FHJY EP16 Spoilers and Kipperlily thoughts

Kipperlily Copperkettle I hate that I see some of myself in you. I know a lot of people interpret her reaction to Riz in the anti-affirmative action sentiment and that’s fair to do so. She is not doing herself any favors.

That’s not what I relate to cause that be wild just be clear. Affirmative action is a general public good and a net positive.

However as a neurodivergent person I see in her the struggle of growing up neurodivergent where a lot of time you just aren’t happy most of time. Where even though you don’t have any large traumas you just aren’t happy. You get so mad or sad or just empty that you deep down want an event to blame on why you are like this. You are so scared you were just born “wrong” and just can’t relax or be content no how hard you try. And I do understand that part of it.

However I never get mad or jealous of someone with extreme trauma that would weird to just to make that clear.

Her feelings are wild and childish and irrational, but they do exist. In real life her feelings would be really fucking weird and f’ed up and should not say them out loud to people’s faces who do have trauma. However she is not a real person and she is clearly trying to get help considering how open she is to Jawbone and that she even attends counseling in the first place.

Her actions are not okay and you can totally just not like her, heck I don’t even like her I just have to see a weird fucked mirror of a me where I pull the asshole trigger and don’t just keep my mouth shut and my head on straight. I also am in certain ways that very type A that cares a lot about school and grades and is never late or tardy ever. I just am also very tired try to kind and respectful so I don’t have the aggression or vitriol towards others she has.

Also I will say in the meta narrative around dnd when you don’t have plot hooks to tie you in the story it is hard to get on an adventure. If we are to see the Rat Grinders as another table filled with nightmare players Kipperlily is the kind of player to make a character without plot hooks and is mad about not doing cool shit when she hasn’t given the dm anything to play with or use to make a moment for her.

Also it’s hard to know how many of her actual crimes she has had control over since she probs got literal magic rage resurrected by a god before any of her crimes.

I understand Kipperlily to an extent cause I also have normal parents and normal childhood, but I have been depressed since 4th grade. I also used to wish I had some form of tragic backstory to explain why I can’t just relax and be happy like the rest of family can. However babygirl if you are in control of your actions and emotional state right now and are not possessed by a rage god you can’t just murder other people for Highschool reasons.

Fantasy High Junior Year EP 15 Spoilers

So after watching part 2 of Last Standard Exam battle and looking at the questions I wonder if each test is designed around the individual part that takes it. All of the questions were designed for each of the Bad Kids in particular. For instance Fig the bard had a driver’s ed question, because she stole Johnny Spells’ car and tried to do a 180 and totally flipped the car.

The religion question that Kristen got was about a god of Torek Railgrinder a kid she knows and is in the LGBT student union club with. Aruther was even to give the monologue about the 225 immaculately conceived rockstars babies at the beginning of sophomore year.

I wonder if this choice is in story choice as well as a way for the players to actually be able to answer the questions or we are just not meant to think about it that hard.

In the stands in the Last Stand Exam the Arthur’s are warring Adaine and Gorgug’s name sport style on their chests does that mean that if the illusion takes I to account Arthur Augefort’s preferences that Adaine and Gorgug are Arthur’s fav Bad Kids cause it so funny if Arthur Augefort considers his daughters girlfriend as bottom 4/6 of The Bad Kids in his rankings. Also it shows that the Gorgug and Adaine favoritism is genetic cause Adaine and Gorgug are also Ayda’s fav Bad Kids except for her girlfriend of course.

Just something funny I wanted to point out.

I have been rewatching a Starstruck Odyssey in bits and pieces and it is so good. It does not miss.

I will never get over Margret Encino truly being on her phone for most combats and it always being the correct choice. The most ginger to ever bob, a lesbian of all time.

Also noe that we are outside the brain slug discourse Skip is even better I love my sweet slug prince.

Also Emily Axford delivered through Sundry Sidney one of the most potent feminine arcs of all time.

Everyone else atedown as well. When everyone showed in all black for the battle of the brands I thought I might be bi for second.

qpr/demiromantic Fabriz shippers more often than not very have absolutely no idea how to actually handle or show qpr/demiromanticism and just write an alloromantic relationship where one of them is a little strange, MAYBE. And I honestly think, for me, it boils down to the fact that a big part of Riz’s aro identity is that he doesn’t like romantic actions period.

demiromantic is not ‘romantic acts are so different and better with this one person’, it’s ‘I have a special connection with this person that makes me want to enter a romantic relationship with them’ it doesn’t always change their stance on romantic actions. QPR is so often used an an excuse by allos to just shove an aromantic/asexual characters in a relationship I honestly just stopped trusting any qpr made by an allo person. I know what you are. But still so many of them I see have Riz engaging in romantic acts and, even though they’re meant to be platonic, that still erases that fact that HE DOESN’T FUCKING LIKE ROMANTIC ACTIONS.

like at the very least try to keep some of his aro identity in there. Just a crumb. If you’re really hell bent on him being in a relationship.

Ok Ok FHJY Theory

In episode 10 we learn that Kipperlily was asking aelwyn if she could get schematics for a cloud rider or at least the engine of one. We know that piece a of a cloud rider was stolen at Fabian’s Party, but the specific mention of schematics make me think Kipperlily has someone on her pay roll who could maybe build something using the schematics. And we also know Ruben and Henry the artificer teacher are related as they share a last name sooo.. Maybe the artificer teacher is involved after all in Kipperlily’s scheme.

Also another thing to point out is that Kipperlily did not want to involve the Rat Grinder’s wizard in at least this part of the plot and the wizard was our main suspect of who got the ice mephits to steal the cloud rider part or at least cause a distraction. So very interesting.

I refuse Fig having a shorter lifespan than all of her parents besides Jawbone.

I don’t care that in the dnd it says Tieflings have human lifespans Fig is part elf and part archdevil there is no way in hell she should be anything but practically immortal like any regular arch devil or elf. Also I can only deal with the future of the Bad Kids if they all become either immortal/ long life spans so are able to travel from their afterlives as they please. By the end of JY they will presumably saved the world like 4 times as juniors in Highschool. By the time they are adult adeventuring they can get a little privilege in terms of afterlife travel. I will cry if I think about the Thislespring burying Gorgug or Halleriel and Gilear burying Fabian.

One of the most gut wrenching angsts of Kristen that people don’t talk about, is that because she has 3 younger brothers she can’t just not care about her family like Adaine can cause cause at least aelwyn can defend herself but Kristen’s brother’s cannot and she cannot save them or protect like she would want to. It’s just so sad.

In short Kristen is an oldest daughter and I think we forget that too often.

My favorite thing about fantasy high is that the bad boys all have wet cat malewife energy and all the badgirls are super powerful magic girlbosses

Literally Gorgug, Riz, and Fabian are all different kinds of boy failures. They are great at what they do, but all kinda just some guys (affectionate)

Meanwhile all the bad girls are super powerful magic users with grand destinies. Fig is an Archdevil, Adaine is the Elven Oracle, and Kristen literally has the power to get away with punching a god, and created a new god only to immediately try to find a new cause she didn’t like it.

All of this affectionate and I love all these characters very much and am not normal about a single one of them.

To be clear this not an original thought at all, but Kristin and Tracker are totally going to a breakup arc if not a complete breakup. They both have a lot more growing to do, but are so close and are going so fast that they inevitably will hurt one another. It won’t be malicious on either party but it will happen ,and they will have to at least take a long break for some time before they are ready to truly commit to the other.

Their relationship right now is , I don’t know how put other than too adult for people their age, and they need to grow up as their own people before they can come together into a true adult relationship.

Just some trackerbees thought before junior year comes out.
