Getting super emotional over how much I love toontown corporate clash despite my initial fears almost every person I've met has welcomed me into it with so much warm unfamiliar kindness that its making me get all soft and mushy, if you told me only a few months ago last june that I'd be able to just hang out on a silly reboot of an mmo game from 2000s and talk to strangers about the stuff I like for nearly an hour after getting done roleplaying an underpaid pizza worker with a 2 cents an hour salary cooking people in the oven I would've told you I thought you were crazy, but lo and behold here I am

It's not been perfect of course but I've met so many amazing people through this game and I've not even been part of the community for a year, I've never felt this welcome anywhere before its amazing, the members of the clash crew that ive met are awesome and really nice and the game itself has been helping drag me by the ankles through a total bust of a year (and.. last year) and it got me closer with some of my old friends as well as helped me get adopted by another friend group too who I love very dearly (if you guys see this hi hi hehe)

sorry this post is so long and meandering im not very articulated when im happy because I'm not happy very often but RAAH I LOVE COMMUNITY I LOVE MY FRIENDS I LOVE EVERYONE RAAH

Even after such a short amount of time I already feel like toontown is gonna be a big part of my life for a long time you're gonna be hard pressed to catch me leaving anytime soon baby I'm in this shit for the long haul, you people have shown me genuine human kindness I live here forever now HEHEHE

ive progressed a ton!! i'm 84 laff, two face in sell and tightwad in cash :-) im Slowly (very slowly) getting better at like. damage math?? i think?? i hope?? also im getting better at stunning vp!! im rly proud bc before clash i had never managed to stun him before!! i got 9 stuns last time :D (still cant crane tho L i'm too scared to try, i've never done anything past VP in any toontown iteration before!!)

im like halfway thru brrgh! i have all gags for lure and sound, am doing ok on squirt, but still pretty behind on throw & tu and i'm not sure what to get next!! i don't want zap but the choice between trap & drop killed me in tto and ttr i can never chooseeee... its probably better for me to have drop for now but blahhhh

also i have bellringer's sticker now!! today i also fought firestarter for the first time and I Love Him Dearly, shoutout to very cool person named herbert i met in a vp for hard carrying me and 2 friends thru his fight!!!!! if u see this u rock!!!! after that we went and died to featherbedder who is very cute

OHH THIS ONE I ANTICIPATED A LOT! i wanted to have a way to explain how frost (and spam) came to be, since it was the base for both characters we've had since the beginning. it started off as a joke, but we made them being built by brian in the basement a thing. this is not all the details, however! there's some things that frostbite doesn't know (yet) about them being made, so keep that in mind!

(like how he stole things online to make them, more specifically the designs and taking obvious inspo from deltarune to explain why spamtoon is, well, spamtoon... and other little details that explain things. maybe we'll get to those, one day!)

hope y'all are fine with an longer one, since i wanted to let them not only infodump a little but also just... explain things because cog knows when else people are going to ask about this again!!

of course then there's things that happened between them meeting cathal and now, but that wasn't the point of this ask :P

and again, as always, spamtoon is owned by @spamtoon ! wanted to tag for a bigger ask like this here.

also another note, i've sort of changed how i write frostbite since the start of this blog, not only as i'm getting publicly more used to writing them and just... writing them outside of jokey roleplays in general - i like to imagine they've warmed up to their online follower-base a bit now and are more willing to answer things in detail than at the start.

also, it's been nearly a year since i got back into clash - in 11 days is the anniversary of that :]
