I am Nick D. Clements, and I want to create content.
I used to create content, a lifetime ago, when I had the structure as a student. And honestly, making videos, making anything was really an escape from that structure. As an "adult", aside from my job, I can do whatever I want, and therefore my life actually has very little structure. And without structure, to either use or rebel against… not much happens. I want to change that. I have been going through my life, collecting. Collecting interests, skills, and equipment. But my collection just sits, collecting dust. I see YouTube as the answer. I am going to make content, once a week, every week, on anything and everything that interests me. I have a pretty wide range of interests, and I know YouTube doesn't like that. They want one person, doing one thing over and over. So I don’t expect to get a lot of "subscribers" and that's okay. I am making this channel for me. An outlet, a reason to do all the things that I love and am passionate about. And most importantly a deadline. Even if to only one viewer, I will do my best to always meet that deadline. Even if that one viewer is me. Don't get me wrong, I will welcome a community with open arms, that would be amazing! But that is not my goal, especially not right now. I basically boycotted YouTube when it first began, mostly because in the early days, it was just full of garbage, but also because I felt I should be posting to it, not watching it. Eventually, I did start watching, and subscribing. But that thought remained, I should be on it. As my subscription list grew, so did that thought. Until I decided, 2018 is the year. Enough thinking, enough daydreaming. So I will be here, every Monday, with a new video. Sincerely, Nick D. Clements
Inspired from last weeks project, I decided to try making my own "closet organizer" from dollar store fabric bins, aka cube storage. It exceeded my expectations!
PVC is a great material to make stuff with. With a piece of pipe and some fittings, there are all kinds of things you can make. And it doesn't get much simpler than today's project (*cough* bottle tube) where I will be making a clothing rack.
A poor squirrel is given a second chance, thanks to... epoxy. I used Magic Sculpt, Epoxy Clay to make my broken squirrel figure whole again. A true marvel of science! Well, kind-a... not really.
Following in the amazing footsteps (marker lines) of the amazing Jazza, I decided to take on the scribble challenge, that he did in a recent video (linked below) using his Arty Games app (linked below). Now his scribbles were inspired, masterpieces even... mine, well I'll let you decide.

In this video I use Keyhole Fasteners to mount some decorative wood carvings on the wall. Sounds beyond simple right? Well, this is an 'I Am Nick D. Clements' video so there is bound to be other information about, and entertainment to be had.
Thank you! I can't express my gratitude enough to you all for getting the channel over 50 subscribers. I said from the beginning, that gaining subscribers was not my goal, but I won't deny what a rewarding feeling it is to have you all here.
@therealjacksepticeye I released the video on how I made Secret Sam, and I wanted to give you an opportunity to see it. I know you are busy so I made a the shortest version possible. ;) Check it out if you want, but if not, just thank you, and know how happy I am that you enjoyed what I made. #PMA (Extremely extend version: https://youtu.be/2HcYp46B63o )
I had an opportunity to give Jacksepticeye a gift, so I wanted to make something impressive. But Nothing that I currently knew how to make seemed "impressive" enough, so I would just have to learn how to make something new!
On this episode of "Nick D. Clements Tells You About Specialty Papers That You May or May Not Have Heard of" we are talking about Parchment Paper, and its many creative and useful uses.
There is a problem plaguing bottles... their contents rest at the bottom, and only once the bottle is inverted, can said content begin to flow towards the top to the bottle, where it can then leave the bottle and be used for its desired purpose. I won't solve this issue, but I will work around it in my latest video!
