With a lot of shows being cancelled I was reminded of this poem by Emily Wand called "It's Not Real". I'm not crying you are.

No in the flash tonight Ray made an appearance and it was very brief but he said him and Nate were having retirement drinks and I 😭

I miss them both so much and I totally forgot they have no idea the legends are in time jail. How brief Ray's appearance was and how quickly he managed to sum some stuff up did beg the question of why they wont just give us some damn closure. It wouldnt be that hard. It would be TOO easy to get someone in like "oh yeah team flash, wait until you see the legends they just escaped prison!"

Having the next crossover event be saving the legends from time jail would genuinely be the best thing I've ever heard. If we cant get our show back at least we can get some of that closure that we all need.

I know in my heart that legends will get renewed, I know that its illogical to think it wont bc it's a great show with a great following that just finished off an amazing season, but the more I read other people's posts about it the more worried I get until I'm practically panicking that we'll be left on this awful cliffhanger forever.

To anyone else who sees things like that and also panics, you are not alone. We will get the true finale we deserve, but it wont be right now bc this show is too good to end like that. Mini rant over.

No hate to people who watch the show from season 3 onwards, you're allowed to consume entertainment any way you like, but personally, it IRKS me when they dont even care what happened. Like I'm sure most of the fans who do this read up on it before going in, but without that knowledge it's like skipping the first chapters of a book.

This goes for all shows, not just LoT, but the first season (occasionally second, like in the case of this show) is vital to understanding where these characters came from and why they have personality traits and act the way they do. It's also for the inside jokes and especially to just...feel like you know the characters.

Like, at least watch the pilot, or something close to that. Just to get a gist of *why* the show exists. Why are they on the waverider? Why were they chosen? Why is this happening?

Again, this is obv just my opinion, do whatever you want. And obviously I cant speak on behalf of people that do skip a couple seasons; they probably watch recaps and things like that to understand anyway.

I'm really ranting about different shows too, because this doesnt apply to LoT as much in the grand scale. I mean they have a revolving cast and it's pretty easy to jump in at the start of the season most the time (with a little prior knowledge). It just bothers me when fans go and skip seasons that I personally believe are good and teach you a lot about a show.

I've said it before but I really want more episodes where characters are paired up as opposed to whole team shenanigans. Like they had a little bit of it this last episode but I would really love the team splitting up and going on separate missions kinda like they used to do in previous seasons. Love the team as a whole obviously, but the filler eps with half the team in one place and half in the other were just phenomenal (imo of course). I know it's probably hard to do when they dont have a waverider though so I get why they wouldnt do it as often this season

On reddit theres this poll for like the best legends character and I'm cackling because of the latest results. Ray was just voted off when...when train abomination gary and mushroom john are still in the running. This is hysterical I hope something ridiculous wins bc I'm having the time of my life watching the updates of this thing.

Oh and also its asked as "who's your least favorite legends character" so instead of the winner being the favorite it's almost like the winner is the one everyone hates the least and honestly this is hilarious.

Spooner and Behrad had more conversation in that last episode than Astra and Behrad have had in the whole show like cmon they're not meant for each other. Give us what we want! Astra and spooner are so much better and its infuriating to see Astra get pushed with someone she is so incompatible with. Like just let her be single then if that's the only other option. Smh

You know I'm really glad the whole team is together again, and the last ep was pretty awesome, but I am gonna miss the family dynamic that Astra, Spooner, and Gideon had on their own.

I mean, I'm not saying they cant continue to have that with the test of the legends present, because yeah they've already shown some pretty adorable little moments between spooner and astra, but man.

Astra and Spooner are such great moms to Gideon (especially when Astra was letting Gid rest on her shoulder! Oh my god!) And in the last episode they kind of just...paired Gideon with Gary and called it a day. Like yeah, move the plot along I get that but I am gonna miss their little family relationship.

The luck rock has me in tears everytime I think about it- it was so godamn sweet. And the way gideon waved up at the sky and hot left in the car and held onto her moms arms- Man... I cant describe how happy that episode made me.
