Sometimes I stream when I’m playing.  I don’t have a schedule or anything, but if you’ve somehow found me and that’s something that’d strike your fancy, drop me a follow and sign up for notifications.  Promise you won’t get spammed; it’s not something I do often.  Very occasionally I might stream a raid or minecraft (as the link apparently still suggests, despite having updated my stupid dash), but not often.

Whoops!  0 Mastery for 1 hour, huh?  Sounds an awful lot like not a buff food.  Unfortunately, this isn’t resolved by turning in the quest, as the item in your bag still shows 0 Mastery on the tooltip, and, more amusingly, the Well Fed buff ALSO shows 0 Mastery.  This is, unfortunately, not only a display bug, as my mastery both before and after eating was 320.

Should’ve lead with this one, but made the mistake of going through my screencaps in reverse order.  The new layout makes me VERY grateful for addons like Bartender4.

What a difference!  As you can see in the right-hand side of the pane, these images are the same area at different development benchmarks.  Can’t tell you just which alpha release the top one is from, but my screenshot was dated February 23, 2018.  The bottom image is from today, build 26557, which was released yesterday.  Interestingly, in spite of never having been there, certain portions of the map aren’t hidden under the fog of war.  Wondering if that’s an oversight, or a new approach since this time, we’re going to lands that we KNOW are inhabited and have friendly contact (to a degree) with those inhabitants.

Damned seagulls are off to a bad start in BfA, too (This was from the alpha, but I neglected to post it in a timely manner, thus the spam today)

A useful change, at long last, regarding stat display.  Direct your attention to my bag, where I’m comparing my equipped weapon (the sword designed for use by prot pallies) to another in my bag (the mace meant for use by holy pallies).  Notice that on my prot weapon, the Strength stat shows up in white, as per normal.  My holy weapon, however, has Intellect greyed out, as Intellect is not a stat I use in prot.  I’m hoping this change will clarify for newer players that just because you’ve got mana doesn’t mean you want intellect.

Made it into testing for BfA.  I was in the alpha, as well, but I basically got in one afternoon and a very tiny amount of tinkering.  I may post some of the more egregious textural oopsies if I remembered to capture them, but I’m hoping I’ll have some time to play on the beta, and there are Things of Note going on.
As in Legion when I founded this, guidelines for content are available here

The weekend of June 4-5 saw some amusing behavior from the Wisp in a Bottle toy.  They have since been drastically calmed and had their landing sound changed to something besides the default whisper sound, but it made for an amusing little invasion while it lasted.

The new Sentinel Owl form -  glyph on Travel Form, exclusive with glyph of doe, which I didn’t care for, and I think cheetah?  Don’t have the glyph handy to check

Spoilers?  Maybe sometimes.
For the... third? expansion running, I have been granted the privilege of beta testing World of Warcraft’s new release, Legion.  There are likely to be spoilers in some of these posts, however, I will not be posting any “high grade” spoilers without a cut.  “High grade” spoilers are lore-based things, quests, or stories that have a large impact on the world or concern major, beloved characters.  To use an outdated example, the fact that Bolvar becomes the Jailer of the Damned would have been a high grade spoiler for Wrath (I did not beta Wrath so I cried like a baby when this happened).  Speculation about things related to “high grade” spoilers will also be cut. The reason I continue to use the phrase “high grade” in quotes is because I will also cut things I will refer to as “midgrade spoilers.”  Midgrade spoilers don’t expose anything substantial to the world on the whole, or don’t concern beloved characters, but might spoil a twist in a storyline, i.e. the fact that that one Satyr in the night elf start zone is actually a bad guy and you shouldn’t do his quest.  They won’t all be as obvious as that, but I was having a harder time thinking of an analogue from past content for that one.
“Low grade” spoilers, however, will not be cut.  These are things like screenshots of character appearance, zone, videos of gameplay, and things that may be of interest but are so unimportant to the story that if you’re worried about them being spoiled, why on earth are you looking at a beta test oriented blog?!
