OOF. Both of these can be done soooo good and soooo bad. I think overall I prefer the fake dating but I have read a handful of arranged marriage fics that have hit so right. I don’t think I’ve written either. It would be a fun challenge to try🤔 maybe one day I’ll clear out my inbox and try it.

I'm probably gonna go with the 2nd option but like by a hair. I'm a big fan of emotional h/c, especially when it goes both ways <3 Also emotional illiteracy is highly underrated as a trope. Let people be dumb and learn about themselves!
