It bothers me that people are so quick to insult girls that dress as Harley Quinn because of Suicide Squad but they say nothing about dudes that wear t shirts and cosplay as Joker and Deadpool because of their movies this very same year.

Is like if people found something interesting and aesthetically pleasing about those characters that are new to them and that’s why they cosplay as them, and even if they don’t know the history behind them they still can appreciate them for what they know. What a wild concept that some people get to know about characters because they became popular.

Y'all ain’t coming for my girls like that if you ignore the fact that boys do this too and you see it as something negative. When we all first saw our favorite characters we didn’t knew every single detail about them, so how about we all chill and let people enjoy fictional characters in their own way cause honestly it’s harmless.
