I remember a while back when I was first listening to the Dear Evan Hansen soundtrack and I saw the title, ‘To Break In A Glove’.

I honestly thought the title was saying that Evan was ‘breaking’ metaphorically while wearing a cast.

I’m kind of disappointed that it’s not as deep as thought...

For such a deeply homophobic song, Epiphany/A Million Miles From Heaven is a FUCKING BANGER.

Jason is such a sweetheart and I love him.

Peter deserves to be happy with Jason and I hope his mom accepts him for him because it was kinda implied but I want CONFIRMATION(lol Catholic Pun)

You know what?

I feel like I’m being selfish, but everywhere on instagram, I see ‘I don’t really want to the work today’ from Firebringer on Vine with captions like, ‘relatable!’. And I just keep thinking that they’re running the joke dry.

In the actual musical, it has an array of hilarious jokes that can’t even compare to the song. And I’ve made posts about this before, but I kind of want to point it out again.

No one is recognizing the girl singing the song (Lauren Lopez), the company who presented the musical (Starkid), or even any of the other music.

I’ll admit, I do see musical accounts post other songs on the occasion, but still, everyone keeps running the joke.

If you are one of the people that use the joke a lot, that’s okay too. Just do me a favor and search on YouTube, ‘Firebringer’. It’s the full musical professionally filmed, completely legal. If you get time, check out some of their other fantastic musicals.
