Ingredients

 All-purpose flour - 2 cup 

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt

Overripe banana - 2 

Sugar - 3/4 cup 

Egg - 2 

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Melted butter - 150 ml 

Milk - 2 tablespoon

Chopped walnuts/almonds

Preheat oven at 375F/190C and bake for 20 minutes.

Gulab jamun | Gulab Jamun Recipe The recipe for Indian dessert Gulab Jamun. 

 Ingredients 

 1. Milk powder - 1 cup

 2. All-purpose flour  - 1 tablespoon 

 3. Semolina - 1 1/2 tablespoon 

 4. Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon 

 5. Butter - 1 tablespoon 

 6. Milk - 6 tablespoon ( approximate) 

 7. Vegetable oil 

 For sugar syrup 

 1. Sugar - 1 cup 

 2. Water - 1 cup 

3. Cardamom - 3-4 nos 

4. Saffron / Rosewater  ( optional) 

5. Lemon juice 

 Tip: 

1. Add Jamun to the sugar syrup only once they are cooled. Otherwise, they will deform.

2. Instant coffee powder - 1 tablespoon

3. Boiled water - 1 cup 

4. Whipping cream - 1 cup

 5. Sugar - 1/2 cup 

6. Mascarpone cheese - 250gm

7. Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

8. Cocoa powder 

9. Ladyfinger biscuits 

Setting time : 4-8 hours. 

Tips: You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days

.Do not overbeat the cheese or cream. It will split.

 Ingredients

 All-purpose flour - 1 cup

 Baking powder  - 1/4 teaspoon 

Salt

 Milk - 1/2 cup 

 Water - 1/2 cup

 Sugar - 2 tablespoon + 3 tablespoon

 Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoon 

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon 

Vegetable Oil 

 For Hot Chocolate sauce 

 1. Cream - 200ml 

2. Chocolate chips - 100gm 

3. Cinnamon stick 

4. Orange zest

 5. Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon

 Equipment

 Piping bag  - 2 

 Piping nozzle - 864 O

il temperature 340-350 F / 170-180C
