Today’s item is the Pumpkin King’s Head! When worn by a living creature, the Pumpkin King’s Head bursts into flame, consuming the creature’s existing head and turning them into the new Pumpkin King.

Hi everyone!
I have some exciting news! First of all, for those of you running Halloween games this spooky season, keep an eye out for the Treasury’s next item find releasing this evening! I enjoyed making it, and I might release more holiday-themed cards in future if people enjoy stuff like that. 🎃✨
Secondly, I now have a Patreon! If you like the things I make and want to support my creative endeavours, I encourage you to check it out. I really appreciate the interest people have shown so far in what I create, and it would mean the world to me to be able to devote more time to content creation and really expand Tabletop Treasury’s scope.
What Do I Get for Supporting?
All supporters gain access to the full-resolution files for item cards I create, as well as “printer-friendly” versions of the cards which use less ink than their default versions, and can access Tabletop Treasury’s patron-only Discord server. Additionally, higher-tier supporters can gain access to alternate colour schemes for the cards I release, as well as access to a feedback community where patrons can suggest and vote on future items. I hope to expand patron rewards further in the future — suggestions are welcome!
What If I Can’t Support?
Not to worry! New items will continue to be released for free both here on my blog and on my Patreon itself! I want Tabletop Treasury’s items to be available to everyone. I never intend to stop releasing free content — patron-only content is simply meant as extra stuff for people who want more.

Today’s item is a Serpent’s-Head Wand! A relic from far-off lands, the arcane crystal at its tip was unearthed from veins of magic deep below-ground. The sigils etched into the wand glow when it is touched to another magic item.

Today’s item is a Shrieking Grotesque. If its hideous countenance is affixed to an object with a command, any creature who touches the object without speaking the stone’s command word causes the grotesque to release a continuous, piercing shriek.

Oh you're a treasure, An absolutely wonderful treasure. Thank you.
Thank you, friend! That’s very kind of you to say. But I can’t donate myself to the treasury—I still have to run the blog!
