you’re probably well aware of what kosa is after this point, but if you don’t, it’s a bill that is going to be reviewed by the senate this monday(february 26th, 2024) to see if it’ll pass and move onto the house.

if it passes, queer people and queer topics will be heavily censored online, as well as topics such as Palestine.

don’t panic quite yet though, as there IS still time to help prevent it passing in the senate, and also if it DOES pass in senate, it will have to also pass the house(which is a clusterfuck right now).

you can help stop it passing by emailing/calling your senate AND house representative and telling them WHY you oppose this bill. it’s important you call both of them

we also need to make a very big stink about kosa and make it trend wherever we possibly can(tumblr, twitter, tiktok, etc), and make sure people KNOW our hatred for the bill. use the hashtag #stopkosa so it can hopefully trend

i’d heavily encourage you to reblog this so the word can be spread, but know you are NOT a bad person if you don’t reblog it. i too have ocd and understand

(Ghost Pokemon AU) Ghost Type Pokemon Pac Trio

So I was working on the Ghost Pokemon AU and was going through a resurgence of a PMATGA hyperfixation at the moment and then I remembered "Hey the main characters of PMATGA have a role in this ,AU, why not draw them in the AU?",and because of that, here we are! This AU spans a lot of series and is very extremely crossovery in general, so why not! I need to make a masterpost/synopsis of this AU, I swear-

Also Spiral was a pain to draw bc I never drew Dragapult before and AAAAAAA- (I'm fine! Don't worry! Haha! Seriously though why...)

So they are! In all of their ghost fighting glory!

Started on: 2-18-2024

it's to be noted that they didn't start out in these forms exactly. A series of events caused their souls to take the forms they did. I made their eyes look similar to how ghosts in the show had them. Also the reason for the spectral lighting was because of Dragapults looking slightly more spectral... I'll try to elaborate more when I get to it.

Pac (Gengar)

The yellow boi himself! The way he goes out is on the hands of a certain other ghost fighting hero through way of misunderstanding. The beginning of his character arc is based on a fanmade one minute melee on Deviantart I read when I was younger. (I might link to it when I find it...) I will probably make the choreography of the fight somewhat different to that but the outcome is the same. I chose Gengar because of their long tongues and round bodies. (That and the fact the ears can be made to resemble his eyebrows.) He is known as the "Golden Gengar" to locals via rumors and became quite the urban legend. But rest assured, he is still the same Pac inside! Just more traumatized! :')

Cyli (Gourgeist)

Cyli is a Gourgeist since it and Pumpkaboo could be seen as a somewhat gothic cute ghost type Pokemon. (If that reasoning makes sense...) The fur of Pumpkaboo is black and the hairstyle of Gourgeist is simular in my opinion. Also the default shinies mesh well enough ingame. Besides the grass typing is somewhat befitting of her upbringing. So, how did she end up like this? Well, if i'll be honest, I didn't quite document how well her death goes quite yet. Same with Spiral. I only have the basics rn. Essentially, she dies to a mysterious enity in a meadow with a colony of pumpkins (is that what a group of pumpkins called...?) growing in Autumn. Her soul destablizes and is forced to bind into a pumpkin, giving a new form! By the way, she is an Average Size Gourgeist.

Spiral (Dragapult)

And finally, Spiral is a Dragapult! He wound up killed in the Lake of Dragons. (Name and Location Pending) His soul wound up absorbing the ancient draconic energies in the lake causing him to take the form of a Dreepy. Dragapult is from what I recall the tallest of the three pokemon, so it seem pretty befitting for him! (Also it gives me an excuse to use Dragapult somewhere, so yea.) He basically has a whole story thing with Soko, as Soko has the distinction of being the first of the three's Partner Digimon to find out about their respective deceased Tamer's whereabouts and travels with him! At one point after he first evolves a random Dreepy finds him and follows him around! He eventually goes "I guess it's mine now." and takes it in. (You could probably guess more eventually came.) He basically exudes so much big sibling energy that it was inevitable anyways!

Mew and Note Meet!

I thought I would draw Mew and Note meeting. I kind of consider Note to be the Mew of the Rhythm Heaven series! Mostly in the sense that notes are elusive species that doesn't really interact with humanity, has a small population, is playful, has possibly existed for a long time, and is either possibly divine or has divine connections. (Most of these are headcanons but shut up...) So, I decided to draw them together!

I have an idea for an AU thing!!! It's a very very stupid idea and i haven't made art for it but y'all need to realize my vision.

A role swap AU that swaps the Toss Boys (Ao-kun, Kii-yan, and Aka-chan) with the Rhythm Trio (Marshal, Cam, and Miss Ribbon)!

(Sorry for the terrible image, I slapped together a bunch of images in Krita. Hopefully, it gets my point across.)

The Swap goes as follows:

I am considering making a swap AU that swaps the Chorus Kids with the Rhythm Trio but I have yet to completely compile info on my depiction of the Chorus Kids. (To be fair, I haven't done so for my depiction of the Rhythm Trio, but that's just splitting hairs at this point.)

I have other swap ideas but this is what I wanted to explain. I will make art for it but for now this will suffice.

Merr Crismas From Guilmon!

A quick comic I did! I considered Cobalt for this, but I really wanted to use Guilmon for this! It's probably an old meme but I always wanted to do a redraw for the original comic with Guilmon but never was able to do so.

It's a little inaccurate but that was because it was done in a couple of minutes to an hour due to how close to Christmas it was made in. (Though when it comes out, it will be Christmas)

Phantump Tiff/Fumu Bio

I drew a bio for a Phantump Tiff/Fumu!

I redesigned her to have antler-like top branches and two additional smaller secondary branches. The eyes glow when using special attacks.

She and Tuff died about a 1000 years ago. Why 1000? I though the idea of them having died a very long time ago could be an interesting idea as they would have to adapt to the present day and the ruined Cappytown could be a contrast to how lively it was to how desolate and dead it is now and compare how different is it to "New Dreamland". (Mostly called "Dreamland" by it's locals.) She initially thought that Game Dedede (A many years long descendant of the Anime Dedede that helps Kirby to this day and is oblivious to his ancestor's misdeeds and acts of cruelty) was the Anime Dedede and gave him a verbal beatdown (or the closest to a verbal beatdown a Phantump can give) but realized the mistake. Even still, she wasn't convinced that Game Dedede wasn't any different and had to slowly see for herself how different he is to the Dedede she knew.

When it comes to game based info, she has a Adamant Nature (Not quite sure if I should change it) and I am not quite sure on the moves... Feel free to suggest any moves! Edit: I now have figured out the moves! They are as follows:

Nature Power

These will sometimes change depending on the story, but these are pretty much the definitive moveset for her. I will probably make something to explain why these moves later.

I might draw some of the ref sketches as standalone art pieces...

A quick way for me to try out a new brush set I got! I decided to make an drawing to test it out! This was actually made in a couple of minute but sat around for days. (For reference, this was sitting in my drafts since November 13...) I got the brush set for an AU I was making at the time. This isn't for that AU mind you... Basically I drew this with the goal of trying to mimic how I think Kirby would draw! I like how it turned out since I don't really experiment with drawing with other styles... I really need to try out on drawing other art style than my own... (I'm really looking to replicate the OK K.O. style, it looks really fun!) I also used a semi-limited pallete of some of the default colors to really sell the small child's crayon drawing look.
