what was your first fandom? are you still interested in it now?

First fandom ever... I think it was LOTR to be honest. I wrote my first fanfic when I was about ten I think and it was Bad lmao.

But in terms of the first fandom I was ever active in, I think that really didn't start until Doctor Who...? I'm not sure. It might have been Doctor Who, Stargate SG-1, and Firefly. My first published fanfic was a Stargate one but I started actively running both fandom and roleplay blogs for Firefly and Doctor Who around that time as well.

EDIT: oh man I forgot the last part of the question! To answer that: Stargate SG-1 will always be a comfort show, as will Firefly. The Doctor Who fandom kind of wound up being so utterly toxic that it kind of ruined it for me :( and I wasn't a fan of the Twelve era and I would personally fistfight Moffat if given the chance...so....still very much enjoy classic who though! (Four was my first Doctor!)

B. definitely B. i don't even have a true love yet, but you know what i do have? a 3-year-running WIP in my google drive.

21. Could you ever quit writing? Do you ever wish you could? Why or why not?

i think there was a period of time where i might've answered yes, but that's definitely not true anymore, and i don't want it to be. i think all beginner writers don't see their work as anything more than a hobby, but as you do more of it (and get better at it) it becomes a part of you that's impossible to give up.

22. How organized are you with your writing? Describe to me your organization method, if it exists. What tools do you use? Notebooks? Binders? Apps? The Cloud?

i have literally never been organized about my writing ever

i'm shit at multi-tasking so if i try and write while i watch tv or something, when i look back over it it's basically unintelligible by my standards. same goes for music! so i like writing in a library or at home on my couch

24. How much prep work do you put into your stories? What does that look like for you? Do you enjoy this part or do you just want to get on with it?

my prep work consists of talking to myself in the shower and doing my best to remember what the fuck i was going on about later

25. What is a weird, hyper-specific detail you know about one of your characters that is completely irrelevant to the story?
