Rules of Fitness and Good Nutrition
To have a perfect nutrition plan to meet your fitness and health needs is just a series of facts and simple steps.
1. Be closer to natural 
This is simply choosing the least processed forms of foods (specifically carbohydrates) when building the majority of your meals. Typically, the less processed the foods and the closer the food that you are eating is to its natural state, the better it will be for your body.
2. Accepting That You Are made Of Protein .
 Protein is a critical part of the diet for fitness and healthy, specifically the type and the amount. Always make a wise and a very informed choices when it comes to choosing the type of protein, typically the fewer legs the animal has before you actually consume the protein it produces, the better the source. Fish, turkey, and chicken rank high. You need to be more selective with dairy, red meat and pork products. Low-fat dairy, lean cuts of pork and beef, and  grass-fed four-legged animals are best! 3. Understanding That Carbs are Fuel and You Need Fuel 
   Cutting out all carbs or too being too restrictive affects your energy balance , which can trigger a lot of negative hormonal response by the body , which will result in health problems . You need Carbs to be alive . All that is needed is understanding the role and the better source for carbs
