If you asked Kaz Brekker what home smelled like, perhaps once upon a time he would've given a vague description of the place he and Jordie grew up, a memory so distant even Kaz himself had stopped being able to conceptualize it years ago.

Now, he could answer you with confidence. If you asked Kaz Brekker what home smelled like, his lips would subtly twitch- easily mistakenly as a sense of smugness- and he would tell you, olive oil and smoke. He smells Suli tea and spices, he thinks of her.

When Kaz Brekker thinks of home, he thinks of how perfect she looks when she comes down the stairs of the slat, picking apart her breakfast and licking her fingers clean with the satisfaction that her stomach was full and a man somewhere was dead.

He found he liked that look on her; dangerous, satisfied- content and free.

Her slender fingers gripped her knives with the elegance of matches next to altar candles on the cathedral that was her frame, her scarf akin to draping curtains that fell around her eyes- her irises catching the light like stained glass windows.

His Wraith was silent, and Kaz Brekker, the man who hated to ever be taken off guard, loved her for every time she appeared in his life without warning.

Kaz Brekker could tell you in an instant what he thinks of when he thinks of home, and only need two words: Inej Ghafa.

What I want instead of SoC 3

don't get me wrong, i'm sure that if leigh wrote soc 3 it'd be great, but i honestly really don't want her to make it cause:

-we all know someone's gonna die and it'll probably be kaz or inej which means it'll just hurt even more

-rule of wolves was the most perfect end to the grishaverse and i feel like adding another full novel would kinda ruin it

-a lot of people have only read soc, but since the third book would be set after kos, people who only cared about soc would have to go back and read shadow and bone so they could read kos so they could read soc 3

what i want instead:

-a collection of novellas about the crows! any or all of the following:

-the heist thing that zoya brings up at the end of row; i don't feel like it's enough to be a full book but it'd be fun to see (also if it's a novella no one will die so bonus points)

-early kanej!!!! i NEED to see kaz teaching inej how to pick locks and giving her her first knife

-kaz and inej stealing the dekappel cause they just bring it up so casually throughout the books and i want to see it actually happening since yk it's their first date

-nina, inej, and jesper becoming friends; their friendship is so great and i would love to watch them first getting to know each other

-wylan before he left van eck's house; obviously the main reason wylan got kicked out of his dad's house was the fact that he couldn't read but jesper also joked about him sleeping with one of his tutors and it's never really confirmed or denied and i just need to know

-post crooked kingdom kanej; i've read too many fanfics about their long distance relationship and now i just need it to be canon

-wesper just chilling in van eck's house after crooked kingdom and occasionally breaking the law (basically what they hint at during the crows cameo in row)

-something helnik related i really don't care what

-kanej anything

Pjo AU, but the plot stays more or less the same, the only difference is that pjo!ares is replaced by myth!ares

So onto the differences:

Ares is a girls girl. He goes to feminist protests and pro-choice protests. Is the kind of person to beat up a guy who tried to drug a girl. Will pretend to be a girl's husband if sees her being harassed by a creepy dude, after the guy leaves calls an Uber for the girl.

He's a girl dad, despite having very few daughters over the last couple of centuries. Clarrise, and everyone in camp, know that she can ask him to become a goddess and he will make her one. Because she usually gets mistaken for a golden child some new campers think she's weak and is a counselor because she's Ares' favorite. They quickly find out that she can, and will, beat your ass if you try mocking her.

And don't think that just because Ares is a girl dad he doesn't love his sons. He's the kind of dad to have pictures of his kids in his wallet and tell about their achievements to anyone who'll listen.

He has a tradition of hosting a party for his children's birthdays(which he remembers) and he gets them gifts.

At some point after tlt he learns what Sally did to Gabe and immediately starts fangirling after her. They become friends. He's her maid of honor at her wedding with Paul.

Clarrise also has beef with Percy in this AU, but not why you think. Annabeth tells Luke she thinks Percy might be the son of Poseidon and this idea spreads among the counselors and gets back to Clarrise and she's mad, because she knows the story of Alcippe and Halirrhothius and automatically doesn't trust any children of Poseidon, so she has beef with him in the beginning, that goes down the same way, and that's why Ares has beef with Percy later on.

Because he's friends with Sally, at some point, after her and Paul start dating but before she tells him about the whole "my ex is a greek god" thing, she gets Ares and Aphrodite go on a double date with them, because in her eyes there are no better judges for her new boyfriend then the goddess of love and the god protector of women.

At one point they get Inej to take him with her on a honeymoon small voyage just so they can get some alone time together

I like to think that Kaz is sort of like Wylan's and Jesper's cat. Like they hear some small noise downstairs at 3 AM, and they'll roll their eyes and say "It's Kaz again".

One day Wylan leaves the house and screams in terror because Kaz is casually chilling on the roof. "For a better view on my targets," he says. What targets does he mean? No idea. How did he get up there? No one knows. Can he get down on his own? No. Will he climb up again tomorrow? Absolutely.

He comes by- uninvited!- just to eat their food, and when they ask him to stop, he gives the "You told me to take better care of myself!" response. Oh, and he pushes things off tables, just to be an asshole. Once Kaz is more comfortable and has learned to trust his friends and be vulnerable around them, they randomly find him napping in strange places of the house as if he pays rent.

When he's sick or hurt, he hides and hisses when approached.

Sometimes he kidnaps people that annoy or threaten Wylan and Jesper and drops them at their doorsteps. As gifts ❤

The final straw is when one day Wylan and Jesper plan to take a romantic bath together, and when they enter the bathroom- surprise!- Kaz is already in the bathtub with a glass of brandy in his hand, having the audacity to look scandalized and be like "Can you KNOCK?!"

It has come to the point where he's their mean, murderous, asshole roommate who just eats all their food and breaks all their locks constantly lol

Thinking about how Jesper gave a presentation on Zemeni oil futures that one time like. What was he wearing? Did he have to dress in mercher blacks to seem more "professional"? He'd probably have hated that. Did he have to put his revolvers away? How did he disguise his features because he was still a wanted man in Ketterdam at the time. Did he practice what he was going to say? Was any of it actual information or was he just bullshitting the entire time? Was he doing it alone or was there anyone else there with him? How did the conversation go down where Kaz told him that he would be doing this? Radmakker called it "strange" so I can only imagine what possible chaos went down. I have so many questions!!

Why am I just now finding out that Ares is the least problematic god?

He has never raped anyone, is in a healthy CONSENSUAL relationship(ignore Hephaestus for now, I’ll come back to him later). He is a protector of women, he KILLED son of Poseidon for raping(or attempting to, but this changes nothing) his daughter, stood trial for that AND WAS JUSTIFIED.

I spent an hour looking through list of women who had children with Ares(because in Greek mythology rape usually ends up with children) and the closest thing I found was this:

And that’s all there is on her, so i can’t really say if we can judge.

The only mentioning of rape on his wiki page is this:

But as this is Roman interpretation it’s as good as using modern interpretations of Ares for this.

Now, as promised, about Hephaestus. Hephaestus tried to rape Athena because he wanted to marry her and married Aphrodite without her consent(obviously). I also found info that they apparently got divorced, but I’m not really sure if that true.

So to simplify, if there is a god I would pray to it would be Ares Gynaikothoinas. He would bless me to commit violence against creeps.

I think Maggie, Nina, Beelzebub, Gabriel, Shax, Furfur and Probably a lot of the neighbors are also out of question as they play an important part in the plot.

Nina and Maggie - the stressed therapists of Crowley and sort of mentors to Muriel.

Beelzebub and Gabriel - do not look like a finished storyline and they would absolutely need to make a reappearance due to them being the only up-to-date ranking insiders to hell and heaven for Crowley to even try to do smt about the apocalypse 2.0.

Shax and Furfur - clearly want to take a higher role in the hell hierarchy, so their reappearance (even as a mentioning) might lead to a very stressed and lonely fish turning on hell and following her friends' footsteps.

I figured we are definitely going to be seeing the archangels, Muriel, probably Eric, and the Metatron, so I thought I'd just ask about characters we may or may not see again. I also excluded Madame Tracy and Shadwell as Neil has said their story is concluded, but vote "other" for them if you are hoping they'll be back in S3!

i've been seeing loads of new gomens ships recently, and i'm just here to propose that we stick to a neat little set.

Entrapta can lift herself by her hair… Entrapta can LIFT HERSELF BY HER HAIR…

Can you imagine how much muscle and power she needs to do that? By the way she’s shown to not only hold herself by it but also to tuck her legs in(up?) while doing it, and let me tell you it’s not easy thing to do, and she does it for long periods of time, so doing things like this:

Take a lot of physical strength. If you look closely you can see that Hordak is not holding her in a way that would let her lift her legs like that by leaning on him, so she does that entirely on her own!

And also this moment from “Huntara”

Entrapta slammed him to that cloning tank and held him there. In my mind the kind of character that would physically be able to do something like that to Hordak is someone like Huntara, Scorpia or She-Ra because they are closer in hight and physique to him, but Entrapta does that effortlessly without even using her hair, yes, sure, the fact that he’s not resisting also there but a closet(a big heavy full with boots closet with wheels) won’t resist either yet it takes most people a second pair of hands to move it.

So my question is, how strong physically Entrapta actually is? And why? Does she work out?

I just keep imagining Bow, Catra and Hordak leaving for a quick trip to space and when arriving, Hordak just stands in front of the spaceship's door and plants his feet in the ground.

Bow asks him what he's doing and he simply says he's preparing himself for Entrapta's greeting. Bow doesn't get it until the door opens and a dash of purple too fast to make out just dives in even before the door is fully open and colides with Hordak.

Real question is, would Hordak take up the title of Prince to honour Entrapta and tradition of Dryl, or would Entrapta take up the title of Baroness to match the Horde ranking.
