Sushi and Gochujang 🍳
I made a dish that looked like hand-rolled sushi.
I cut up an egg omelet into small pieces, fried tofu with gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), and wrapped sushi rice with nori (seaweed).
Just a kind of hand-rolled sushi. It was delicious. ☺️✨✨
