i’ve had the worst insomnia over the last few days, i’ve been eating <800 for a few days and though it may be that.
wasn’t as in control today and ate <1,500 (estimation) and still can’t sleep so it’s not the lack of food that’s doing it.
at least i can stave myself in peace but these sleepless nights do suck.
