda starts discovering himself (being gay/nonbinary, doesn't really ditch the he/him pronouns until much later). Also dyes their hair purple

I don't have recent drawings of cringy sad 15y/o owen

What would equal the 1st season of the series:

Freddy moves to the HS and says his funny discourse (qué? Que quién soy yo? 🤓) Who would've though a certain kid that hates him was there to see it and died right there.

After realizing they share classroom Owynn pressures Ttrap into changing them to another one, hides his freckles/dyes his hair a darker color/uses normal glasses to not be recognized. Explaining his absence from the 1st season /j

So we have time to look at Freddy. He's struggling, Fred is being annoying; they explode at the camp where Freddy bumps into Owen who tells him to fuck off and never talk to them bc they hate him and Freddy says: "who are you?" to them. :D

Fred facepalms and takes control of the body.

Owynn develops his plan to destroy Freddy's band or whatever. Also dyes his hair again.

2nd season!!

And Owynn is in full delusional mode. The whole 'boss' thing is Eak and Ttrap going along with them so they can decompress lol

He does his little introduction and dumb plans to sabotage that obviously don't work at the end but they're actually very good bc he... actually does know what he's doing (making usagi & loon have trouble/separate golden from the group/the whole Toys thing)

But eventually it doesn't matter/the spring event thing happens ; Owynn gets hit by a car and breaks their arm

The secret 3rd season // last school year

Owynn goes back to lay low, gets his schizophrenia diagnosis so therapy+meds!! Good for them!

Freddy gets the therapy+meds combo too! Fred is chilling now :]

So Freddy now attempts to talk to Owynn but they run away from him to not cause him trouble anymore. And that goes for a while until they talk it out: They'll get time to talk alone, but Freddy also wants them to meet the rest of his band so they can get friends, Owynn accepts; but isn't a fan lf the idea.

Eventually they fall in love again (fall? Ow never stopped liking him honestly) and they date. But it takes a very long time to get there but they're so very lovely <3

ALSO yes Fred and Owynn also fix their relationship, they're besties again <3

my fic timelines (for fun) !

SPOILERS FOR ALL MY CURRENTLY RELEASED FICS, just thought this would be fun for anyone that enjoys my stuff. You can kinda get an idea of what the fic is before it's y'know the full, completed thing. Sometimes I write down specific quotes I want in the story, and most of the time I also plot out the metaphors I want to use and stuff to sort of keep everything connected (but i have decided to forgo the metaphor-plotting). Also sometimes I end up changing things from how it's originally intended (just in case u read smth and ur like "thats not the way it was!"). the girl code one is soooar funny frs

GOODBYE, FOURTH OF JULY:

party-party sad

how yn and chan met + how yn is avoiding him during classes now, purposefully making herself late so she can sit with someone else and chan watches her intensely across the lecturehall

chan FINALLY gets yn to his house while hes getting ready for a date. theres like a semi confrontation where hes like “i can tell your lying u kno” og yn er like… “no im nooooot”

yn is soooooo depressed. so seungkwan and soonyoung and host an intervention (seungkwan is a second opinion)

chan develops a theory that someone mightve harassed yn at the party and he has heard women can b embarrassed ab that type of thing

chan finally rips yn to his house and hes ANGRY bc shes been ignoring him and shes scared and feels bad and they have this big argument (“WHY WONT U LET ME HELP YOU”) where she ends up confessing and chan realizes in that moment that hes in love with her too

super hot sex w praise and sweetness and desperation TIHIHIHIHIH

JUDAS IN THE WINDOW:

Yn comes home, thinks about chan blah blah sees him in window

Yn explroes the suburban ass town, sees the church is drawn to it. Is surprised to see chan in there WEARING A PRIEST UNIFORM. Naur. They talk a little. Sees the judas stained glass. Chan invites her to eat at his house also invites her to like church get together in 2 days

Yn eats dinner at his house, finds out he BOUGHT IT OFF HIS PARENTS WHEN THEY WANTED TO MOVE. CRAZY. A lot of tension and maybe a small argument bc of their differences and how yn kinda judges him for staying the same in the same place and how chan kinda judges her for being a whore n shit

Yn still comes to the get together much to chans surprise! She keeps trying to apologize but ppl KEEP getting in the way! So chan is like just wait here until after the thing and shes like ok lmao.

Chan and yn sex scene but first they gotta like. Talk out their differences. “I always felt a bit like judas”

“I can’t tell if its you or god I turned my back to” you laugh

He watches you with an unreadable expression. “Maybe both,” he whispers.

GIRL CODE:

at a party, yn and the girlies and dare i say mingyu find woozis book hes always writing in. after much debate, they decide to open it, and what in gods name. its the girl code. the girlies r outraged. thats for girls only. they dont confront woozi, as he has left (he forgot the book lmao).

yn and the girlies confront woozi after class in a secluded classroom. they interrogate. woozi, usually cold and cynical, cracks under the pressure of vicious angry girls and admits. hes writing it down so he knows how to approach his crush. yn is sad.

yn thinking over her relationship with woozi. yeri (roommate) is annoyed bc she can hear her thinking (outrageous). flashback to the party where woozi #fucked her and shes wondering if it was really that long ago (it was).

the girls have adopted woozi, and yn kinda thinks its torture bc now she is sad around him (and v insecure bc DOES NO ONE WANT HER?). but they coo and they love him bc hes such a sweet boy, and they’re giving him tips while theyre doing their makeup for a night out and hes writing it down diligently. he asks her if shes ok. shes a little taken aback. yeah i am.

another night of helping woozi and adopting him. mingyu wants 2 join but hes NOT one of the girls and hes all whiny and sad about it bc he does NOT want to go out with seungcheol and jeonghan again theyre mean. too bad. ur not woozi. this is for woozi and girls only. i imagine woozi pulls yn to the side and asks her directly like. i know ur not okay. i can tell. there’s something wrong. yn is like. i dont want to talk about it. woozi is like fine queen.

mingyu (who is closest to yn) WANTS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING IN WITH THE ADOPTED WOOZI THING. hes asking her over lunch and shes all angry ab it. she finally spills that hewas writing down notes for his crush and now shes sad bc she kinda likes him and thought they had smth going on. mingyu is shook. he partially thinks the whole girl code book is rlly funny but he also feels bad. he buys her a froyo.

at another party and mingyus mission is to get yn laid so shes no longer insecure and so she can get over woozi. introduces her to wonwoo and they talk at the party. while theyre talking yn notices woozi storming off from the party and putting two and two together, she figures things probably went south w his crush. she catches up to him outside the party and hes all angry and buff and doesnt want to talk to her. a heated discussion w jealousy and woozi finally confesses by being like. ok wait and he goes into a random garden and picks out a couple of flowers and start reciting the confession script on his phone. yn is like. noar way. shes shook and doesnt say anything and so woozi starts being all apologetic like. i know its not roses and i know its not exactly the setting you guys told me- yn kisses him tihi. they kiss then have the sex. its great. jealous sex. yum.

I ❤️ DILFS / GOOD GIRL:

Bff Giselle convinces yn to go to seokmins party invite (and bring her) and also idk maybe seokmin and vernon and her as a kid flashbacks? - establishes yns character, and also seokmins kindaaa

At the party and jeonghan flirts w her haaaarddd and seokmin is like lmao stay away from her and then brings her to his room where she’s safe and they talk ab what they’ll do in the fall break and they realize they’ll both be at dorm during holiday and then they’re like we should hang out fo sho

They hang out the first day and there’s like an ooopsie moment like hm idk what yet, maybe like seokmin remembers from childhood that’s she’s ticklish and he tickles her and they’re wrestling and he ends up on top of her (sexual tension tihi)

They hang out again and they drink? and yn ends up spilling that she’s bad at masturbating…. N he teaches her while they watch porn….. hot (smut frs)

Next day again and yn is insisting on returning the favor but seokmin is v v sweet and in luv n is like noarrr but yn insists and then she gives him a blowjob

Yn facetimes vernon and it makes her feel like a whore and tells him she doesn’t want to do it anymore over text (she’s afraid if she sees him shell abandon all modesty and jump his bones) and they don’t see each other that day - conflict

Seokmin at her door. She only lets him in when he says sum shit like “I need to know I didn’t make you uncomfortable”. Then they confess their feelings and they have fr sex (also virgin mode, #firsttime, #dickomode)

but more than that, there was also a lot of praise n pressure put on him so he alw felt like he needed to Be The Best which caused him to act out in a lot of diff ways to ensure this,,

bc of all of this hyunsik as a schoolmate was an absolute terror,, it was nvr the glory level bad but he would bully n intimidate ppl to get his way ( like threatening to beat ppl up if they don't give him their lunch money bc he alr spent his n didn't wanna seem 'poor' enough to ever run out of it, etc etc ) or cheat in every aspect of his life, from relos to exams and there would be like 0 repercussions for all his bad behaviour

anw to cut a long story short, he makes it into kbo, sk's major league baseball ( his team is the doosan bears ) n starts earnin that $$$ athlete salary yay!! the only problem is that everyone in major league is hella talented so no one's lickin his asshole anymore n he can even be a bit of a bench warmer / clipboard holder at times

he starts to get a lil panicked that he's not The Best anymore n he starts to worry ab his position on the team so he starts doin Real desperate shit like blood doping to help him make the starting team + illegal gambling n signin up for reality tv to boost his wealth + fame in case his career does end

as per his skele's desc he was q well-received ( largely attributed to how respected baseball is as a sport in sk as opposed to his actual character ), but more imptly, after this sudden surge of fame outside of just the sports fanbase some of his victims h8rs have slowly trickled out n exposed his bullying + cheating ass :))))

some were true, some were fake n the fake ones were so severely rebutted that everything kinda just flew under that umbrella n all got swept under the rug, but then gg comes back to life n exposes that he's been blood doping n now the sports fans r also mad!! so now he's suspended for the whole szn while all these investigations r pending :))) cue park yeonjin's why is my life so hard

personality-wise he's based a little on rhys montrose from you, v rags to riches but is v imbedded in high society!! before u call the cops he's not a murderer thx :)) has a huge superiority complex n it's shown in v nouveau riche ways,,, like he would only b friends w rich ppl bc that means he's rich too or he'd sometimes say rlly taboo or cocky shit that is clearly a reflection of his overcompensation!! has a bit of a love-hate relo w high society n by love-hate i mean he's obsessed w it 2 the point where he disgusts even himself sometimes ( v rare bc he keeps his self-reflection 2 a minimum )

he's the fakest bitch out there like he will do anyth 2 look like he's the best n it's to the point where he will betray or switch up on u n even gaslight u if u confront him :))) likewise if u betray him he is fake enough to pretend that ur all good n everything's good all bc u have a good social standing :))) his motto is 2 keep people around bc u nvr know who is gna make it

Okok so I kinda have a habit of centring all my characters’ lives around the main character. So!! I’ve been thinking about mothfriend’s childhood, how he came to live in the middle of nowhere, etc

So!!

The day the Radiance is consumed by the void, her dying screams echo across the lands. It’s a sound no mortal has heard in millennia, but every living being intrinsically knows the meaning of: the death of a god.

As the child of the Seer, he was expected to have a deeper connection to the dream realm than most, and as such was raised with. A lot. Of pressure put onto him. On top of that, his mother believed that if she were to offer her child to the Radiance as a vessel, her connection to Her would deepen, and she would forever be known as the one who broke the chains cast upon their goddess by the pale usurper.

When the Radiance dies, however, mothfriend ceases to be of any use. His magical abilities are lacklustre, to say the least, and with Her gone, he just becomes another mouth to feed.

I’ve not really worked the specifics, but long story short, mothfriend takes the commotion caused by Her death to make a break for it. He runs out into the middle of a blizzard and doesn’t look back. He runs until he can’t and then runs even further. Because if he knows one thing, it’s that he cannot stay in this kingdom. Not with how deep the Order has sunk their teeth into it.

Eventually, he reaches the edge of the kingdom (the capital is p near the border, so this takes maybe an hour or two) and he knows that if he doesn’t find shelter soon, he’s a dead man walking.

(I’ve not figured out how, bc I don’t want him to just find it by chance but!!) eventually, he stumbles across a cabin, and figures if there are any owners, they won’t begrudge him for taking shelter in their barn, and manages to fall into a fitful sleep.

When he wakes up, there’s a blanket thrown over him. (Again, not worked out the details (this is a very new idea lmao))

Turns out!! This cabin is owned by a blind old lady, and while she can get by pretty well on her own, manual labour jobs her wife used to do have been getting more and more difficult. Mothfriend, with nowhere else to go, takes up her offer of lodging in return for work.

I’ve been thinking about mothfriend’s character a little, and have decided that his kind, mild, generally teddy bear like demeanour?? It’s VERY deliberate. Mothfriend is VERY hot headed, and for the first few months of his stay with the lady, whenever he starts getting angry, she sends him outside to chop wood to let out his frustration.

When he’s done, he’ll bring whatever’s usable (aka whatever hasn’t been chopped to pieces) into the house, puts it into the basket next to the fireplace, and sits down at the dining table with the lady, who made a warm drink for the both of them while she waited (sometimes it’s tea, other times it’s hot chocolate, or coffee, she’s surprisingly good at figuring out just what mothfriend needs in these moments).

While they drink, they talk. And, through these chats, he learns that the lady (“Call me Gran, dear.”) had a wife and child, the former of which passed away peacefully in her sleep almost a decade ago. Her child on the other hand?? Was captured and presumably killed by “religious fanatics” when he was young. Almost half a century later she still has no idea what happened to him.

He decides not to tell her about the Order.

One day, a couple of months into his stay, she tells him to help her clean out the spare room in the cottage, since he “may as well have somewhere proper to sleep, can’t have your back giving out before mine!! That couch does you no good.”

It’s at this point mothfriend begins to worry about possibly trying to replace Gran’s lost child, and when he brings it up during one of their post wood chopping conversations, she just laughs, and tells him,

“Dear, just because I’m letting more people into my life, it doesn’t mean I’ve gotta kick anyone else out!! This ain’t a hotel, hon. My heart’s got unlimited space. Once you’re in here,” she pats herself on the chest, “Y’ain’t leavin’.”

After a few years, Gran’s health starts to deteriorate. A few years after that, she passes away, bedridden, with Mothfriend holding onto her hand.

Before she goes, she tells him, “I’m glad you escaped those evil sons a’ bitches dear. Never woulda’ met my favourite grandson otherwise.”

He never finds out how she knew, and surprisingly, it doesn’t bother him.

A year later, an injured god (though he doesn’t know that) shows up on his doorstep

So- i was born at a very young age

Jkjk ok so..

Once upon a time~

....

I was born with a congenital heart and ig one day my mom thought i was gonna die bc they said i did not cry when I came out of the womb.

Ha. Look who's surviving now.

Anywhoooo my parents separated (i live in the philippines divorce is not an option so they separated instead but still married on paper. Just an important note for an extremely important part.) Before I could comprehend what even a sun is.

So the couple therapist era began.

Peer pressure to get them back together was an understatement. I was FIVE when they told me I was the "key" for them to reconcile. So I tried so hard to make my mother tell me why exactly they separated. Dad said she fell out of love so I tried so hard to make mom love him again. I guess we don't always get what we want.

I was so confused because things wouldn't go my way. I thought happy endings existed. Guess not.

So I start to grow up and go to grade school.

That was the trigger.

I was apparently the ugliest creature they've ever seen. Like, kids my age would run away from me when they see me wanting to play with them on the street. They would call me "ugly duckling" or something whenever I have to go up front.

And then, the real trigger was this.

Apparently my father also works on the school I was in, and these girls pulled up to me thinking I was rich, then started STEALING MY WALLET. How do six year olds know how to blackmail now?

When I don't give them what they want, they "punish" me by making me carry books on both of my hands and get me on my knees. Mind you, I cannot carry heavy things back then because *cough* inborn heart condition *cough*

I cried the first time after it was done to me.

That's what started my people-pleasing personality.

So long story short, I switch schools because it was fucked up.

The first few years were fine, the only issue that I was smart in the english subject.. and people only used me and pushed me around. They ignore me up until they need answers for english class. Stupid little me gave them what they wanted.

Haha.

Then another year. THE FUCKING BOMB.

I sit next to this girl in class.

We became bestfriends.

And then valentines day happened.

My very first kiss.

Was with her.

On valentines day because she thought it was funny.

But god-fucking-dammit.

It made me realize something about myself.

But I was still attracted to guys, so I thought I was straight. (Idk what bisexual was)

Then when I finally told them..

Remember the list of guys they made to "make me normal"?

..yeah.

They made a list of guys my age and wondered which one would make me stop liking girls.

My brain erased that memory for a while.. probably for a good reason.

OH! YOU THOUGHT IT WAS OVER??

BOOM.

Found out dad had a girlfriend. Didn't accept it at first, but she grew on me.

I WISHED SHE DIDNT!!

Because a month after my father died she called my mom a whore for having male friends. While SHE is the one moving on after five months to another guy with a lotta cash and stuff.

What's more effed up is that dad's siblings sided with her.

Also mind you, my biological parents are stil married on paper. So according to the law, she gets portion of dad's properties. The rest of em is mine and my brother's.

But NOOOOOO SHE STILL CALLED MY MOM A WHORE FOR STATING FACTS AND WANTED 500K FROM MY NOW DECEASED DAD

So long story short my broken family got a lot more broken. Yay!

As I grew up.. men started eyeing me which was never a problem to comprehend by younger me.

I turn eleven.

I was actually ELEVEN when my second father-figure by the name of fucking Ian Cruz, SA'D me. I lied about the thirteen.

To make it more mild I told you i was thirteen when it happened.

But no.

Eleven.

Two days after my 11th birthday.. I saw him sa'ing his wife while she was asleep and he started acting weird ever since.. to me.

I slept so late because I thought he might come and get me. Because he almost did. He almost pulled down my pants if I hadn't stopped pretending I was asleep. It could've almost been my first.

Then he starts watching explicit videos whenever he comes into my room. And he forces me to watch them.

Then he starts making eyes at me.. saying I've got a nice tiny little waist and everything..

Whenever I call him out on his shit he gaslights me. Every. Damn. Time.

He apologized to me by hugging me when I confronted him.. and while he was hugging me he.. he kissed my back? Without my consent?

I think.

I hyperventilated when he left after I pushed him off.

I started hinting at his wife about how he has the keys and she had NO idea.

So he finds the keys.

So me locking the doors..

It was all for nothing.

He did some more fucked up things but.. I'll leave it here.

So I told my mom..

And I thought she was gonna comfort me.

But she made it about herself.

She made it about how she was so hurt thet I lied to her. To everyone.

The worst part is that after I spoke up nothing happened.

I was still silent.

No one knew.

Just like how no one also knew back then.

It just repeated itself.

One of these days I just wanna scream..

But no.

Not anymore.

The age of thirteen i mentioned? That was the time I told her.

It's been years but holy shit

I still can't erase it.

He took my fucking girlhood. My innocence.

And the worst part is that he had no remorse and is still living his best life..

But not anymore. I'm not going through bullshit anymore.

Now I just.. I just figured out I had mother issues..

Well.. there was this jelsa meme account on instagram I found really funny.. so I liked their posts.

Then this said account messaged me.. saying she appreciates it.

Then we just.. talked.

The trigger was that someone had been flirting with her? And I stepped in and just..

It just happened. Few days she started calling me her girl..

And boy, oh boy.. was this a dream?

I was a mad woman. I couldn't sleep at night. I just needed to talk to her.. and everyday it kept getting better.

Even now.

After two years of it.

AND IM CONVINCING HER TO GET A TUMBLR!

9. What is one of your character's theme songs?

Very difficult to pick just one this is so much pressure. Does anyone have like only one song associated with them like a side character or something. Ok I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t embarrassing so Im dodging the question. To make up for it here’s a playlist I made of ed ideas like if it was an anime these could be the ending song. Or an ending song if it was the same as like dorohedoro where they had a bunch of different ones

13. Which OC do you make art/media with the most?

I think it’s actually Angel, like Rocio used to be the OC I drew by far the most but I actually think I draw Angel slightly more these days or at least like in terms of drawings that take more than 15 seconds. Probably bc there are more poses and outfits I can draw him in + expressions I can draw him with, whereas Rocio only does this 😐🧍and wears the same thing like every day of their life. But yeah he’s super fun to draw and I actually have written some things from his perspective as well which I also think is fun :) he has like a unique perspective like within the characters because of his personality and backstory. I feel like I haven’t shown like the negative sides or what he’s like enough so far though so I’m looking forward to doing that in the future

So I think like I’m not going to count people as an oc if they don’t meet the qualifiers of

-Having a name -Having a solid defined storyline and/or personality -Having been drawn or written abt more than once By this metric I haven’t made any new ocs in a while 😔 I’ve done like character designs but none that have really stuck, probably because I like already have a lot of established ones that I’m focusing more on yk. Like there are a lot of storylines I already have, so I feel like a lot of dynamics + types of characters I find interesting are already covered, and I usually don’t really need to make new ones. Usually my motivation for trying to make new characters is like an aesthetic or tone I think would be interesting but that’s not really enough to base a whole character off of yk. I’d like to come up with more ocs bc I like designing characters but yeah I think I’d like to focus more on my older ones for now. Maybe I’ll try to come up with new like main ocs if/when I finish writing out their story. I feel like the side stories will be in minor character limbo forever bc I don’t really have a story with them and also bc I was picturing them as a comic or visual novel which I would never finish in a million years. Whereas I think I could eventually finish writing something yk.

But anyway time to actually answer the question <3. Actually now that I think abt it it’s probably Connor Armitage collab with @lycanthrology . Does he really count he like canonically exists (long story short he’s another character’s shitty absent father) but doesn’t ever appear or get directly mentioned or anything. Absolutely 0 relevance to the story at all. Also he might not count because Ive never drawn him + I don’t think anything had been written with him.

Before that it’d have to be Dominic Ortega from meat city which is also a collab with various people including @zipmode whose art you should check out <3 (the other people I’m not going to tag here because idk their usernames on this website). First and foremost he is a rabbit furry. But also he’s like an old man who used to be a lawyer but got incredibly tired of his life and so moved to meat city and became an evil wizard instead. Carnomancer specifically bc yk meat city. He likes creating monsters for fun and unleashing them among the populace also for fun, main goal is to escape boredom in life + find some kind of connection even (especially) if it’s negative. He used to have a sort of friend in thr form of James Bianco who was like. His Jesse Pinkman. But unfortunately he was accidentally killed horrifically, and Mr. Ortega’s (Im not on a first name basis with him it feels weird) attempt to resurrect him instead created a mindless zombie which eventually gained an entirely new intelligence. This person’s name is Rico theyre like their own character but the question didn’t ask to explain them as well so I’m not going to <3. But the two characters do interact I might give them like a goal they have to work together to accomplish that might be fun to write abt. But yeah he was created May 2022 so that’s when I have most recently made a new character.

Tatum Lee: more about her childhood

Warnings: divorced parents(not sure but here it is), child abuse/neglect, drug addict parent, cussing, mention of virginity lost/first time, pregnancy scare

Tatum was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on May 15th , 1991. Making her a Taurus sun, Gemini moon and cancer rising. She’s the second child of her parents, the youngest and first girl in the family. She’s a huge daddy’s girl even to this day, she rides hard for her dad.

Tatum has an older brother named Eric, he moved to Vegas and is a real estate developer. He’s married and has three kids. Two boys and a girl. They talk every once in a while, he’s a mamas boy. Speaking of their mother, she’s bipolar and has really bad depression and anxiety. Unfortunately Tatum got the abuse from her mother, she claimed Tatum was a mistake. Eric was her world and it was his world, he would get new clothes and toys like it was nothing. She wouldn’t buy Tatum anything much. Her dad always worked to help provide, he was a mechanic in a local garage. Also mowed yards in the summer to have a little extra.

Tatum’s father loved her mother, she was his high school sweetheart. It took him a while to believe the abuse she was giving Tatum. He loves his kids equally and would go to war for them like any decent parent. He would come home to Tatum in same diaper when he left that morning. When her mother was manic, they would stay at their aunt’s house or their grandmother’s. Tatum’s grandmother, Millie was the mother she never had. They were extremely close even when they moved to Seattle.

Then the divorce happen, their mother lost custody bc of her mental state. She got locked up for drug trafficking and they sent her to asylum. It was late summer when they moved to Seattle. Tatum reminds that day in detail from what Duff was wearing to what she smelled, what her dad was saying as Duff fell down. Duff don’t remember Tatum being there, he was hurt and embarrassed. Soon enough Millie moved in with them. Tatum was over the moon having her granny there 24/7, Eric loved it too. Tatum practically lived with Duff growing up, they’ve always loved being around each other. They’re each other’s safe places.

Duff and Tatum were the ultimate best friends growing up, they were invited to family gatherings, holidays, cookouts. Duff’s siblings decided Tay was their baby sister and needed extra protection around. Tatum loves her extra family much as she does her own. It’s dysfunction but it’s family and she loves them. Joan, Duff’s older sister was Tatum’s favorite right after, Marie. Joan let her hang out in her room as she was doing homework. If Tatum got cold or had a nightmare when she was staying over. She would crawl into bed with Joan or Duff. Mostly Joan bc her room was the warmest on cold Seattle nights.

Duff and Tatum soon started high school, they walked in together and got their schedules. With Duff having interest for med school, he signed up for a lot Advanced classes and AP science classes. Tatum was smart but took average classes, she had no idea what she wanted to do it in life. But they had some classes, Tatum was a cheerleader so she was with the in crowd/popular kids. Duff was with the band kids, art kids, AV nerds, basically every outcast kid. But Tatum was with a crowd too, she liked everyone and was taught to be nice to janitor like you would a CEO. They made it through the first year, they soon started the second year. Tatum got a crush on a junior football player, Jack, he was from a nice rich family. Of course first boyfriend, Tatum thought the moon was hung bc of him. She loved him so much.

But he was older, had more experience than Tay. Jack was nice to Tatum, walked her to class even though that was Duff’s job since second grade. Drove her to school, brought her everything she wanted or thought was pretty. Basically love bombed her long story short. They were together for 4 months when he pressured her into sex. He took her a local make out place after a date.

“I’ve never been up here before, it’s gorgeous”, Tatum looked around as he parked. “Well now you have, Baby”, he leaned over and kissed her cheek.

It was silent for a bit as Tatum looked at the city lights below them. Jack was kissing behind her ear, hand on her collarbone. Tatum turned her attention to Jack, she grabbed his jaw. They started to make up, nothing new to them. He slide his hand down her leg, slowly got into her panties. “Jack! What the hell?”, Tatum pushed him off. He sighed as he sat back against the window, “Tatum, we’ve been together for four months. And you’ve not let me go pass second base” Tatum blushed. “What’s the matter? It’s not like you’re a virgin cheerleader”, Jack laughed. “I am, Jay” “what?” “You heard me” Jack grinned at the brown headed girl.

Soon enough the pair were in the backseat, discarding clothes, lips meeting. It was fogged up and Jack had his hand in Tatum’s panties. “I promise to pull out if it hurts”, He kissed her temple. Tatum felt a slight discomfort as Jack pushed in. Jack dropped her off and opened her door, “Night Tatum”, he said he went back to the drivers door. Jack always walked her to the door and kissed her good night. Tatum furrowed her brows but walked in the house. The next day, she called Jack no answer. She called his house, his mother said he was out with friends and had practice. A solid two weeks he had ignored or blew her off.

Duff was sitting with his punk rock buddies in the cafeteria as Tatum stood beside him. “Hey there you are”, Duff smiled. “I can sit with you guys? It’s just for today”, Tatum rubbed her arm. “Sure”, Duff patted the empty seat beside him and Andy. “Where’s lover boy?”, Andy snickered. “Haven’t seen him all day”, Tatum sighed. Duff knew then something was up. Jack and Tatum sat together everyday for the past year. Lunch was over and Duff walked Tatum for the first time since school started.

“What happened?”, Duff asked. “I guess he’s busy. I don’t know, he’s acting funny”, Tatum sighed as they walked up the stairs. Another two weeks passed, Tatum sat in Duff’s living room with his mother and sisters, Joan and Claudia. Tatum had red rimmed eyes from crying, she missed her period. “Have you took a test?”, Claudia asked. The girl shook her head, “Dad would be suspicious if I walked to the drugstore”, she sighed. “I’ll have Bruce go get you one”, Marie got up. “I am an idiot. I gave him my soul, mind and body, he ditches me!”, Tatum threw herself on the other side of the couch.

20 minutes later, Duff walked in. “Shit”, Tatum sat up, trying to appear normal. “Why you guys looking at me? Am I sacrifice?” “Jesus Duff! Shut up!”, Tatum pushed pass him as Bruce walked in. “I just fucking asked a question”, Duff looked at Bruce. Bruce punched his arm, “Be nice” “excuse me”, Joan ran upstairs. Tatum sat outside of the tub behind her back, “You look I can’t” Joan smiled and grabbed the test off the floor. Negative. “You got lucky. Now don’t be so fucking next time, tell them wrap it before they tap it.”, Joan pulled the girl into her arms. “Oh thank fuck! I ain’t going nowhere a dick”, Tatum sighed. Claudia and Marie walked in. “Well?” “Not pregnant”, Tatum giggled. Claudia walked up to her and smacked her head. “Owww! I done swore I’m not going nowhere near a dude” “Mom! What is going on? Bruce told me to shut up and quit being nosey. It’s my best friend!”, Duff stood behind his mom. “You’re not a uncle, D”

They walked out of the bathroom leaving Duff confused. “Tatum Lee! I’m gonna kill that asshole! Come here”, Duff tripped down the stairs. The whole room busted out laughing as blonde tuff and giraffe legs came down. “I’m not pregnant, dumbass”, Tatum rolled her eyes. “Oh. Mom, I think I sprained my ankle”, Duff looked at Marie.

“Tatum! Hey wait up!”, Jack ran up to her. “What is it, Jack?”, Tatum rolled her eyes. “I’ve missed you. How you been?”, He smiled, grabbing her waist. “Missed me? You haven’t spoke to me in a month and suddenly you think you can pop back in. And I’m supposed to forget about you ignoring me and blowing me off no reason! So no Jack. Fuck you! I’m done!”, Tatum screamed. The crowd stopped and awed. Jack could feel everyone’s eyes on him. “I’m sorry” “Whatever, go fuck someone else. And show is over people!”, Tatum stormed off. Duff watched the whole thing, him and Andy busted out laughing.

“Tay”, Duff went to find her. She was on the floor crying in her hands. “Hey” “Not now, Duff” “Lets skip and go get lunch”, Duff pulled her hands away. “You never skip. Why now?”, she looked at him. “My best friend is depressed and I know she won’t turn down a McNugget meal at anytime”, Duff grinned. “Dutch bros too?”, Tatum whimpered. “Uh maybe. Let’s go before we get caught.” The pair looked for teachers and booked it. “I’m sorry for ditching this year. Especially over a dude who didn’t give two fucks about me”, Tatum grabbed Duff’s hand. “It’s okay. We’re teenagers, we create our own world. I love you”, Duff smiled. “I love you, Duffy. You’re my best friend no matter what” Tatum kissed his cheek.
