I just want to say, I’m so happy Takemichi and Chifuyu met each other. Chuifuyu desperately needed someone to hold on to afer Baji was gone. And Takemichi’s been going back and forth between the past and future, constantly seeing his friends die. I mean the sheer trauma he’ll have once all this is over? And the fact that he’s always been alone. I mean he had Naoto but Naoto was in the future and Naoto didn’t really care about Toman. Takemichi had the weight of the world on his shoulders, and Chifuyu was the first person he shared it with. And Chifuyu bless his soul, didn’t hesitate to believe him. He was the first person who Takemichi could be honest with, his partner. Someone who always had his back, someone who took care of him, who protected him, who stopped him from doing stupid shit.
