There are two main kinds of people in this world whome you'll meet.
One, who will judge you without reading your contents.
Two, who will at first read every bit of you ,word by word, and then they will have a strong opinion about you.
There is a third kind as well, but not that common. Who, instead of reading you, will write you, bit by bit, and shape you into who you will be over time.

Confession of a grieving Palestinian, forever away from home.
(For the record, hopelessness does not mean giving up. When you feel like you can do so little, just do what you can. Donate. Protest. Scream the truth.)

Let's talk about the Genocide happening in Palastine
Honestly I can see how Hitler got away with the Mass Genocide of the Jews like LOOK AT THIS?!??!
History calls Hitler a dictator and the one who killed off Jews for existing and the world was not okay with it and it IS STILL not okay ( and be no means are jews responsible )
But now that we see History replay itself in the form of Israel against Palestinians what does the world say about The Palestinians? Violent, criminals, terrorists, they deserved to die.... HOW COULD THEY DO THAT??!?!
Kids are dying every single day, more and more footages are being released and STILL SO MANY CHOOSE to ignore them because well
"October 7 was devastating" and yes it was and by no means am I disregarding that but then, WELL WHAT ABOUT THE YEARS OF ATTACKING THEM?!?!? Oh my it seems they have selective blindness *surprised Pikachu face*
Look Hamas killed that's not okay and those are the only people they've killed. All the " Israeli Survivors" Hamas confined coming from Gaza and NONE OF THEM has ever mentioned Hamas treating them badly. Hamas is NOT A TERRORIST organization they are the ONLY force the Palestinians has to fight against the Israel soldiers
If Hamas stop, Palestine will be no more. and that is EXACTLY why Israel wants to get rid of them, the only hope for the Palestinians
It is beyond my comprehension how even after seeing INNUMERABLE Children dying, Families and Bloodlines ERASED from existence, attacking HOSPITALS, attacking FOOD SHELTERS some people can still support Israel....

Ailurophilia
Oh, the way he smiles, a lopsided line of a mouth. His rough tongue grazes my hand, making it itch slightly, yet I don't mind in the least. After he showers, his soft white fur glistens, with a few hairs flying out when he shakes vigorously. His pointy canines pierce fiercely into the meat as he gobbles up his food, sighing in contentment. His stubborn reluctance when I hug him, inserting his clipped claws into my clothes. And oh, his fragrance, it's indescribable. It's better than the fragrance of flowers in a garden. Very unlike humans, but nevertheless, a fragrance of life.

one thing i need to start living by is โ€œbecome the thing that you wantโ€ if i want friends who throw themed parties maybe i should start throwing those parties. if i want someone who writes me love letters maybe i should start writing letters for the people i love. if i want to hang out at museums and pretty cafes maybe i should invite my friends to these places. and maybe even then i wonโ€™t find the kind of people i want to be around. but then i would have become the exact person i want to be around. and maybe thatโ€™s good enough.

Veiled Memories: The Demon's Prophecy
Tumblr media
The memory of the flash of green light I saw before crashing my car deliberately into a cliff is vague and surprisingly etched into the core of my remembrance. I don't remember why I crashed my car, but it earned me a perfectly round scar on my cheek, branding me permanently.
That is the only memory that my mind decided to keep. After the incident, I suffered a concussion and was in a coma for an entire month. I forgot everything about who I was and who my family was, although one thing is for sure: I was abnormal. I was stuck forever in a void of unfamiliarity with myself.
Two weeks after gaining consciousness, the hospital nurse fed me some bland gruel. I tried, with difficulty, not to make a face. Bright lights attached to the ceiling blinded me. Suddenly, someone banged harshly on the door of my room, forcing the nurse to turn her back to me, causing the gruel from the bowl to spill onto my lap.ย
"Oh no, I am so sorry for that, Miss Darcey. I'll clean it up after opening the door," exclaimed the nurse. I shook my head and smiled at her, putting her at ease. Though, one thing was bothering me. The nurse was the first person who called me something other than "patient number 52" during my stay here at the hospital. The name Darcey rang a bell in my head.
After the nurse opened the door, a young woman barged inside. She was at least a head taller than me, with long silver hair flowing down her slender back, glowing in the hospital lights. She was wearing a beige business suit and high-heeled court shoes. She had an angular face and large, bambi eyes.ย
She asked the nurse to leave the room, and the nurse obeyed without objection. When the two of us were left alone, she pointed her finger at the spilt gruel, making it disappear. Furthermore, she touched the scar on my cheek, and the next few moments were indescribable.ย
I arched my back in agony and felt myself flying through another void, leaving behind uncertainty. I relived all the moments from my birth to the accident in a matter of seconds. I heard my mother's voice in the void.
"Linda Darcey, you are not a mere human. You are a demon who needs training to battle witches." Then I heard the divine prophecy delivered by my uncle on my 18th birthday.ย
"You will crash in a garden of green lights, killing the last one of the impure kind (the witches) with a heavy price to pay".
Suddenly, I felt myself jerk back into the present.
"I feel like I do not need to introduce myself now," my demon sister Kat said while curling her mouth. "That scar stored your lost memories, and I am happy you got them back."

Can robots replace human teachers?
Tumblr media
Just imagine, spending more than half of your day with a silicone covered humanoid who has a monotone voice, teaching everything? Wouldn't it be a living hell? Human teachers are the soul of the classroom. If students can't even trust the one who is teaching them, would they be able to learn anything new?
Every human has a sense of empathy. If a human teacher can feel each and every student differently, then according to that, the teacher would teach. For every type of classroom, a teacher has different approach and attitude. A robot is a mere program. It cannot scold children. Why would parents leave their children with a machine that thinks by itself?
Teachers have knowledge. If robots take over the profession of teaching, it would be teachers who will program the information in the robot. Instead of filling information in a robot, teachers can teach by themselves. In third world countries, there is a big crisis of joblessness. Because of robots, the crisis of joblessness would increase rapidly.
All humans have the tendency to make mistakes. There can be a mere mistake of a variable in millions of lines of code, and the robot could boot up any moment. Or it could give wrong information in a wrong time. Robots aren't even up-to-date. They only have the information before the time it was created. Take the example of Chat GPT. If we ask a question regarding present situations, it displays an error page. Teachers are humans and they keep getting information about up-to-date situations.
Many people might not agree with my thoughts about humans as teachers instead of robots. They may say that human teachers can lose their temper over petty things and robots stay cool even in serious situations. Or teaches can get sick while robots con never get sick. But this should be kept in mind that humans can understand other human's thoughts and feelings and can channel their emotions accordingly while if robots stay calm at EVERY situation, mischievous students can break the robot for a prank. Other than this, robot's system can boot up and all the information may be deleted. If a human gets sick, his knowledge is still preserved.
In conclusion, robots can't replace the soul of the classroom because these metal machines don't have a soul of their own.

Trapped: A Mysterious Elevator Story
Tumblr media
The same monotonous day as every year, Zoe entered the rusty building, sewage smell burning her nose. The only reason Zoe was excited to go to her grandmother's home was because of the fun with cousins and meeting Kaylie, her 8-month-old cousin, for the first time.
She and her family entered the rusty elevator, which was the same one used by her mother from the days of her school. She had always felt scared of the elevator because of the strange sounds that seemed like a witch was scratching her nails on the wall. They finally reached the top floor.
Xander, her twin brother, pressed the doorbell, and it rang with a jangle. Her cousin Eddie opened the door and greeted them. Zoe was about to go to her grandmother's room, but Eddie halted her and Xander and handed Kaylie to her.
"Mother said we need to go downstairs to buy tomatoes. You guys will also come," he declared annoyingly. Zoe was about to argue, but Xander held a hand up to stop her, and he agreed with Eddie. She saw red.
"Who does he think he is, making decisions on my behalf?" she thought while glaring at him. She felt rage rising in her, but she stopped herself, remembering her promise to her mother. "No fights in Gran's house. Last year you embarrassed all of us," her mother had sternly commanded shortly before they opened the elevator door.
Eddie counted from three to one, and he and Xander rushed to the stairs, adjacent to the elevator. Zoe tried to stop them but sighed and entered the old elevator. Kaylie started gurgling and laughing like a maniac, and Zoe smiled at her cuteness.
The ground floor button had already been pressed. "That's strange," she thought but dismissed it as soon as it came. Zoe shut the elevator door, and it started to move with an amplified buzz like a bee.
While Zoe was counting the floors in anticipation, the elevator halted with a loud jerk. She was pushed toward the wall, but her main focus was to retain her balance for the sake of Kaylie while ignoring the sharp pain in her back. A zapping sound came from the small bulb on the roof, and the room suddenly became dark. Zoe took a deep breath to avoid her anger getting out of control. [She had anger issues, and it gets out of control in emotional situations.] Kaylie made happy noises. "She must be thinking she is playing peek-a-boo," she thought.
Zoe crouched down to make Kaylie sit on the floor, and she started banging on the door. Her pent-up emotions started to break out, and she started screaming. Kaylie also started crying.
After what seemed like days, a gruff man came from outside and pushed open the door. "You were trying to open the door from the wrong direction, kid," he muttered. A sigh of relief escaped Zoe's mouth.
(P.S. This story gives me a huge attack of nostalgia as it is based on a true story. Anyways, Happy Reading!)

Future World
Tumblr media
"I walk down the barren and abandoned way through a forest, if you could call that place a forest. No trees or plantation. It's difficult to breathe."
That is the world in the future. That is the world where even blood relations would show no mercy to each other. Helpless people would be loitering around the polluted streets, begging for food and money. Well-off people would live in luxurious mansions, communicating with no one except robots. Technology would take over the world. The death toll would rise rapidly because of poverty.
We don't expect this kind of world for our future generations. We imagine a peaceful utopia of technology. The scientists are blindly promising us a bright future like they are some fortune tellers.
The utopia I want for our future generations is different. I want a place where there would be no war between anyone. The eight billion people would unite to make an unbreakable bond of brotherhood. I don't want any technology taking over our only place to live. Greenery and plantation would be everywhere. Happiness will sprinkle like confetti.
If only I had the power to change the dreaded future. If all humans could make a bond, we obviously can make the world into our desired utopia!

The Poverty Trap
Tumblr media
Jake never wanted to do this. He was staring at the city bank with a gleam in his eyes.ย
"Drop everything you have," Jake shouted while barging inside the bank. His hands were trembling while he was holding a gun. The cashier fell unconscious with fear while the other people sat huddled in a corner, shivering.ย
"I never wanted to do this, but I am desperate. I am very sorry."ย  he apologized while twisting his face with anxiety. He collected a large duffle bag, dashed out of the bank, jumped down the steps, and after knocking several passers-by, disappeared into the busy street while clutching the duffle bag.
As he was scampering down the street, he had a flashback of his childhood.
"Mommy, when will you play with me?" little Jake sobbed.ย
"Dear, when I would be in good condition, then I'll play with you all day long," his mother said weakly. Meanwhile, Jake's father opened the door and entered inside. His eyes were blotchy and teary. He didn't get his wages for a month.ย
"Jake, can you please go outside? Mommy and I need to talk," he croaked.ย
"As you wish, Daddy," Jake obeyed and left the room they had rented. After some moments, he heard a loud bang that shook the corridor. Then there was another one. With curiosity, he peeked inside and shrieked. His father had shot his mother and himself.
Jake snapped out of his trance. He had lived in extreme poverty. His mother was diagnosed with cancer, but they were too poor to take her to the hospital. He had been living on the streets since his parents died. He spent his time loitering around the neighborhood till he joined a group of teenage bandits. Now, he was working alone.ย
"My days of misery are finally over. Now I am rich," he thought happily to himself. He returned to his hiding place, a gloomy cave outside the city. He lighted a candle, and the whole room glimmered. After counting the money, he was astonished to know that he had stolen millions of dollars.ย
"I have never had this much money in my entire life. I will move to another city and own a large mansion. I will also hire servants and make a company. I will become the richest man in the world," he dreamed happily.ย
Meanwhile, Inspector Daniel was trying to track the robber with his colleagues. He checked all the CCTV footage, and after several tries, he saw a glimpse of the robber's face while he removed the mask to wipe his sweat. They started tracking the robber.
Jake was too happy for words. While packing his stuff to move away, he heard the thud of several footsteps outside. His heart started fluttering in his chest. He had tears in his eyes while he held his gun to commit the unthinkable.
"Hands up!" shouted Inspector Daniels after barging inside the cave, but his eyes had become round as saucers. He approached the dead body of the robber and pulled out the journal from his pocket. After reading it, he felt sorry for Jake and ordered the others to bury the dead body.ย
"I wish this society could do anything about poverty," he sighed.

Importance of reading in a student's life
Tumblr media
Reading is the key to success, so we should try to broaden our habit of reading at a young age. Reading has many benefits in a person's life.
One of the benefits is that a person originates a new hobby. If reading becomes a habit, it eventually becomes a hobby. Before I started reading, I used to waste lots of my time, but now, whenever I am free, I read. It has improved my life.
Another great benefit is that we excel in not only English but in all the other subjects. For example, there are long and comprehensive questions in Math or Physics, and we need an excellent vocabulary to understand and solve those questions. If a person understands them correctly, they can also answer them correctly. It has helped me greatly.ย
Reading also prepares us for later life. We would be able to achieve our careers if we were confident and spoke fluently during interviews in the future. Reading helps us attain that.
By reading, we get a broad view of the world. Reading multiple books gives us knowledge about different countries and their cultures. We even get to know about different personalities of people and how to treat them.
As we all know, reading also improves our vocabulary and spelling. During exams, we automatically write acceptable words in our creative writing. We have little or no mistakes. It helps us to get scholarships to the best universities.ย
By reading, we develop confidence. It helps us in many co-curricular activities in school. We don't have any mistakes in our speaking. We are also able to explain our points correctly to an audience. It mainly helps during interviews.
We also get an idea of different professions and what to choose in the future. Reading introduces us to many environments of professions. We get an idea of what we would be able to do in the future.
By reading biographies and autobiographies of different authors, we know about the mistakes other people made and their consequences. We also know that we should try not to repeat their mistakes by them.
