This recipe is not for those who have a sweet tooth, if you wanna satisfy your sugar cravings, go crazy with sugar or add maple syrup instead of water ;)

120g oat

30g potato starch/ all purpose flour

30g raw sugar

15g shredded coconut

30g coconut oil

1-2 tbsp nut butter

~30g water

pinch of salt

Preheat oven 180℃/ 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients, add coconut oil, peanut butter and combine well. (if you use maple syrup, mix it with coconut oil beforehand) Add water by tsp until the consistency is sticky enough to make the shape (be careful not to add too much water otherwise cookies won’t be crispy )

Shape with hands or spoon, bake for 15-17min

甘さ控えめのヘルシーなクッキー🍪　

オートミール 120g

片栗粉 30g

砂糖 30g (黒糖)

ココナッツシュレッド 15g

ピーナッツバター　大さじ1-2

ココナッツオイル 30g

水　30g

塩ひとつまみ

180℃にオーブンを予熱。粉類を全て混ぜてそこに溶かしたココナッツオイルとピーナッツバターを入れる。形が作れるぐらいの固さになるまで水をスプーンで少しずつ入れる。オーブンで15-17分焼く。甘みがさらに欲しい人は、砂糖を増やすか、水の代わりにメープルシロップを少し使っても○

しっかり冷ますことでさくさくに！

ピーナッツバターを省くとさくさくのグラノーラにもなります。

キノコのクリームパスタ🍄

Sauce :

150g silk tofu

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder (or sauté one minced garlic with mushrooms)

2tsp white miso

salt/soy sauce

pasta water

mushroom

olive oil

pasta

black pepper

parsley

Blend all the pasta sauce ingredients in a blender, add some pasta water if it gets too thick

Sauté mushrooms and garlic (if you used garlic powder in the sauce you can skip it). Pour the sauce and cooked pasta

150g 絹ごし豆腐

大さじ1 ニュートリショナルイースト

大さじ1 レモン汁

小さじ1/2 ガーリックパウダー(なければニンニクをキノコと一緒に炒める)

小さじ 2 白味噌

塩又は醤油

パスタの茹で汁(濃さ調節のため)

マッシュルーム

オリーブオイル

パスタ

ブラックペッパー

パセリ

パスタソースの材料を全てブレンダー/ミキサーにかける。必要であればパスタの茹で汁を加える。

マッシュルームとニンニク(ソースにガーリックパウダーを使った場合ニンニクは省いても○)を炒めてそこにソースと茹でたパスタを加える。
