That love our grandparents had, people say they want that but they don’t. They don’t want to work for it, they don’t want any part of it. It’s a nice vision, a nice picture to hang on the wall or something to claim as a “goal” but people don’t really want that. It requires too much selflessness and responsibility, too much detachment from outside temptations and too much focus on partnership. It requires too much work from our self-centred generation. It’s not impossible to achieve but it’s extremely rare and if you have that, you are one of the lucky ones. Cherish it.

so who knows what the premise is to bring these adorable children together but just imagine the possibilities. you’ve got alya and tomoyo being gadget geeks fangirling over their superheroes. then there’s syaoran forever suspicious and jealous of chat noir who is just a huge flirt all the time so syaoran thinks he’s some legit threat hitting on sakura (but we all know he loves LB too much). just think of the faces syaoran would make with chat noir around! and then there’s kero... either he gets to know the kwamis or maybe chat/LB just think he’s supposed to be sakura’s kwami at first and they’re like “but how do you magic when he’s there, where is ur miraculous” and sakura’s like “what? oh tomoyo made this outfit i don’t transform or anything” and then LB makes a mental note that marinette needs to talk to tomoyo about fashion design. and then tomoyo is fascinated with the fact that adrien is a model so she’s always trying to set up cute photo seshes because syaoran is so not game for that and adrien is like “yeah totally!” because he’s precious and wants more friends......
