Why is it that everytime I'm sad I want to make posts on social media?

This is such a weird thing that I feel, and I always get this urge, I have no idea why or when it started but it sure did.

I always do my best to control myself and not be rude but it's so bizarre seeing how we are tied to social media at such a deep level that just the act of typing online and making a post that absolutely no one will ever see gives you the sensation of having mild control over the situation.

That said, I don't want to be like this but I also don't want to be the guy that keeps everything to himself until he blows up and nearly jumps off a motorcycle again 🫠
