Not Good Enough Book Tag

Finally doing this wonderful tag created by @readlikewildfire and Becca the Book Reviewer! What you do is write down on slips of paper 30 character names from books and pick 2 out for each question and then decide between them. Hence, which one fits the situation and which one isn’t “good enough”. Special shout out to Dreamland Book Blog on Wordpress for the format in which I answered the questions. I mean honestly it’s not like this one was a hard choice... Granger would make my team #1. Also, seeing as how Ziri speaks the language of the Kirin/Chimaera and not English.. (I love you Ziri, I’m so sorry)

Another easy choice, who would I have a better chance against? A preteen boy or a half demon warrior? We’re going to go with killing Braeden so at least I have a chance at life fighting against Aidan.

Well we all know Dany wouldn’t do shit to help me, nor could she possibly survive. She’s a leader not a fighter. Rhysand is a kind soul, I doubt he would let me die - he’d also kick absolute ass.

Wylan would probably be the better choice logically, but who needs logic? I want my sidekick to be a lovably humorous sarcastic asshole.

Options: Marko (Saga) & Aedion Ashryver (Throne of Glass)

Marko is such a down to earth wonderful man, spending his life as an outsider. Aedion would’ve totally been in the popular crowd in high school: handsome, athletic, and good with the ladies.

10. The day has arrived; you’re finally a year older! Who would have the nerve to forget your birthday? 

Options: Jem Carstairs (The Infernal Devices) & Manon Blackbeak (Throne of Glass)

Jem is a goddamned sweetheart who makes my soul happy and Manon has absolutely no time for my shit.

Options: Lazlo Strange (Strange the Dreamer) & Sazed (Mistborn)

Lazlo’s mind would make for a wonderful booktuber! Full of imagination. Sazed would get way too philosophical.

12. Sleepover time! Unfortunately you can only invite one person, who would you invite?

Options: Vin Venture (Mistborn) & Mia Corvere (Nevernight)

Hardest choice out of the bunch. Vin is quiet, hides in the shadows and isn’t much of a talker. I love her but she’s the type that... isn’t too fun at parties. Though I have to choose her over Mia because at least I wouldn’t be paranoid about Vin murdering me in my sleep.

13. Bam, you’re pregnant. Who’s the father/mother?

Options: Alina Starkov (The Grisha Trilogy) & Neville Longbottom (Harry Potter)

It’s not that I think Vasilisa would ignore me, I just think she’s got a bit more to worry about whereas Agnieszka has too kind of a soul and a bit of time of her hands all locked up... neither of them also have any idea what a cell phone even is, so that doesn’t help.
