I challenged myself to paint at least(!) one Sirius Black art a month this year, so here is the April painting! And as I haven’t had much time in April, I made a more detailed artwork :') Well, but it was a lot of fun! I also added a close up because I really like his face in this one :)

i see a lot of "regulus recognising peter in death eater meetings" content in the fandom and i can't lie to you, even if we take away the fact that the death eaters wore masks and didn't know who each other were, i don't think Regulus would've taken the time to remeber who Peter was

like i genuinely like both remus and reg but why do we have to make every single prongsfoot post (platonic or not) about them. what is with this fandom and the inability to separate perceived relationships like please there are two individuals in a ship and they do not have to be constantly associated and brought up together !!

Good dad lyall lupin is wonderful and lovely but consider: lyall has siblings, and parents, and there are cousins that are older than remus. So. Good family lupin. Remus goes to vacation with his magical family. His aunts and uncles help him with stupid government stuff. His cousins invite him to dinners when he's low on money. His grandparents collect furniture for his first own flat. His family comes over when he doesnt have the energy to do anything. Just. Remus with a small but strong security net. Which he doesnt always know to hold. Not all of them know what's going on with him, just that he's sick but that's enough.
