Ever since The Bad Batch started I’ve recreated this piece, and now for the final season I’ve finished it for the final time. 🥹❤️ I’m so happy with how it turned out this year, and while I may return to draw it for fun again, I believe this is the perfect piece to, like the show, end it on. ❤️

If the finale finishes with the whole Batch (yes including Tech because we’re all delusional) recreating this photo from episode one It would make the perfect full-circle ending to this series;

A blurry shot shown through the viewfinder of Techs Data-pad, the image slowly adjusting with a few audible whirrs and clicks until we see the Batch come into focus. They’re running into shot before the timer goes off, squeezing themselves into frame so that they all fit, pushing at one another to shuffle over, or wrapping their arms round each others shoulders to pull them all closer together, someone hoisting Omega up onto their hip so she can be on the same height as everyone else, and someone else grumbling at Crosshair to “smile, you idiot” just as the shutter goes off to capture the memory of once a Squad of Five-
