Meet Kiyoshi Okawa. He's an upper moon with a weapon materialization blood demon art, he can create weapons that stay attached to his limbs

Kiyoshi is aloof, burnt out and doesn't really care for many things. He is also very forgetful and spaces out a lot. Besides that, he is very chill for a demon; if he isn't in search of someone to take blood from, he will probably have a nice conversation with you.

He is very powerful but doesn't actually kill humans. He uses his demon art to absorb an extensive amount of blood from people. Though he doesn't usually mean to kill, his victims often die from blood loss after his attack

This poor boy is confused and doesn't know where he is half the time XD

Anyway, please treat him with care, he needs it
