Here's another low calorie breakfast idea: mini pancakes :D

Ingredients: 20g of all purpose flour - came out to 69kcal for me (haha, 69) 40g of egg whites - 19kcal 5g/1tsp of sugar - 20kcal (if you don't have any sweetener like I do, then don't be scared of adding regular sugar instead <3 it's a very small amount) 1/2tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt A few drops of vanila extract (Optional) 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to add on top - 10kcal
Total - 118kcal
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients. In a seperate bowl, slightly whisk your egg whites until they become a bit foamy. Add your egg whites and vanilla extract to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fry your pancakes on a dry pan, flip when bubbles start to appear on top. Decorate your pancakes with powdered sugar and you're done! You can also use some honey or fruit to make the pancakes more interesting ^^
(Just a reminder that you DO deserve to eat, you NEED to eat to survive and function properly, you are beautiful just the way you are and you don't need to change anything about you and your body <3 I know how dangerous eating disorders are and how they can ruin your body. Ja już w połowie jedzenia byłam serio pełna! Ale cóż za pożywne śniadanie, mniam. To lecimy 🥰
SKŁADNIKI
30 g płatków owsianych
320 g skyra naturalnego
10 g kakao (ja użyłam z Deco Moreno i doslodzilam łyżeczką cukru)
1 banan (u mnie 84 g)
12 g masła orzechowego
opcjonalnie cynamon
PRZYGOTOWANIE

Do miseczki nasypałam płatków i zalałam małą ilością cieplej wody. Przykryłam talerzykiem i odstawiłam do napęcznienia.
W osobnej miseczce nałożyłam 100 g skyra, 10 g kakao i łyżeczkę cukru. Dobrze wymieszałam.
Warstwowo na płatki owsiane wyłożyłam pozostały skyr. Na to ułożyłam pokrojonego w plastry banana. Później rozprowadziłam masło orzechowe. Na sam koniec wyłożyłam kakaową mieszankę, udekorowałam resztką banana i posypałam cynamonem (moja miłość).
I gotowe!

Easy low calorie breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal <3

Here's an easy, low calorie and filling breakfast idea for you ^^
Ingredients: 30g of oats - 110kcal for me 20g of an apple(with the skin on) - 10kcal A dash of cinnamon - 5kcal 15ml of 2% fat milk - 8kcal A little bit of 0kcal sweetener
Total - 133kcal
Pour water into your oats, cover them with a plate and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add in you sweetener, milk, cinnamon and stir everything until fully combined. Chop your apple into tiny cubes, put them on top of your oatmeal and you're done!
I must say that this was my first time making oatmeal from "scratch" instead of those ready, instant oatmeals I used to buy in the supermarket and it actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't too sweet and it's taste was similar to apple pie. The serving looked quite small but it was quite filling and it left me satisfied

It’s time to make my mum’s shredded quince jam. Homemade quince jam is So delicious and simple to make without using any preservative or thickener.
