The Snowgrave route in Deltarune is truly insane though. Every time I think about it I honestly just can't believe Toby Fox was able to pull it off. The things you need to do to get it are so specific that when I first heard about it I genuinely thought it was just a fan route/ creepypasta, then I saw someone stream it and that was when I realized it was actually real. People only found it because dataminers found sprites exclusive to the route and started experimenting to see if they were actually used. Ralsei's snowgrave only sprite where he seemingly is looking directly at the screen is hidden within his dance animation sprites so people wouldn't realize what it was. It's somehow more messed up than the Undertale no mercy route through its use of psychological manipulation and deconstruction of the ways we interact with party members to level them up, ie make them "stronger." What the fuck man.

i loved Ethersea but the ending felt so rushed that i really hope this is just season 1 and we get devo/amber/zoox again.

Whats your favorite Undertale fan theory?

AHHH....... at the moment i'm a big fan of the theory that the sans we meet in undertale is actually the sans we meet in deltarune, and he got, like, dimension switcherood and that's why he's all depressed. his dialogue in the lost souls scene ('youll never see em again') as well as weird lines he drops in other places ('i stopped trying to go back a long time ago') AND his secret science basement with the weird machine and the 'don't forget' not (main dr theme is called 'don't forget) AND the fact that his door in ut is a direct copypaste of the teleport-y doors in dr AND the fact that the word search he gives you in ut is for a restaurant franchise that only exists in dr.... this guy got thrown into the fucking caves and hes soooo annoyed

OF COURSE Amber, after Koda attempted to manipulate her, made the least productive and most violent choice with a smile on her face, but only before her friends were safe.

OF COURSE Devo would psychically battle Orlean, win by tearing his brain apart (thus killing him) and still add "Take your family with you" to the call. Changing history and risking the security of a whole timeline, just to ensure the worst man in his life got a chance to be better in another life.

OF COURSE Zoox, when given near unlimited access to all the beings he's ever connected to, chose to use his newfound power to create a staircase for Devo and a trapdoor for Amber. Simple things to help them. "What do you want?" "To save my friends."

I just love how this season, the main trio don't always do the right, moral, or even most practical thing, but they always are themselves, and that comes with protecting each other.

All of this to say, I'm not ready for the last episode.
