I always find it really fuckin funny whenever I see a piece of like nightcest art or whatever and people in the comments going “Uh is this selfcest???” “what???” “isn’t it weird he’s like with himself” and honestly it always makes me wonder if they feel like they’re being personally attacked by it, because this is the sanscest fandom.

All of these characters are AUs or OCs of sans, and they’re just barely okay with that. They’ve convinced themself it’s okay to ship this selfcest because they’re OCs. definitely. But then they see selfcest again, but this time it’s more personal. Their beliefs are being challenged, and so they go “WAIT” and their brain has to once again reevaluate if this is okay or not, which brings into question this entire sanscest thing again.
