I'd be very happy to answer this if you had a more specific question about it, but I don't really want to explain the whole concept behind it along with character motivations, I'm sorry.

#it's not super clear if you're not more than a lik knowledgeable of sm #but if you know more or less the characters in question and the concept of rebirth in sailor moon you should get it #tho if you have any clarification or question about it #that is not just the whole comic #i'd be very happy to answer! #also explaining all of it kind of ruins it #cause it tramples over other ppls interpretations of it

Can you elaborate more on Minako's parents if you want.

I see them as pretty neglectful and dismissing of her.

Her father is at least shown to be a pretty mellow and low-key dad, but the mother needs to chill tf out. Idk what you have to do to a child to make it so their biggest fear at 14 is you, but gj, you did it. *slaps the terrible parent award*

This comic should be understandable with lil to no context from my own writing, tho it'll be clearer if I state that the 2 figures that appear are the past incarnations of sailor Venus and sailor Neptune in the silver millennium.
