Olive Oil Tuna Sauce? Salad?
Ingredients: 
1 can tuna
1/2 cup walnuts 
lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
How to make:
Add all ingredients to food processor
Eat like tuna salad or put it on pasta

Pomodoro e Arancia AKA Tomato and Orange Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
italian seasoning
2 14oz cans Italian plum tomatoes
1/4 cup orange juice
How to make:
Heat oil, seasoning, and garlic in pan until fragrant
Stir in tomatoes, crush the tomatoes with your cooking utensil as you stir
Cook for 10-15 minutes
Add orange juice
Cook for 3 more minutes
Serve with pasta of your choice~

Mexican Steak and Bean Tacos
Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef flank steak
1 10oz can chopped tomatoes with green chile peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic
oregano
chili powder
ground cumin
salt
black pepper
6 small sweet peppers (sliced)
1 15oz can pinto beans
queso fresco (or feta cheese)
rice (make this separately) 
small tortillas (or big ones if you wanna make it a burrito)
How to make
Mix undrained tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 
Put beef in slow cooker, pour tomato and spice mixture over beef
Cook on low for 7-9 hours (or high for 3.5-4.5 hours)
If using low heat, turn to high heat. Add sweet peppers and pinto beans. 
Cook for 30 more minutes
Put rice and meat on taco shells. Top with queso fresco (or feta).

Jerk Roast with Rice
Ingredients
2.5 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
1 bag of mini potatoes
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup steak sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
black pepper
jamacian jerk seasoning
3 garlic cloves
rice of your choice (we used saffron) ((make this separately))
How to make
Mix water, raisins, steak sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tapioca, pepper, jerk seasoning, and garlic in slow cooker
Put beef and potatoes in slow cooker
Pour seasoning mixture over beef
Cook on low for 8-10 hours (or low for 4-5 hours)

Lentil Veggie Soup
It’s ugly but it tastes good and it’s good for your gut
Ingredients
1 cup dry lentils
1.5 cups baby carrots
4 stalks chopped celery
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Italian seasoning, really go for it
1 bay leaf
3.5 cups broth (veggie, chicken, whatever)
1.5 cups water
1 14 1/2 oz can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
How to make
Rinse lentils
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook on low for 12 hours

Veggie Dip
Ingredients - 1 cup mayo - 1 small jar old english sharp cheese - 2 teaspoons mustard - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce - 1 clove gralic - Hot sauce of your choice, follow your heart
How to make - Mix all ingredients together - Eat with veggies

A typical breakfast
Ingredients - 1 package instant oatmeal (preferrably protien oatmeal, or add a small scoop of protein powder) - 1 tbsp chocolate chips (about 27 chips) - 1 entire banana
How to make - Heat oatmeal according to directions - Add chocolate chips on top so they get melty - Add sliced banana

Air fryer version:
- Preheat to 400F - Mix meat and spcies. Air fry meat for 5 minutes. - Stir meat and air fry for 5 minutes. - Mix in the mushroom soup and green onions. Air fry for 5 minutes. (Noticing a pattern yet?) - Add frozen potatoes in a single layer on top. Air fry for 5 minutes. - Add cheese. Air fry for 5 minutes. Top with green onion, sour cream, and bacon if you have it.

Easy Tater Tot Casserole

You will need: 1 bag frozen tater tots 1lb ground beef (or ground meat of your choice) 1 can cream of mushroom soup Chopped green onions 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Chopped bacon (for garnish) Spices to your taste!! I used garlic powder, ground mustard, and paprika! A casserole dish to assemble it in!
What to do: Pre-heat your oven to 350F Brown the meat in a skillet on your stovetop. Once browned, add in your selected spices for flavor and stir Mix in the entire can of cream of mushroom soup and the green onions in with your meat. Remember to save some of the green onions for your garnish! Transfer the mixture from your skillet to your casserole dish Arrange the frozen potatoes in a single layer on top of the mixture Top with shredded cheddar and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy
Plate and garnish with sour cream, bacon, and green onions if you'd like! Enjoy!!
You can also fry up some eggs to go with it for an extra filling meal! Happy cooking! 😋
